Andrew Raymond: We were having problems with our water stopping in the middle of a shower and water pressure fluctuations . I thought we needed a new well pump because it was well over twenty years old. I called them this morning and two hours later they showed up. They quickly starting troubleshooting and discovered it was just a pressure switch on the radon mitigation system. They tested the well pump and said it didn’t need to be replaced. The technicians were very professional and friendly. I appreciate their expertise and honesty. It took them less then an hour to diagnose and replace the switch. I highly recommend them and they also offer a veteran discount.

I decided to call this company on a whim, to see if maybe they could help me. I don’t remember who I talked to, but he took time out of his day, for free, to give me some great advice on what I should do. He even recommend some more local service providers since due to the distance between us- it would be more reasonable to use someone closer. john nicholson: Great customer service. They drilled my well in 1995, and I only had to replace the pump once since then. Also installed a water softener and filter, which greatly improved our water. They supply us with the filters we need to keep the iron content low. I like this company for my water service needs.

Saul Rodriguez: DO NOT SCRAP HERE , always check your weight, I brought in around 260 pounds of clean copper And around 340 of THHN They were in such a rush to load my clean copper to the weight. I was trying to wait until I brought everything inside . They weighed it I brought the last stuff and they said oh 175 pounds . Where the thing is double my weight . I told them no way, I said let’s take it off and put it back on the lady immediately said “NO” I just grabbed my stuff and left . DONT DO BUSINESS HERE
Charles Ciccarello: I would never ever do business with this dump.I have a 3 year old hot water heater that the plumber I chose to install it in November of 2018 bought from this place has failed and leaked all over my basement.The plumber, happy home plumbing in Atkinson went back to this dump to get help with the warranty and they refused to help telling me I had to deal with the manufacturer in Ohio to get a new oneSo I was left with a leaking water heater and nether the plumber or the rep Bill from this dump would help me. Lady Cee: If I could rate the rental department 0, I would. The male staff member who answered my call regarding a ramp rental inquiry was extremely rude and even hung up on me when I asked for his name. I then informed the manager regarding this poor/unpleasant customer service experience. Manager stated he will address the issue ASAP. I hope Home Depot will not hire such disrespectful, low grade employees as this depicts a very poor representation of the company.
