Rich O'Connell: Pedro and his crew were terrific!! Recommended by my Son and Daughter in law, Kristen, after the herringbone hallway he did for them in North Andover we called for an estimate to do our family room, living room and main entry hallway. Pedro was prompt in getting back to us and set up visit.Price was right and schedule fit our time frame. In addition to great workmanship the crew was extremely clutter conscious, I swear they had a nailer in one hand and vacuum nozzle in the other. The rooms and work areas were spotless at the end of every day and upon completion. Pedro also recommended a friend, Claudio, at Bravo handyman to do additional wood work upgrades beyond his scope. From start to finish, there was clear communication, which is hard to come by. They genuinely care about their work and reputation and it shows. They put in long days to install hardwood in our living room, hallway, and, basically re-created, our stairs. It came out better than we had imagined. And they clean everything up each day, better than I clean my house. We even had a painter come in and he could not stop talking about the job. Even he said in all of the homes he’s been, it is the best hardwood floor install he’d ever seen!!! He couldn’t get over the stairs, and quite frankly neither can we. Alcantara refinished all flooring in the house and replaced areas that had been installed improperly. The job was scheduled for the last few weeks in June and there was record setting heat and we don’t have AC. Rachel Goransson: Ryan and his team recently completed a big job of remodeling our kitchen and putting on a mudroom addition. Our house is a bit of a logistical challenge, but Ryan and his team made it work for our design wishes. We are extremely pleased with how both projects came out!
