donna burgess: Our family has a family history since Laurin funeral home started. Our resent service for our mother Diane Jeffrey. Scott had a meeting on all our wishes for our dear mother. Our family had a loss of our dear brother 5 years ago. I had to plan the service for him because that was his wish as well. All alone having to plan the first one myself. Scott got me through such a hard and difficult time. He handled everything and help put less stress for me. My mother also had her mother, father and brothers services there through the years. There has also have had aunts and uncles and other family members whom also use Laurin’s. They are professional, compassionate and took all the worries out of our hands. Mourning a loss as our family has to do. Everything for our dear mother was perfection. Thank you Scott, Chris and Michelle. You all did a beautiful job and our family knows how you take each and every family needs to ease. What a beautiful job you all do.Thank you again.

Crystal Perry: I recently had my grandmother services here and was beyond pleased with outcome. Everything was perfect. I worked with Katie whom made the planning process easy. She provided our family with compassion and even went out of her way to set out a special bowl of my grandmother's favorite candy. I felt as she new my grandmother with out knowing her. My grandmother looked absolutely beautiful. The staff was very curteous and polite. The facilities themselves are beautiful as well as essy to access. I would recommend services here.

Sabrina Lima: The staff is great and everyone is very helpful! Beautiful, beautiful funeral home. They did such creative and thoughtful things such as a collage for my grandmother, 2 prayer cards (one in English and one in Portuguese), a sign-in book w/ all of my grandma's photos, a slideshow (which was a dvd that you get to keep at the end of the services), and a thank you card. Not to mention, my grandma looked great! She looked so natural and beautiful. It was nice to see that she was not plastered in a bunch of make up that would look nothing like her. Everyone complimented on how angelic she looked. We know that these are very difficult times and things can get very overwhelming, but McKenna-Ouellette made everything go by smoothly. Communication was great and they worked with us for anything we needed-from money to even the readings at the church. Very accommodating! I highly recommend this funeral home for anyone looking for a good place for their loved one!

Every phone call I placed, every email I sent was responded to promptly and professionally (no voice recordings when I called—a real person to speak with!). I have used Morse Bayliss Funeral Home for a long time and would not go anywhere else. They have provided professional services for my grandparents and my father. This week we had a sudden tragic loss in our family and Fred went above and beyond in helping us make the arrangements. We also had a mix of faiths and he was able to help me put together a ceremony that was just perfect. Fred is also ALWAYS available 24 hours to answer any questions. Fred and his wife Janis also created a memorial slide-show and provided information for how to live-stream the service for those unable to travel. Finally, even with COVID restrictions Fred made my family members feel safe and comfortable. I would not choose anyone else for services.

Thelma Riley: Last week the unthinkable happened to my family, we lost our son, husband , brother, father. As his mother I was saddled with the task of making arrangements for a funeral. I called Morse-Bayliss and Fred Healy took over. What a relief he gave us, assuring us that he would take good care of our loved one. He welcomed a dozen of Patrick's soccer kids that he had coached and put up pictures of them with him. He walked us through a very tough time. His wife created a video and gave us assurance that they would handle everything. Serra Riley: When my brother passed away unexpectedly the only place my parents would trust with his care and services was Morse-Bayliss. Freddie was wonderful from start to finish. Raks Derival: My family recently collaborated with the staff at Morse-Bayliss for my grandmother’s funeral. The director Fred was kind, professional and respectful in his interactions with us. Whenever we called for support during the process, Fred always picked up. He was readily accessible, helped my family explore our options, and supported us with compassion and empathy throughout the process. The funeral home was also flexible with our requests and helped us with drop off and pickup of our supplies. The prayer cards of my grandmother were beautiful and I loved the laminated versions for family members. I greatly appreciate the options and tailoring of our needs based on our Cambodian culture. Their space was well laid out, and the rooms/decor felt warm and comforting. A bonus was the option to play a memorial video in their TV room for guests, in addition to access to unlimited song options to play during the service using their sound system.
