Shayna Jackson: (Editing my previous review [you'll see two by me since originally my review was so long it needed two separate reviews because of the character limit] and going back to 5 stars. I spoke directly with Dr. Thakore (which BTW can I say is the KINDEST doctor and maybe even person I've ever met)). Dr. Thakore gave clarity on the office's side and was absolutely more than willing and so SO helpful with the financial side (original complaint was due to a billing issue). Lesson learned, when in doubt, be polite and ask to speak with Dr. Thakore because she's incredible! Cannot recommend this practice anymore than if I shouted from the rooftops holding a promotion sign!

Kayla Castro: Dr. Golnazarian is the real deal oral surgeon.I had a terrible experience when last needing to have anesthesia injected and have been afraid to go to a dentist since. Dr. Golnazarian explained everything thoroughly, gave me options, gave me time, and was patient and kind. I had two teeth, one of which was a wisdom tooth removed. Very little pain to follow thus far. I do not fear the dentist any longer.Thanks Dr!
Richard Lawrence: My son completed his 6 month checkup (his second visit to Excel) and after just two visits with Doctor Sharma we plan to return for his next checkup. My son is comfortable with Dr. Sharma and her assistant and that is important. Also the office staff is polite and the office is neat and clean which is a big plus!

eli alves: I saw Dr. Swagat And he was the worst doctor that I’ve ever encountered. I recommend that you never set up an appointment with him. My crown fell out from a previous dentist and he refused to cement it back and then tells me to go to CVS and buy some glue to glue my crown myself. He was not only rude to me and raise his voice he was rude to his staff and embarrassed the staff member while the office was full of patients. He is Unprofessional!!! I have never experience this situation before.

J K: Staff was very welcoming, it's a very clean location, the dentist Dr Patel makes everyone at ease, he was very good with even the kids. I showed up for cleaning/ examination in Am. Even though the kids appointment were scheduled for later in the afternoon they saw us all at once. The dentist and the staff worked well as a team and explained everything. They didn't seem to rush to finish work. But treated people wonderfully well! Pls keep up the good work! Our 6 month follow up went great 👍 today -12/23/22. The facility continues to be clean great employees who are friendly and take pride in their work!

Jen Marie: 2nd time experience was horrible. The dentist kept calling me a "him." After I repeatedly told him I was not a him. And being treated ignorantly rather then like a human being. I will be in search of a new Dentist. 1st time I went there he was pleasant but because I was alone he treated me differently. Absolutely unacceptable! I told them the medications they provided before weren't working and told me to keep taking them with additional over the counter meds. Or to go back to the ER. Why contact them directly when nothing will be fixed? Because I tried that in person and failed

Trust me, the staff here are so capable and pleasant and efficient. I love Dr K, she is absolutely amazing. She is so easy going and candid! Also met a male dentist at my follow up cleaning and he was amazing! Spot on.
Kristin Agave: Absolutely incredible dentist Dr Aparna Khanna, I was in so much pain she did my root canal same day and made sure I was comfortable, checking in with me throughout the procedure. I had a root canal somewhere else before and it traumatized me but my experience here was as pleasant as a root canal could possibly be. I felt no discomfort at all after. Great team too. Very nice office.

Brenda Caunter: After having to find a new dentist because my dentist retired and I had been with him for years. It wasn't easy to do I have extreme anxiety and I hate having to go to the dentist unless I feel safe. I called Smiley Dental and made an appointment with Dr. Khanna. She was kind and gentle. She explained everything and kept apologizing because they have to sterilize the Novocaine applicator and it took 10 minutes because one of the sterilizers was not working. When she finally worked on my mouth she was very gentle. This is my new dentist. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Janixa Jimenez: I brought my step daughter to do a simple cleaning they had me leave the room to do ex rays, after the appointment my daughter tells me “they had me hold the X-ray” so she was exposed. The assistant told her “it’s okay it’s only as much exposure as the sun” I googled this and it’s not true “The odds of developing cancer from radiation exposure are very small, but risks do rise the more you get zapped and the younger you are when you're radiated, according to the National Academy of Sciences.” Nobody is suppose to hold an X-ray!

Fredrick Higgins: After years of neglect I met dr. Din. I visited 3 different Dentist, They all recommended that I remove most all my teeth and get implants. After speaking with doctor Din, He advised me that it would be a challenge tosave all of my teeth and recommended that I have a few select teeth removed that could not be saved. After many hours in the chair and lots of dental techniques Dr. Din used his dental expertise to restore a great smile !I appreciate and admire your dedication, and all that you have done for me.
Tracy Lynne: I am sick on oxygen anyone who knows it crumbles your teeth because it takes me longer to do things i was late by a few minutes co sidering it takes alot just to get in and out of a car i am sitting here an hour after my appt. While they ley my O2 run out. They woke me up one day said i had an invite to come in whenever i want just walk in but when i tried that they made me make an appt. Why call? Now i am sittimg here with my tank running out i have 3 teethe need to be removed . no good just greedy. Once she found out i could only have novicaine she qanted the business and called and woke me outta bed.i finall got in the chair an hour and a half after my appt. I ended up leaving calling and calling my ins. company.Then she wanted my dr. To say again what the letter. Then the qant an affirmation to a letter already faxed over saying its ok to use novicaine but hung up before my dr. Got to the phone to answer. No compassion ill fitting partials from her but it was close. Do not use this dentist ypu will not be happy. I never did get my teeth removed and a week later tomorrow will finally be getting the teeth removed what a waste of time oxygen and my temper. Who even calls people b4 10 am unless you ask them to. But no they wanted customers and were empty so they decised to wake the sick woman up and tell her lies. She couldn't honor a verbal agreement do you really want to trust her with your smile. I do not.
Michell Aparicio: I paid $200 out of my own money for an X-Ray but they won’t send it to me now that I need it to do a dental implant somewhere else. I’ve called several times and they always give me the run around. I can’t help but to wonder what kind of operation they’re running. There is no excuse as to why I can’t receive an X-Ray that I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you can help it.

Luna Grimshire: DO NOT GO HERE!! Spent 5 visits and $2600 to get a ONE root canal done there. When i went to another dentist they told me not only would i have to redo the root canal because they didnt drill down far enough and now there is an infection AND there was A PIECE OF A METAL TOOL BROKEN OFF IN MY TOOTH!!! They left it in there and filled in over it! I am livid! This crown has popped off three times. My new dentist tells me that its because when they prepped the tooth they took too much of the tooth away and because of that the crown has very little surface area to stick to so it keeps popping off! Now my new dentist has to rebuild the tooth back up! All Smile Care also would not give me my xrays. Probably because of that piece of metal they sealed in my tooth. But when i asked them for the xrays before leaving they didnt say much just checked me out of the appointment and sent me on my way. When i asked the second time during the next visit they told me they didn't have record of them... Sus af!! Don't GO HERE!
Artie Boyden: Dr Dinh Minh is a very experienced dentist. He is very caring and will work hard with his team to find you the right treatment plan for you. I had extensive work done. Dr. Minh exampled everything to me on what was going to happen before and when it was happening. He likes to make things perfect. My girlfriend's teeth came out so beautiful, I knew he was the dentist for me. I CAN ALSO, SAY THAT MY TEETH CAME OUT PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL. His team worked looked a very hard to make them perfect. FKM: You’ll love everyone here. Honestly I can’t see how someone can have a negative view. Unless they’re presuming the dentist is responsible for everything including global warming. The staff and dentist here are top notch. They never charge you for a service you haven’t received and usually will do only what’s necessary. You won’t regret being here!

In addition, they don't take any responsibility for referring you to the dentist that accepts your insurance. It is your responsibility to do all the jobs. I am calling them for 3 days now just to get my cost description and they keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow!!!! It is strange!!!

Row D: I run an internship program for students with disabilities who are looking to gain employment experiences in different settings. When I approached Dr. Battaluri about possibly hosting a student, she was not only open to the opportunity but welcomed each student with an open mind. She has now been hosting students at both locations for over 3 years. So many have benefited from her willingness to help the disability community. One specific student never thought they’d be able to work because they were told they’d never be able to due to their diagnosis. Not only did the student thrive while working and learning from the staff, the student is now in college and working part time. I can’t thank Dr. Battaluri and her team for all they’ve done for our program. So many have been able to find gainful employment after their experience at the Smile Center. I’m so grateful for her and her team. They’ve helped change the trajectory of so many lives. I can’t thank them enough.

Hygienist was nice and careful during cleaning. Had two fillings done and Dr Sam was delicate and communicated well with me. She gave options of fillings and their benefits and cared when she thought I could feel drilling. Great office and would recommend anyone.

Susan Masson: I went into Dental Dreams for a referal to an oral surgeon to have all of my teeth pulled (15). Dr Panak Patel said no ill do it . I was scared. His nurse calmed me right down. He pulled all of them and made sure they followed up with me weekly! For me the exspireance was 10 out of 10. Thats all of my teeth. I felt his confidence! I am sending everyone i know to this practice. I can not stress enough what a wonderful experience I had going there. Kind staff Dr's are awesome. Recommended 10 out of sending ever10. Very pleased with this practice.
James Volianites: I seen some reviews and the one with the chipped tooth is fake they don't do that he said I had to get it removed from a professional not him exact words. The ones that said leave in pain yes very true however my teeth are the best kept so if I change that maybe the pain would be less. But they are convenient and said to be professionals but not very friendly or easy on the visit I am scheduling my last appointment for a cleaning and I'm done with them

Destiny Perez: New online appointment system is not effective. It makes it seem like you get to pick your appointment time and it will be honored and that is not the case. I selected an appointment for 10:30a and waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes out back just to be seen. I give it 3 stars because the doctor I had was gentle.

Jane Jason: Not impressed. I was an emergency walk in, requesting help with one tooth that had lost a filling, prior to an event I had to attend that evening. The dentist was more interested in arranging a full workup for all other issues that I already have future appointments arranged for, at my family practice going forward. He told me the tooth couldnt be filled. It was filled by another dentist, an hour later, and I attended the gathering as planned. I wasted over an hour in their office. Thumbs down.

From day one you will be greeted with a packet with patient names and phone numbers for you to call all day.No actual training, they market giving you a bonus for making appointments which you soon learn doesn’t exist. Just an overall scam don’t work here they don’t care about employees at this place and expect reception to kill themselves for crumbs. Cold work environment. Just not it

Tracy Dinitto: The place was gross, they had tape on equipment I went in for a abysses and to get a antibiotic and referral for a oral surgeon!!!! They said my other teeth were so loose I would be in less pain if I pulled them, I felt everything I have never been in so much pain and to top it off my face is 3 times the size and they gave me Motrin after yanking out 3 of my teeth and knowing I had a large abysses with pus, no pain medication I’m still hysterically crying they get you in and even while I was in shock from the pain and my whole body was shaking they rushed me out the door while blood was still pouring down my face!!!! This is my advice do not go there worst mistake I ever made!!! I have never been treated that horrible at a dentist office and they knew I had bad anxiety!!! When was 7 that dentist that was arrested on tv for pulling kids without nova cane I was in a orphanage and I was one of those kids he pulled both my front teeth with no nivacain so that’s why I’m so scared of dentists , I just relived it all over again!!!
Kayla Davis: I’ve been going here for a couple years now and this place is awful. After my visit this week I will no longer be going to them. 6 months ago at my cleaning I told the dentist that I was having bad tooth pain. He looked at my X-rays and swore I didn’t have any cavities. Fast forward to now I’m having severe tooth pain so I go back to the office and they do new X-rays. The lady dentist this time told me I had a very bad cavity on my third molar and needed to have a root canal to save the tooth. I’m very upset about it because if the first dentist did his job correctly he would’ve noticed the cavity and probably would’ve been able to fix it without a root canal. The male dentist is always in a rush like they schedule too many people at one time or he just doesn’t care about his patients at all. If a patient is telling you they’re having bad tooth pain you think he would’ve actually tried to find the cause of the pain instead of telling me there was no problem. The lady dentist was awesome and very sweet, if it was her all the time I would continue going here but it’s usually the male Indian dentist and I refuse to go to him after this, even the tech who took the X-rays noticed the cavity. They also always have you wait a pretty long time and forget trying to call them on the phone because the receptionist just puts you on hold for about half an hour. Also, I’ve had a couple of my fillings from here fall out after a year or so, which should not be happening.

This is no way to treat clients!!!! I’m out!
