Paul Carven: Today is July 14th. On July 5th, I had a small Basal Cell Carcinoma on my cheek removed by Dr Raynham. There was hardly a wait and Nicole greeted me promptly for the surgery prep. After 2 days, I removed the bandage to see a nearly 2” suture. Somewhat red and a bit inflamed.I was told to expect a larger suture than expected to allow the wound to heal with a minimum of scarring. I followed the recommendations closely-kept the wound clean, lubricated with Vaselineand covered. Today, after only 9 days,(!) the scar, swelling and redness is nearly gone!I wouldn’t have believed it could heal so quickly! Of course, only time will tell if all the skin cancer is gone, but I really trust that it was excised completely. Very impressed with Dermcare and highly recommend!

Jim Apicco: I had a very positive experience at APDerm for my full body skin check and for a specific area that the doctor recommended removal of a skin tag, which was optional since it was deemed not harmful. The assistant prepped me with a numbing injection and the doctor performed the removal quickly and painlessly. Both doctor and associate were very informative, pleasant and professional and I was on my way with verbal and printed care instructions.

Mary Vergados: Ten years ago Dr. Rosenbaum diagnosed a rare form of cancer for me, after 3 other physicians called the unusual growth "probably a cyst." Dr Rosenbaum was humble enough to say he didn't know what it was, but thorough enough to order a biopsy, something the others never did. The results showed a rare form of cancer, Dermato Fibro Sarcoma Protruberans, thatwas ultimately treated with successful extensive surgery, after consulting with an oncologist and "Sarcoma Surgeon" at Mass General Sarcoma Clinic in Boston. I will always be grateful for Dr. Rosenbaum's skill, his humility, and his concern for me as his person. Had the cancer gone undiagnosed, and was allowed to eventually spread, the outcome could have been very different for me. So grateful to have had Dr. Rosenbaum in my life. Wonderful staff too!

They also billed my credit card without my consent for additional charges. It took two phones calls to correct the billing. I will never return to that office.

Lauren Plante: The first time we saw him he was rude and brusk and I figured it was because my 3.5 year old, who was the patient, was being difficult. The second time we saw him my child was 4.5, behaved well and he was rude, abrupt, seemed irritated that we wasted his time just to look at a mole on a kid’s face, tried to walk out/end the appointment as my husband was still asking questions and answered every question about the mole and it’s removal with a “that’s not what I do” type answer. Very disappointed and frustrated we wasted our time.
Ron Strauss: This was an initial visit as per a referral from my primary care physician. I found the entire experience excellent, from the thorough pre-visit communications to the actual visit with Dr. Rosenbaum. It's obvious Dr. Rosenbaum is knowledgeable. He's also very professional and efficient. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend his practice.
Chelsea Prisco: Dr. Rosenbaum isn’t helpful or personable. Doesn’t ask patient’s concerns or respectfully answer questions, just hands you multiple sheets of paper with information and points to the answer as if your question is a bother. Definitely won’t visit him again, hopefully other Doctors within this practice are more personable.

Alison Barnes: Scheduling an appointment and doing paperwork online was convenient. It is a small office, no waiting because they only serve 1 patient at a time. Masks are required. The doctor was very aburpt, gave a blunt "diagnosis" with no explanation, told us if it was the diagnosis we thought it was, he wouldnt treat it anyway because there was certain criteria for that (which we could have been told about beforehand if they had reviewed that convenient online paperwork). The doctor talked at us for less than 1 minute and it felt like a total waste of time. Our family will not be using his office in the future.

He explained to me what I needed to do going forward and to see him in a month for a follow up.I’m grateful for all these wonderful people and how my mind is at ease now knowing I don’t need to be nervous going back to Dr. Rosenbaum.
