Danny 's family all work here and give best customer service to our neighborhood .Girls love his brother in law Ahmed ,sadly he went to family store in Nashua 😁,all good . laura goncalves: The store itself isn’t that bad but the owners are EXTREMELY disrespectful. Do not come here. The owners have yelled at me, ripped stuff out of my hand, and denied me my ups package multiple times to the point where my aunt had to make trips to this store for me. When she went, the male owner was on a phone call and completely ignored her and when asked for customer service he said “this isn’t your house this is my business, you are a women with problems, wait” and proceeded to argue with her. Save yourself an entire argument and go to a different convenience store.

Andrew Amaya: If you're in the Lowell area and enjoy fresh, low-priced green leafy vegetables, this is the market for you. One day I specifically requested fresh cannolis, and they were baked for me right then and there. Nice shop with reasonable prices.

Leo: There are food that is expired and drinks for the drinks I would say its the smoothies and kamboocha that are expired not all the time but enough where you have 2 look before you buy it. For the food I got Frozen cheese ravioli but when I got home it said It expired 3 years ago and for fresh food I got there calzone and the bread had mold on it even though the expiration date still said it was good. The store employees are not very friendly there are a few good ones but most are rude.

siddanth rai: Super friendly staff. The staff is quick at the register. There are a few staff members who are rude and confused. Fruits and vegetables are super fresh. You can buy meat (fish, chicken, shrimp, beef,..) for a very reasonable price. They also do have a pastry counter where you can grab fresh cake. There is also a separate counter for fish, you can select and pay based on the weight.Parking should not be an issue, there is ample space.

siddanth rai: They have a wide variety of products available in the store. This could be the dairy products, meat section, dairy section, fruits, vegetables, flower, soda, chips and many more. They definitely do sell products at a very competitive price. This also includes the meat. They have sufficient billing counters, but it could get busy over the weekend. You could expect an approximate wait time of 5min. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space.

Mikey D: This is a very respectable, albeit smaller, Market Basket. Compared to the Market Basket across the river, the selection of products is slightly limited. But still, a clean grocery store with most everything you could need, at a good value. Includes helpful staff and convenient parking.
Gouveia: People who work upfront are rude or walk away in the middle of bagging. also, they keep playing with each other like a kids and they don’t care about the job that they do, Almost never see a manager around. Worse market basket I've ever been in.
Jules Som: Aisles are way too narrow. Can only fit one cart at a time. Do not recommend if shopping with more than 1 person.

Mark Sarmento: It serves it's purpose of you don't want to cross the Rourke Bridge. Does not have much in the way for "heated" dinners if you're into those (the pre-made ones). The Pawtucket Blvd location has those. I have no issues shopping here.

Dan Horan: As of August 2022... they have... some stuff. If you're on a major budget this is a good place to find stuff you can mostly afford. If you have a list go to another Market Basket... you won't find the majority of specific items here. Don't go here for fried chicken.. or a normal assortment of other frozen foods.. also don't plan to store any meat from here for more than a day.
