Unfortunately, the driver failed to show up at the designated time, and now my packages will be delayed.This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue with DHL, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to continue relying on your services. I have other courier options available, but I chose DHL because I believed your company to be reliable and efficient. However, this latest incident has seriously shaken my confidence in your ability to deliver on your commitments.Please understand that my time is valuable, and now I am forced to reschedule the pickup, causing further inconvenience and potential delays to my shipment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the underlying issues causing these service failures. In the meantime, I will have to reevaluate my choice of courier services for future shipments.

Alexander Brunet: DHL is honestly the worst company I've dealt with. Two days in a row they've "attempted" delivery. I had my door wide open with my house light on all day and never seen them pull onto my road. Never once attempted delivery. Two days in a row now and I still don't have my package. I'm guessing the driver wanted to cut their shift early so they just say they attempted delivery and that's it. What a joke. Calling them gets you no where. Good thing this isn't time sensitive I guess. Take your business elsewhere.

Customer service is not helpful at all other than to give you some generic reason why your package is delayed and how sorry they are for the inconvenience. Apparently if you just say "Sorry for the delay and inconvenience" that makes it completely okay to have sub standard service. If I had other shipping options I would use them.

Mike Clater: I had a package that was shipped internationally via DHL to my apartment. Using DHL's own instructions, I put that the package was not to be left unattended and that it was to be left at the leasing office. Sure enough, the package was left in the lobby of my building (right next to a sign that even says don't leave packages there, ironically) and the package was stolen. And to boot, when I called DHL, they said they wouldn't do anything about it.

KNzilani -: Giving it a one star. There’s a very arrogant lady. Was here for a return, first there were people before me. All were served. Then it was my turn , i had to wait for the ladies to fix a broken drawer. After they were done , one the ladies asked if i had tape for my package☹️. That was really strange, been to different stores, my packages with a qr code are always accepted as they are ( in original package untaped). My sister has had an issue with the same lady. My one star goes to the gentleman who’s there at times, he is friendly.
Max GC: I just hate coming here for any reason. There is always some oddly specific thing that is happening and we’re stuck in line for ages. Computers never have right info.Lady clearing is overworked. I feel for them I do. But company should hire one more staff at least to cover time. Drop offs are easy if you could do it automatically or something. Would save huge line from forming.Their whole process is Archaic beyond belief. Her attitude was like why I am here early morning to do notary. She was yelling during notary front of other customers. I was so embarrassed. She charge me 45 dollar for simple 3 pages notary. I am assuming owner does not come to store at all.

At every UPS store in America I have been to, for the last 20 years in business, I walk in with a labeled box and drop it off without incident. This is the first time in my short life that I have experienced someone like this clerk/cashier that told me “I need to wait in line like everyone else” (which makes absolutely no sense). Perhaps she can’t handle multitasking or talking while typing, however even if you have to drive an extra 30 minutes you’re better than off dealing with the sour prune that I experienced today.

Kelly Will: I came here to ship something DHL to Cambodia. The recipient specifically requested we use DHL and unfortunately the address they provided did not appear in the DHL system. The person who helped me went above and beyond helping verify the address and getting it squared away in the system. I felt bad as a few other customers were waiting while we troubleshooted and he very kindly took my phone number and told me he’d investigate further and call me with an update. An hour later he managed to figure out the issue (and i think is now an expert in greater Phnom Penh geography) and took my information over the phone and got the item shipped. He even mailed me a copy of my transaction receipt. Nicest guy, best service, wouldn’t use anyone else!

Joe Salvucci: Just found this review. Although old, I had to respond. I have been a Notary for over ten years and I play it by the book. No exceptions. This gentleman came in with documents already signed and initialed. It was an out of state document he couldn't or didn't want to tell me about. When I notarize a document I need to see the person write their legal name in front of me. that's what the state of Massachusetts wants. Bottom line I wouldn't do what he wanted me to do. So who is incompetent?
