Lt Alexander: In January I had an appointment, I thought, to fill a cavity. It had been causing me some pain at that point. The dentist had looked at it about 4-6 months before and said that he thought that a crown would be best. At that time I was told by the reception staff and the office manager that it would not be covered because it was a baby tooth. This sometimes happens when no permanent tooth comes in. I asked the office manager to submit a claim in the hope that even if denied it could be appealed as the baby tooth was my permanent tooth. She begrudgingly sent in the paperwork. I received the denial and spoke with the office manager and she said the appeal would be up to me yet the paperwork specifically said 'you do not need to do anything, your dentist needs to provide additional information' as to medical necessity etc. So I was at an impasse and felt that I would just have it filled. I arrive for my January appt. and the dentist Dr Bowen said he could not fill it -it would break and I would be in serious pain etc. I explained the paperwork I received, the appeal and specifically what it said 'he would need to provide addition information as to med. necessity. He said "Go! and get it! Bring it back! I will fill it out! I know your insurance will pay for this! You could get a crown for every tooth!" I returned with the paperwork and wanted to speak to him directly he was about to finish with a patient but the office manger intervened and said I would have to wait because he had another patient waiting. I said okay and returned to the outer waiting area, as I turned to sit down, I saw her motion Dr Bowen to her and began to speak to him. I couldn't speak to him for 1 min to hand him the paperwork, but she certainly did. Suffice it to say after waiting roughly 45min I was brought all the way back to an exam room where Dr Bowen's tone and temperament had changed completely, now stating that he thought the paperwork would ask for "something more specific." I said it does, it is asking for you to provide reason(s) as to why this is medically necessary. It will break, the cavity is very deep. His response "well I already submitted that with my notes." (He didn't submit anything, Crystal?, the office manager did.) He then accused me, out of the blue, of being disrespectful? The only one being grossly disrespected at that moment was me. After I left I called my insurance again and asked specifically what was submitted for the Dr Bowen notes and this was it: 'Missing tooth, large restoration on tooth K, it is advised for crown OR(got to love this)OR protective restoration." What is a protective restoration? A FILLING. I think the worst part along with certain level of cruelty, is that I was made to wait for what was already clearly a forgone conclusion. When I walked out my friend who was waiting in the car saw how upset I was and walked in there and was told I was no longer a patient there by the office manger Crystal who was surrounded by staff on lunch break(?), he said well neither am I and anyone we know. He felt they though this was funny. TWO days later I had another dentist FILL my tooth and haven't had pain and it's hasn't broken! She said "it should last a long time". Maybe it was simply out of Dr Bowen's depth to fix it and he should have said so. Why leave my rating now? I had never plan on going back but imagine my surprise when I received calls and texts saying I have a cleaning due. I received four text and five calls!, finally I answered asked the woman Shannon if she was new, she's not, but still had to explain I was no longer a patient there according to Crystal. And so, as PROFESSIONAL and compassionate and great as my dental hygienist is and a patient for over10yrs, DON"T CALL BACK! EVER!

My son is comfortable with Dr. Sharma and her assistant and that is important. Also the office staff is polite and the office is neat and clean which is a big plus!

My crown fell out from a previous dentist and he refused to cement it back and then tells me to go to CVS and buy some glue to glue my crown myself. He was not only rude to me and raise his voice he was rude to his staff and embarrassed the staff member while the office was full of patients. He is Unprofessional!!! I have never experience this situation before.

J K: Staff was very welcoming, it's a very clean location, the dentist Dr Patel makes everyone at ease, he was very good with even the kids. I showed up for cleaning/ examination in Am. Even though the kids appointment were scheduled for later in the afternoon they saw us all at once. The dentist and the staff worked well as a team and explained everything. Susan Masson: I went into Dental Dreams for a referal to an oral surgeon to have all of my teeth pulled (15). Dr Panak Patel said no ill do it . I was scared. His nurse calmed me right down. He pulled all of them and made sure they followed up with me weekly! For me the exspireance was 10 out of 10. Thats all of my teeth. I felt his confidence! I am sending everyone i know to this practice. I can not stress enough what a wonderful experience I had going there. Kind staff Dr's are awesome. Recommended 10 out of sending ever10. Very pleased with this practice.

The ones that said leave in pain yes very true however my teeth are the best kept so if I change that maybe the pain would be less. The dentist was more interested in arranging a full workup for all other issues that I already have future appointments arranged for, at my family practice going forward. He told me the tooth couldnt be filled. It was filled by another dentist, an hour later, and I attended the gathering as planned. I wasted over an hour in their office. Thumbs down.

Tracy Dinitto: The place was gross, they had tape on equipment I went in for a abysses and to get a antibiotic and referral for a oral surgeon!!!! They said my other teeth were so loose I would be in less pain if I pulled them, I felt everything I have never been in so much pain and to top it off my face is 3 times the size and they gave me Motrin after yanking out 3 of my teeth and knowing I had a large abysses with pus, no pain medication I’m still hysterically crying they get you in and even while I was in shock from the pain and my whole body was shaking they rushed me out the door while blood was still pouring down my face!!!! This is my advice do not go there worst mistake I ever made!!! I have never been treated that horrible at a dentist office and they knew I had bad anxiety!!! When was 7 that dentist that was arrested on tv for pulling kids without nova cane I was in a orphanage and I was one of those kids he pulled both my front teeth with no nivacain so that’s why I’m so scared of dentists , I just relived it all over again!!!

Kayla Davis: I’ve been going here for a couple years now and this place is awful. After my visit this week I will no longer be going to them. 6 months ago at my cleaning I told the dentist that I was having bad tooth pain. He looked at my X-rays and swore I didn’t have any cavities. Fast forward to now I’m having severe tooth pain so I go back to the office and they do new X-rays. The lady dentist this time told me I had a very bad cavity on my third molar and needed to have a root canal to save the tooth. I’m very upset about it because if the first dentist did his job correctly he would’ve noticed the cavity and probably would’ve been able to fix it without a root canal. The male dentist is always in a rush like they schedule too many people at one time or he just doesn’t care about his patients at all. If a patient is telling you they’re having bad tooth pain you think he would’ve actually tried to find the cause of the pain instead of telling me there was no problem. The lady dentist was awesome and very sweet, if it was her all the time I would continue going here but it’s usually the male Indian dentist and I refuse to go to him after this, even the tech who took the X-rays noticed the cavity. They also always have you wait a pretty long time and forget trying to call them on the phone because the receptionist just puts you on hold for about half an hour. Also, I’ve had a couple of my fillings from here fall out after a year or so, which should not be happening.

hilda nambasa: I normally go to all smiles care for my teeth and the male doctor has been the best ,but the new female doctor when I went back she brushed my teeth so had that my gums started bleeding the same thing for my mother she has been complaining ever since she came back from her appointment please she needs to Change !!

Janixa Jimenez: I brought my step daughter to do a simple cleaning they had me leave the room to do ex rays, after the appointment my daughter tells me “they had me hold the X-ray” so she was exposed. The assistant told her “it’s okay it’s only as much exposure as the sun” I googled this and it’s not true “The odds of developing cancer from radiation exposure are very small, but risks do rise the more you get zapped and the younger you are when you're radiated, according to the National Academy of Sciences.” Nobody is suppose to hold an X-ray!

Fredrick Higgins: After years of neglect I met dr. Din. I visited 3 different Dentist, They all recommended that I remove most all my teeth and get implants. After speaking with doctor Din, He advised me that it would be a challenge tosave all of my teeth and recommended that I have a few select teeth removed that could not be saved. After many hours in the chair and lots of dental techniques Dr. Din used his dental expertise to restore a great smile !I appreciate and admire your dedication, and all that you have done for me.

Tracy Lynne: I am sick on oxygen anyone who knows it crumbles your teeth because it takes me longer to do things i was late by a few minutes co sidering it takes alot just to get in and out of a car i am sitting here an hour after my appt. While they ley my O2 run out. They woke me up one day said i had an invite to come in whenever i want just walk in but when i tried that they made me make an appt. Why call? Now i am sittimg here with my tank running out i have 3 teethe need to be removed . no good just greedy. Once she found out i could only have novicaine she qanted the business and called and woke me outta bed.i finall got in the chair an hour and a half after my appt. I ended up leaving calling and calling my ins. company.Then she wanted my dr. To say again what the letter. Then the qant an affirmation to a letter already faxed over saying its ok to use novicaine but hung up before my dr. Got to the phone to answer. No compassion ill fitting partials from her but it was close. Do not use this dentist ypu will not be happy. I never did get my teeth removed and a week later tomorrow will finally be getting the teeth removed what a waste of time oxygen and my temper. Who even calls people b4 10 am unless you ask them to. But no they wanted customers and were empty so they decised to wake the sick woman up and tell her lies. She couldn't honor a verbal agreement do you really want to trust her with your smile. I do not.

Michell Aparicio: I paid $200 out of my own money for an X-Ray but they won’t send it to me now that I need it to do a dental implant somewhere else. I’ve called several times and they always give me the run around. I can’t help but to wonder what kind of operation they’re running. There is no excuse as to why I can’t receive an X-Ray that I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you can help it.

Kristin elizabeth: I had a cleaning and a root canal so far. They were very prompt and efficient. They did a good job. They were so helpful when i called in about pain after root canal too and sent meds right over to my pharmacy. Thank you All Smile Care!😊

Damaris Castro: Do not go here my husband when in with a tooth ache left with a swollen face with a root canal witch he felt everything send home with no meds no antibiotics pain meds nothing the dentist was so rude

Luna Grimshire: DO NOT GO HERE!! Spent 5 visits and $2600 to get a ONE root canal done there. When i went to another dentist they told me not only would i have to redo the root canal because they didnt drill down far enough and now there is an infection AND there was A PIECE OF A METAL TOOL BROKEN OFF IN MY TOOTH!!! They left it in there and filled in over it! I am livid! This crown has popped off three times. My new dentist tells me that its because when they prepped the tooth they took too much of the tooth away and because of that the crown has very little surface area to stick to so it keeps popping off! Now my new dentist has to rebuild the tooth back up! All Smile Care also would not give me my xrays. Probably because of that piece of metal they sealed in my tooth. But when i asked them for the xrays before leaving they didnt say much just checked me out of the appointment and sent me on my way. When i asked the second time during the next visit they told me they didn't have record of them... Sus af!! Don't GO HERE!

Artie Boyden: Dr Dinh Minh is a very experienced dentist. He is very caring and will work hard with his team to find you the right treatment plan for you. I had extensive work done. Dr. Minh exampled everything to me on what was going to happen before and when it was happening. He likes to make things perfect. My girlfriend's teeth came out so beautiful, I knew he was the dentist for me. I CAN ALSO, SAY THAT MY TEETH CAME OUT PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL. His team worked looked a very hard to make them perfect. Mark Heard: Horrible dentist the dentist was so rude and unprofessional, she works too fast poking me in the face with her dentistry tools. Left me in a lot of pain. I travel a lot and go to many different dental offices and that was the worst one. What a joke of a place. Don’t go there. So many other places you can go that will help your needs.

FKM: You’ll love everyone here. Honestly I can’t see how someone can have a negative view. Unless they’re presuming the dentist is responsible for everything including global warming. The staff and dentist here are top notch. They never charge you for a service you haven’t received and usually will do only what’s necessary. You won’t regret being here!
