Selendria Lynn: Great egg puffs and boba! I always get their specialty tea "Sunset Jazz" but I also recommend the Bomb Mass Lychee (frozen drink w fresh chopped fruits) and their frozen milk teas, which come in a variety of flavors like matcha taro or Thai tea. The only issue is that when they're busy, they tend to mess up my order 😅 there's been times when they're out of flavored syrups or forget the toppings, but they're quick to apologize and offer to remake it!

Alexis B: Super good treats! We got the egg shaped pastries with shaved ice cream on top and with other toppings such as boba. The pastry was super warm and cooked well. And with the cold ice cream on top, the palettes mixed wonderfully. The serving size definitely can fill up two people. The wait for the food wasn’t that long either, and it was worth the wait.

They look pretty but they do not taste good. Do not go here for macarons. Currently hunched over a bucket right now as I can feel them coming back up.

Christine C: Overall, the che is delicious and highly recommended! The waffle was also spongy, chewy, and yummy. However, the smoothies, particularly the avocado smoothie, is not. The avocado smoothie tasted nothing like avocado and tasted off. Though the interior was great for taking quick pictures, it's not ideal to sit down to eat/drink. Overall, highly recommend the waffles or che, but definitely stay away from the smoothies.

Silly Bunny: If you like the scent of Pendant leave, coconut cream, and jasmine, you might enjoy your waiting time in this store. Their pendant waffle is quite aromatic, not super sweet, and has crunchy and chewy texture. I love their Bambu Combo (taro, red bean, mung bean, boba and two types of jelly are going so well together with coconut cream). Not a fan of Bambu Special (definitely not going back for this). Their Bambu Favorite is not my favorite. My favorite is still Bambu Combo.

It has some little meaty things in it which some may think it’s gross but it was a fun experience for me. Anyway, that’s just my impression, I think it was worth the experience.

I always end up back at heritage because the ice cream is just better in my opinion

I was given a tiny end piece of a lemon bar and because I have ordered this here before I knew it was not the right portion size. I asked for another bar but was told I had to buy a new one. The lady behind the counter was very rude about it. Her tone was angry to say the least. I don’t think I will be going back because Little Delights is not supposed to be that little for that price and my friend I bought the bar for was disappointed. It was supposed to be a sweet ending to a great day.

Joseph Ting: Good selection of Asian backed goods and roasted meat (pork, duck, chicken). Glad that there's a good alternative outside of Chinatown. Prices are higher but it's balanced out by not having to drive to Boston.

They list the ingredients which are few, just flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cream, etc. My friend got a hot cup of coffee which he said was very good. Also they were open until midnight! Not only that, but recently I purchased one of their Swiss rolls only to find some sort of MOLD or GRAPHITE markings on the edge of the cake upon opening! I still have no idea what it is but it seems to be contaminating the cake. I will no longer be purchasing from their bakery or their products sold at OTHER stores. Would not recommend.
Mike K: Normally they are good but the last time I went I placed an order for a cake and put a deposit down. When I went to go pick up my cake they were closed nor did they ever called me. When I tried to get my refund back while they were closed during the coronavirus shut down, they told me they would pay me back as soon as they were open. When I went to get my deposit back with my receipt in hand they said next time I order, let they know they will credit the $30 dollars they owe me towards my next order. I buy a cake there every birthday that my family has but this time it was the worst experience. That’s why I downgraded my review to 3 stars because other than that their cakes are good.Keep track of your customer orders and follow up on them if you decide you can’t make the date!

I go back and talk to the owner woman, she seem like not really care and just blame to her worker. I walked away without any exchange. I paid full price for that special cake. I'm really sorry to my son that screw up his birthday. Be aware that place.
Santhosh G: Variety of baked pastries that are not too sweet. Tasted most of their individually packed pastries and every thing is good. Fruit cake and matcha cakes are their specialty. They even sell the sponge cake in a tray which is really cheap and delicious. Coconut sweet bun is a must try item as well.

Kimberly Thach: Last Saturday I went to Green Tea House in Lowell to buy a fruit cake which cost $43 , oh boy those guys that work there are so rude. Anyway I was so excited can’t wait to have a slice of that cake. Pick up at three come home OMG the cake tastes awful, it sour, and the fruit is over due like a week old. I will never going there again and will not recommend to anyone that I know.

Sampson Wong: Got a chinese style birthday cake that cost $30 (more expensive compared to Chinatown) but figured it's worth it for the time saved. Turns out the cake is probably at least 5 days old and have the refrigerator taste to it. The cake is extremely hard and the fruit is almost spoiled. Will not come again
