MB-English: It was a bad experience for me today in this store. So, I buy 2 shoes today from this store and the offer was to buy one at 50%. The first cost $105.00, then the second cost $59.99. I pay both close to $135.00. When I checked the receipt I found they applied the 50% for the lower price 59.99. I went back to the store and asked the manager why they applied the discount to the lower price. I wanted to charge a high price. she says I can't because it's in factory system and policy, not me. I tell him why you don't say that before payment and please can you show me where you write that in the store. she told me that I can't do anything for you call the factory (easy for her). I'm sure I'll never go back to this store because I feel bad. (one star is to much for them)

Christina Levitan: Stopped in a skechers in Nashua right before a trip and unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. Without time to have something shipped, I remembered about the other location not far from Nashua, at the Merrimack Premium Outlets and I was not disappointed! I walked in and found what I was looking for right away. I was even able to sign up to their rewards club. Overall an awesome visit and perfect purchase right in time for a big trip.

David Uncles: This is one of those rare but noteworthy occasions when supreme indifference and absence of any apparent interest in promoting any sort of positive interaction to promote a sale seems to be the only ‘skill’ the server demonstrated today. This particular ‘attribute’ appeared to come completely naturally to him, hence he expended the absolute minimum of effort.I can honestly say if you want an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced (and I’m now retirement age) this is it! The store lost my business today, and I have no intention to return. Ever.

Che Robinson: Walked in on Fri. 1/22/21 4:50p because my wife really like the shoes. I waited 15 min and the two young ladies that where behind the counter looked up and didn't say anything they kept looking on phones. One had on glasses the other young lady did not and I made eye contact with the young lady with put glasses 3 times. No nothing, like I will be right with you. It took me to say something before the young lady with out glasses told the other one to help me. It's like 20min now. Then the other girl left I guess on break. So the young lady that was helping me didn't tell me about the B.O.G.O. I had to ask again. So while I was looking for another shoe to purchase to take advantage of sale. The young girl went back on the phone and when she did this a group of woman and girls (5 people) came in and again no acknowledgement and the look at one shoe and walked out. A loss of a potential sales. Only reason why I did not leave was because this was the closest Skechers that had the shoe I wanted. If there was another Skechers closer I would have left an took my money else where. This is the worst customer experience I've had. This should be corrected I hope in the near future because I will not be coming back and I will not be telling any of my friends to go in that store at this time with those girls at the shop In the Cambridgeside mall.

Alex Shubert: Pros: huge selection of different sizes, fits, models etc. Staff is friendly and attentive, they really do their best to help customers out, which is surprising on its own. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet, well managed.Cons: every damn pair will be different from another one of the same model, color, got, size etc. They are literally different from box to box!Even worse, some of the sneakers are obviously defective!Literally, few pairs had half-cut insoles, another had uneded seams, crack in the hard sole ...What is wrong with the manufacturer? But the place and staff are very good!

Lauren R.: I recently visited this outlet after having issues with ordering shoes with a gift card from another store. I was afraid I would not be able to purchase said shoes at the reasonable outlet price because of gift card logistics, but after calling this outlet, employees clarified there was another option. So I decided to make the long drive to Natick, but it was well worth it. When I got there, store manager Amy understood my needs completely and quickly and effectively worked through them. She quickly exceeded my expectations. As a cherry on top, I was expecting delivery to take quite a bit, but two days later the shoes are at my house. Thank you Amy for making the process so much easier, and now I get to wear my very comfortable Skecher shoes and not worry about having unusable gift cards.

D. Magri: If your looking for any kind of help this is the wrong place to come to. You will be greeted upon entry and left to fend for yourself. The staff seem so content with surfing on their phones. No customer service in any way. Two people stood behind the counter with several customers in the store. Poor representation of a good brand. Needless to say we found what we were searching for elsewhere for less money. This was during a quote, unquote sale. How is a specific brand outlet store with a sale higher in price than another store across town. I will pay my money to the places that have staff that actually care to use communication skills and provide assistance with my purchase. It's half the reason for going into an actual brick and mortar location.

Amanda Hanlon: Very disappointed. 11 days ago I went to the store and as usual they only have a few sizes of all of their shoes on display. I needed a pair of shows for an event I have coming up in 2 days that I am leaving for early in the morning. I found a pair I liked but of course they didn’t have my size. The girl working there helped me set up an order for my size to have delivered to my house. I said this needs to be at my house in time for my event. She said don’t worry it will be 5 days tops and charged me for the shoes. Here I am, 11 days later and the tracking number shows it shipped from my same state 9 days ago saying it would be delivered 5 days ago. It had no updates for a whole week then 3 days ago it showed it was received at a nearby facility but no updates on the tracking since then. I called Famous Footwear customer service who blamed Fedex and said they always have problems with them. Then why did you let me order the shoes knowing I needed them for an event if you always have problems with Fed Ex? I am leaving early the day after tomorrow for the event and I have no shoes to wear and Fed Ex said they can’t even do a lost package until tomorrow which does not help me. I wish I had gone somewhere else and I definitely won’t waste any time in the future on this store. At this point I am just going to have to go get shoes to ight or tomorrow night which is very inconvenient because I ordered the shoes 11 days ago so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Thanks a lot!!!
