James Anderson: Imagine buying a $100 “official Red Sox gear” shorts only for them to begin to rip and stitching fall out a week later. I only wore them 2x and the material began falling apart. Cheap material. I’ve witness their employees giving their friends discounts secretly as well.
Tonisha Bates: Couldn’t find anything of interest in sneaker selection here. No sale item displayed not much organization not much help from associates. There were plenty of staff around but they were engaged in the wrong direction. These are the reasons behind my low rating. I will review this establishment very soon with another review.

Michaela Merrill: I had a lot of money in my pocket tonight and was definitely looking to spend it on a new pair of kicks and a nice winter jacket, gifts, etc.. I was in that store for 45 minutes to almost an hour and not one person asked me if I needed help with anything. How am I supposed to spend money at the store and buy sneakers there if I can't be shown any from the back because nobody wants to help you in the store? Really, that's your job is to help customers. Well, Monday night not 1 SINGLE Person asked if I needed help with Anything! I'll take my money somewhere else and that's exactly what I did tonight. It stinks because I do like the clothes at the store.

Kayla Davis: On Saturday morning (12/15/19) the Jordan 11 bred dropped. I went to Eblens because that’s where I always go for shoe drops. I won the raffle for the men’s and this time they said the youth sizes were first come first serve, so I showed up at 730 to wait in line(opened at 8). After we’re allowed inside they tell us that the youth sizes could not ring up for some reason. They gave us all tickets and told us it would be 15 MINUTES!!! We waited over an hour and half for them to decide to do paper receipts because they were too lazy to do so from the beginning! The manager was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle the situation at all. It was the worst experience ever. People were about to start a riot in the store! I called the DM and the lady didn’t even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I will NEVER be back to this Eblens and I will continuously recommend people avoid this horrible store.

One time a girl was back there and saw me looking at shoes and instead of helping she went to hide in the back room. Kim K.: Yikes. I just had a terrible experience here yesterday.I live in Lowell and am brand new to running, but I was really excited when I learned about this store. I thought it was going to be great to go into a store where I could do the gait analysis and get help finding the right shoes at a decent price. I was so quickly disappointed. First of all, when I got there around 4:30, I saw a note on the door that said "Be back in a couple minutes." Okay fine, I'm a patient person, I'll wait. So I did. For a half an hour. Finally I called the Acton location (apparently the Lowell location doesn't have a phone) and the gentleman told me he was calling the employee's cell phone, at which time the employee came running up. So I went inside and stood there expecting to be asked questions - what level am I at, how often do I run, where do I run, etc. Nothing. He just told me to pick a shoe from the shelf. I asked about the gait analysis, but the problem was he hardly spoke any English so I don't think he knew what I was requesting. He asked me my size and just started bringing shoes out but didn't do anything to help me decide. I expressed that I'm a beginner and didn't know what to look for. No response. Probably because his cell phone was going off every 30 seconds and he was answering it and speaking to someone he knew.I ended up buying shoes because I do need new running shoes, but I am going back this afternoon to return them. When i looked at them yesterday I realized they were fairly dirty for being new shoes and honestly I don't feel good giving them my business. It was really a shame, I was so excited about this store...

shirley connolly: Scandic footwear was suggested to me by my podiatrist back in June 2021. As a sufferer of life long foot problems from bunions to hammer toes, I decided to make a visit to Scandic Footwear at the Burlington mall. I met with Morten and was quickly enriched with a better understanding of how the misalignment of my posture has been causing problems not only with my feet, but also my knees and my back.I realized also that he is not only a crafter of custom made shoes, but his background in engineering has given him the ability to understand the architectural aspects of the body system for structural support and movement.I was a bit hesitant to to take a chance on custom fit shoes because of cost, however there were a hundred reasons to go for it.I picked them up today and within a half hour of wearing them my chronic knee pain was subsiding. My feet are now properly positioned, in top quality, very stylish comfortable shoes !
Alicia Charolle: I randomly walked into this store and I'm so glad I did! Morten cares so much about every customer that walks in the door and makes sure you get the custom shoes you want. I now have 3 pairs and one more being made. I even convinced my husband to get a pair and he is so happy!One pair are non-skid clogs I wear as a personal chef. They have reduced any pain I felt in my hips, lower back, and knees from other shoes I was wearing. These make standing for hours on end a non issue and I feel much less fatigued.
Lisa Paradise: Absolutely love his shoes very kind and helpful highly recommended I had these made for me in 2019 and they are still in great shape bought clogs in 2015 and those also are still good just now starting to show ware on the soles
Dennis Charolle: Exceptional handcraft quality produced an amazing custom clog for my wife and myself. I feel like a new person with a better posture and can stand at my standing desk for twice as long. No need for socks and they are a delight to wear.
euphrates425: This is an idea whose time has come. When isn't mentioned here is that the owner hand makes shoes to your specific foot shape/needs. The price is reasonable considering Danskos are made in China and not the quality they once were. If you are tired of cheap plastic zippers, pleather and throw away shoes that can't be re-soled, you'll find the Scandic shoes refreshing. Love the sandals.....
Lisa Cacicio: Do not buy anything from this company..Yes the shoes are comfortable but they do not hold up with normal wear. The owner Mort does not stand by his product. After only a few weeks they looked like they were old. He hooked me when he said his were many years old and they looked great. Mine looked like a cheap pair of bad slippers..bad customer service and Mort does not stand by his product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY..
adam carignan: Stopped in to see what was what and the owner gave my 6 year old a run down of how he made shoes. The man is assembling high quality shoes in the mall during business hours! We plan to go back when we have some kid coverage to buy the wife a pair...I'm sure they're comfortable...but possibly just out of principle.
Sandra Burgos: I work in the beauty industry doing hair and makeup. I'm standing for long hours and it can take its toll. This gorgeous variety of shoes caught my eye so I went in to check it out. I spoke with a very nice retired podiatrist about general wellness, how these shoes are hand crafted in New England, custom ordering any aspect of your shoe...long story short. I can't wait to go back. Cheers

I have truly enjoyed wearing all 3 pairs!! All 3 are unique and a perfect fit.People notice them and comment on how beautiful they are.When I say they are custom designed and hand made...the reply is always the same....it's obvious! You can't buy these shoes off the rack.You were right, size 38 was never my size, but with a wide width, I always had to buy a larger size.The best part of the experience was choosing the leather combinations and details for each pair.Thank you again Morton, I can't begin to tell you how much I love wearing your crafted shoes. They were worth every dollar that I spent on them...which in my opinion was very reasonable for a hand crafted custom shoe!PS: My husband loves his clogs too...and he never wore clogs before!Sincerely,Elaine
BayBeats831: Has some decent clogs but the prices are too high ($200+), and the worksmanship isn't consistent. Look at a few different shoes in the store, you will find that many of the shoes aren't sanded down properly, which gives them a rough feel and poor aesthetic. Also, look at the bottom of the shoes where the platform connects to the wood, you'll see that some of them have nice and smooth connections, while some of them are not properly lined up and have a rough and rigid look. For the prices they are asking, every shoe should be close to perfect, and they are far from it.There are plenty of other reputable dealers in the area and online. From someone who knows there clogs, don't spend your money here.
