I reached out to several companies in the area before picking Mark’s Master Service to do the job. Mark was incredibly fast to respond to my request, he gave me a quote with just a few photos, and came in very competitively priced.After deciding to work with Mark, we formed a plan and stuck too it. We agreed to meet at 7:30am the Tuesday work was to begin. I arrived at 7:20 and Mark was already there ready to work! We discussed the job would be ready to walk on again come Friday evening, with a preview/ walkthrough Thursday morning. Every detail about the planning and execution went off without a hitch. Mark and his team went above and beyond to repair my floors and restore them back to better than new condition. There were some pretty serious holes and cracks that were filled in to the point you forget they were even there. I can describe how good the before and after was, but I think the photos can more accurately convey that.I can’t recommend Mark’s Master Service enough. Brandon Gavin: Mark and his crew were hands down the best contractor we've worked with since purchasing our home. He is responsive, fair, kind, shows up when he says he will, and most importantly - does great work at a great price. When we bought our home there was worn out and faded hardwood, mismatched tile, and old carpet. We demo'd the tile and carpet ourselves; and Mark and his guys laid new hardwood, mixed a custom stain color, and finished the floors in about a week. When we decided to have new hardwood put into the master bedroom and closets rather than carpet, it was no issue for Mark and he was very accommodating with the last minute work order change. Mark was incredibly mindful of how the work he was doing in our house impacted other contractors we had scheduled and took into consideration. A few months after moving in, we asked him to come out and look at a threshold piece that didn't look quite right and he came right out to take care of it.

Kevin Penta: If you're looking for someone to install or refinish your hardwood floors, you can go ahead and stop here. Honestly. Mark is awesome. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and really good at what he does. We closed on our house and before moving in we wanted to install hardwood upstairs (three bedrooms) and refinish the downstairs (two rooms), Mark was able to accommodate in the time we needed to get it done no problem. It only took him and his guys three days to rip out the wall to wall carpet in three bedrooms and install hardwood, sand and finish the entire house. It came out beautiful. There were no issues or problems at any point in the process. I noticed a paint brush bristle stuck in the floor and Mark came out right away to fix it at no cost of course. We also got sticky dirt residue on the new floors when moving furniture in and tried getting it off ourselves. We took off some of the finish by accident (not the smartest) and Mark came out AGAIN to fix that for us at no cost even though it was our fault. Oh and his price for this big project was very reasonable compared to others. Great service, great work, great attitude, great results. Give Mark a call now.

He was flexible with the start and met my schedule, and sent his guys over to perform the work - I had 400SF of floor. They showed up at 830 and sanded all 400 feet, and put the first coat down. the next day they showed up and finished the job with the final coat. Before the work the floors were a mess with scratches, dents, water spots, dark spots etc - about the worst you can get. When they were done (maple floors) they were smooth and well finished. Overall great job. Mark's guys showed up, followed through and got it done, and the end result was a good looking product.
