Mileena Pronh: Dr. Arbesfeld is the best dermatologist! My daughter has been seeing him for years since she was a baby! He is so compassionate and truly cares about his patients! Now my husband goes see him for his own skin issues and Dr. Arbesfeld is amazing! I recommend him to all my family members and will continue to recommend him to others! They also billed my credit card without my consent for additional charges. It took two phones calls to correct the billing. I will never return to that office.

Lauren Plante: The first time we saw him he was rude and brusk and I figured it was because my 3.5 year old, who was the patient, was being difficult. The second time we saw him my child was 4.5, behaved well and he was rude, abrupt, seemed irritated that we wasted his time just to look at a mole on a kid’s face, tried to walk out/end the appointment as my husband was still asking questions and answered every question about the mole and it’s removal with a “that’s not what I do” type answer. Very disappointed and frustrated we wasted our time.

Ron Strauss: This was an initial visit as per a referral from my primary care physician. I found the entire experience excellent, from the thorough pre-visit communications to the actual visit with Dr. Rosenbaum. It's obvious Dr. Rosenbaum is knowledgeable. He's also very professional and efficient. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend his practice.

Chelsea Prisco: Dr. Rosenbaum isn’t helpful or personable. Doesn’t ask patient’s concerns or respectfully answer questions, just hands you multiple sheets of paper with information and points to the answer as if your question is a bother. Definitely won’t visit him again, hopefully other Doctors within this practice are more personable.

Alison Barnes: Scheduling an appointment and doing paperwork online was convenient. It is a small office, no waiting because they only serve 1 patient at a time. Masks are required. The doctor was very aburpt, gave a blunt "diagnosis" with no explanation, told us if it was the diagnosis we thought it was, he wouldnt treat it anyway because there was certain criteria for that (which we could have been told about beforehand if they had reviewed that convenient online paperwork). The doctor talked at us for less than 1 minute and it felt like a total waste of time. Our family will not be using his office in the future.

He explained to me what I needed to do going forward and to see him in a month for a follow up.I’m grateful for all these wonderful people and how my mind is at ease now knowing I don’t need to be nervous going back to Dr. Rosenbaum.

Paul Carven: Today is July 14th. On July 5th, I had a small Basal Cell Carcinoma on my cheek removed by Dr Raynham. There was hardly a wait and Nicole greeted me promptly for the surgery prep. After 2 days, I removed the bandage to see a nearly 2” suture. Somewhat red and a bit inflamed.I was told to expect a larger suture than expected to allow the wound to heal with a minimum of scarring. I followed the recommendations closely-kept the wound clean, lubricated with Vaselineand covered. Today, after only 9 days,(!) the scar, swelling and redness is nearly gone!I wouldn’t have believed it could heal so quickly! Of course, only time will tell if all the skin cancer is gone, but I really trust that it was excised completely. Very impressed with Dermcare and highly recommend!

Ying Wang: Feel I was rushed during the appointment. Doctor probably stayed in the check room for less than 5 min. Not very great overall experience. The nurse talked quite impatiently to me, maybe due to the language barrier? She said need couple hours for prescription from CVS, I was under impression that they are trying to give CVS extra time to fill the prescription. I went to CVS about maybe 45 min later hoping they are not super busy, but CVS actually have not even received the prescription. I called the clinic, but keep getting cut off not sure what reason, got a bit frustrated during that. So i decided to go in again and just in case it was sent to a different CVS. The nurse said told you gonna take couple hours. Doctor has not signed the note. I understand they can be busy, but usually the prescription goes to clinic right away in all my past expereince. That is OK to take them long but talk a bit nicer when patient has question does not hurt. Just did not feel much welcome during the whole process.

susie mcgarry: Dr. Kovalszki spent less that 5 minutes with me and was broadly unhelpful. She left the room, and I actually felt a little frustrated. I am not a “Karen” by any means, but I needed more answers. So I left the exam room and found her office to inquire more on my condition. I felt wildly uncomfortable and neglected, only to be charged $50 for 5 minutes of time. I would give Dr. Kovalszki 1 star and the secretaries and staff 4 stars for kindness. She asks and considers what is going on in my life in order to pick the most effective and safe options. I’ve had intermittent acne for over 15 years. In the past have been prescribed oral and topical treatments with quick instructions but Dr. Kovalszki takes the time to explain how things work, when to use and possible side effects or things to watch out for. Highly recommend!
