Valerie Viengngeune: Good service and does have many sets to look at. What is not there you can always order off the catalog but appears as if they have all the options physically there. Their sets look identical to Ashley’s Furniture. Price point is about the same. Took only a week of maybe less to get two bedroom sets. There are two floors and there were a few kids furniture and living room set. We also had them install and the guys were great and quick. We have an awkward small turn in order but they of course moved the king size bed and set in there like a pro.

derek Tebeau: Stay away! Do not buy, bought a king bed for 800$. Wodden slates are cracked, legs that hold up slates are broken. Box spring collapsed on one side, loose headboard. Called the actual manufacture, Ashley furniture, informed me that they in fact do not service this store. That I needed a new bed and that I was probably sold some junk. Told me to get my money back. Stay away!

Tom Korbas: Have bought here twice- both excellent experiences. Family owned business- a throwback to the good old pre- big box, pre- big internet days. Family does everything. On the showroom, Veronica is pleasant, knowledgeable, not pushy, follows up expediently on everything including delivery . Constant communication. Werner seems to do all the opps, knowledgeable, has the on site shop- even delivers himself- I think their own truck. Very accommodating and not a cold distanced third party service. Very nice teak furniture- not easy to find indoor teak nowadays where you can see and touch the product. Nice showroom-no frills but well done- a bit off the beaten path- with a good range of product. With not much overhead burden, I think reasonable prices/good value. Overall, an excellent and pleasant experience for us- twice.

Both Werner and Veronica, the owners are very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable regarding Scandinavian Design products and their inventory is beautiful and impressive. Shannon Wheeler: I ruined my teak dining room table two summers ago when I had it covered with tomatoes. Some of them started to rot, before I realised it. By then, the damage had already been done. I had marks the size of tennis balls all over my table. I checked around for refinishers and ended up taking it to Fuchs Furniture. I just got the table back last weekend and it looks simply FANTASTIC! Werner did a truly amazing job at refinishing the table. It looks like new all over again. Thank you!! (p.s. No, they didn't have the table for 2 years!! I only took it in a few months ago
Pet Nutrition: Beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. The owners are wonderful people who really enjoy what they do and want to ensure each customer is happy. We've bought a few rooms worth of furniture from Fuchs and are completely happy with everything from the purchase experience through the delivery and set up. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for teak furniture as they have some of the nicest pieces in this area.

Kevin Fuller (Kaje): (READ EDIT)I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I had gone to the store and signed a contract and set up a delivery date for a bedroom set. Not even an hour before it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later mind you, Steve the sales man decides to call and say that I was not approved. I had taken time off work for this and then they couldnt even give me an answer why. They didnt verify my employment, references or run my credit. They just changed their mind. Unreal this circus they run. This store will 100 percent be out of business soon with the clowns running this place. I cant wait until the next lie they come up with as to why I was denied. I smell discrimination because I caught the manager lying 3x already. What a joke btw the mattresses they want to charge over 1000 dollars for you can get at walmart for 300. Delivered. Save your money, dont fall for this scam. (EDIT) 3 years later I gave another try and they have been nothing but proffessional with me. Steve has even helped me out when I was very ill in the hospital. Also when the laptop had the wrong charger he fixed it right away and ordered the correct one for me. Completely different experience this time. I have no idea what the difference was this time but I stand corrected.

I asked the woman if she could tell us where we might find an item and she said that would be located throughout the whole store, so we basically had to walk around and look at the entire store before another sales woman asked if she could help us we described what we wanted and she was very helpful patient she identified the item on the computer, then took us to view and purchase the item. On the way out the woman at the coffee bar was friendly and asked if she could get us anything. Two out of three ain’t bad and my mother loves the furniture.
