Beatriz Alamo: Nashua NH Location - I had rushed into the store after hitting a pothole that left my front driver side tire completely flat and was immediately welcomed by Steven (who was in the middle of assisting another customer). Once available Steven walked outside to checked on my tire. He felt the others and insisted I do the same. He pointed out that the inside of 3 other tires were completely smooth! I was shocked and worried that I wouldn’t be able to afford replacing all 4 tires, so Steven assured me he was going to get me What I NEEDED at the Best price he could possibly find. We both looked at different prices and found one that was agreeably the best option for me. Since there was no other customers waiting, Angel quickly began to work on my tires. An addition to changing the tires, Angel provided courtesy services like tightening up the plastic bumper fillers and doing an alignment, as well as informing me of my breaks (and calipers) conditions AND going through the Alignment results. Needless to say, I felt there was total transparency and great customer service. As a Female of color, I felt Safe, Heard and Valued! I will continue to get my car services with Good Year as long as Steven and Angel are available. Thanks a Million!

Diny Dieujuste: Today was my first visit to the Nashua Goodyear shop since closing the Lowell location. When I tell you, I received excellent customer service the Assist Manager Steve Morrill took care of me and he was so genuine, helpful, attentive, and considerate. I went in for an oil change and 29 point check. Steve gave me genuine and sound information about the current condition of my tires that needed to be changed. He brought me into the bay while the car was on the lift and showed me my tires and it was bad. My tires had tears and all the threads were all way down to zero. And since he knew I wasn’t prepared to buy tires he worked with me and gave me a reasonable discounted price that I could afford. While I waited for my car I observed how Steve was just as attentive and considerate of other customers, checking in and helping them. I’m so glad for my visit today and the work done. I feel safe and happy driving my car cause I have three kids and I would hate for something to happen because I was being too cheap to make the necessary repairs. Thank you to Steve M. for the great and memorable customer service experience and the mechanics, y’all did a great job and are so professional. This is why I will always remain a loyal and faithful customer of GoodYear.

JJ Fur: Schedule an appointment for an alignment at 8 AM. When I got to Goodyear, I was told “the alignment guy is not here today”. So I was left with either rescheduling or going to another shop. When I asked the guy at the counter why they couldn’t call me before I got there, he told me “we can’t call customers before 8”, which seemed like a pretty dumb answer. I left and went to the Malden location and they took great care of me. I would recommend to anyone who schedules service, that they call before their appointment to ensure the staff that can do certain services are present that day.

Alex Hill: I had a last minute need to replace severely worn down tires and brakes and the Goodyear team was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and transparent about the process. The fear of any car transaction is not knowing what you might be getting yourself into, but the Goodyear team walked me through each detail, nuance, and line item to ensure I understood what need to be replaced, why it needed to be fixed, and how I could better maintain by car moving forward. AND unlike any other maintenance shop, they walked me through the warranty process, how I can ensure I’m covered moving forward, and they setup a follow-up appointment to help me take better care of my vehicle moving forward.Leadership starts at the top and clearly sets the tone for this Goodyear branch, the Store and Service manager run an unrivaled operation, customer obsessed operation, and there’s no doubt I’ll be a lifetime customer for the rest of my maintenance needs.

Furthermore, be careful when you go to other Goodyear stores, I believe bad corporate culture creates bad employees.Nick, the manager of this store, was very rude and impatient to me. I feel his EQ is definitely offline. I asked tire balance service there in front of Nick and the front desk representative. I didn't get what Nick said to me first time before that was a three parties conversation and I got distracted. I asked Nick to repeat the price again, he became mad and raise his voice volume dramatically as robotic speaker. I am not sure why Goodyear assigned Nick as a manager in this store. You are ruining your business. If a person only can do a mechanical job, don't let him go to the front of customers showing off his shocking interpersonal skills.

I had other issues with my tires and car after my first visit, and each time they have done all they can to save me money and only charge me for what's necessary. It has been so refreshing to have a garage that I can trust and go to any time there is something wrong with my car that I can't fix myself. Love these guys, and am recommending them to anyone I can who's in the area.

I was told the tire would cost $170, but the tire on the invoice I received after paying only cost $108. The other $62 mainly came from road hazard coverage and a lifetime installation package, neither of which I asked for or approved. I will never come here again, and I will be telling everyone else I know not to come here.

Not only did it take them an hour to do but they didn’t fill up the tire. a week later my tire is still leaking and I have to replace the tire because the plug wasn’t done right and or wasn’t suppose to be done. I remember thinking where’s the manager to help. Come to think of it there is a lot of turnover there. Anyways, I’ve been a faithful customer for 20+ years. This time when I called a woman answered and said I’d have to go down there and put a down payment on it because people have been ordering and not going in for their appointment. I said ok, well I’ve been a faithful customer and recently had your company order me the tire and went in for my appointment. Can you please look me up in the computer and you’ll see. She made no attempt to look into it and insisted on a deposit. I asked her who the manager is there and she said it’s her and her name is Kim. Wow!!! As a manager she has great customer service skills. I told her she’s lost herself a faithful customer.

I was on my way to New Hampshire for a family vacation towing my brand new 40ft camper when I had a tire blow out. Luckily, I was only 3 miles away from this tire shop. They had my tires in stock and we replaced all 4 tires. Only took maybe 25-30 min. They even let my girlfriend, daughters and dogs cool off inside while they worked. Richy Chum: Owner needs to do a better check of his employees. I have a new vehicle and only brought it here to Stansfield for anything tire related. One of their members completely stripped my wheel lock key and didn't notify anyone and kept it to himself. Currently stuck with no wheel lock key with locks on all my wheels. Taking the locks off is an easy fix but the lack of responsibility is what drove me to leaving a review. Won't be returning here for service in the future.

The Stansfield Tire team provides first-rate auto mechanic service at an extremely reasonable cost. They have quite literally saved me many thousands of dollars over the years. There is no negotiation, no coupons or specials—they price each job fairly and accurately every time. And Stansfield Tire is much more than a tire shop but will let you know when a job is not in their scope. We trust them implicitly because the owners, Eric and John, run their business with integrity and using honest business practices, which is a bit of a rarity in the auto repair business. And while my husband and I are regular customers, the staff offers the same courtesy and excellent service to any new guy off the street, to customers who may not speak English very well or to people like me who don’t know much about cars. We so appreciate their professionalism, business acumen and sound judgement. And it’s great to support a family business that’s been around for over 100 years. We’ll be customers for life!

Lois Lane: The staff at Hogan Tire continually go above and beyond. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY patient with the never ending questions asked by "non" car people. Highly recommend.
Grid Club: Needed to fix a tire and dropped in at Higan ture in Lowell..... Ray the manager couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Fix in no time and went on my way. Thank you Ray and Hogan Tire
Steve Deering: I had my car looked at by two mechanics because my car was shaking at highway speeds. Neither fixed the problem and they charged me a lot to try and diagnose the issue.After one stop at Hogan the problem was fixed. Ron was particularly helpful and very kind and courteous.They even followed up a day later via text to make sure the problem was properly taken care of.A very good experience.

Zachary Panneton: Just had 4 new tires put on here. The manager helped me make an, thanks to him, informed decision. The tires I needed he ordered immediately and were available first thing in the morning. I had family drop my car off and it was seamless. The work was completed exceptionally fast and they were out within the hour after all 4 tires were replaced, balanced, and an alignment. Had a storm today (the following day) and it was like night and day driving. Very glad with the help and the decision made on these tires and this location.PS. only local shop that I know of that does internal patching for tire repairs and doesn't just say plug or replace, have had many holes patched here over the years
christene stoddard: New to the area and needed tires. I called around and even went to a tire discount store only to find that this family owned shop was 80 dollars cheaper than my lowest quote. Now I have been in the customer service field for 20+ years so I’m pretty critical. Well, these guys get an A+ all the way around. From John when I walked in and checked out, to Ray, who serviced my car. They didn’t try to oversell me, they didn’t try to push anything on me. I was so happy with their service that I am having my daughter from central Ma. come here for her tires. Thank you John and Ray you have just gained a loyal customer.
S C: First time visiting Hogan Tire do to tire pressure monitoring system issues my truck was experiencing, no thanks to Tire Warehouse and their inability to fix the issue and just made it worse! No exaggeration. Anyway, I explained my issue to Ray at the front desk, along with some other front end system issues I felt needed to be checked since I had been hearing odd noises for about a couple weeks. He assured me they will be very thorough and check the entire system. While they were checking the truck out I found out that Hogan Tire and Auto also did repairs other than just tires and suspension systems, even though it clearly states Auto I guess it just flew over my head and I just assumed all they did was Tire and suspension system. After a little time they showed me their diagnostics sheet along with picture proof of things that needed attention at some point, and things they found unsafe that needed immediate attention! Something I wish my own mechanic would've pointed out and addressed being my wife and 8 year old twins use my truck often. I was very grateful they made me aware of it and were able to fix it right away. They did an outstanding job, they're all very professional and so courteous and made me feel completely confident in their work after feeling the difference in the way the truck handled. Definitely recommend you stopping by and giving them a shot, I really believe you will be happy with the entire experience. From being greeted when you enter, getting your questions answered, to getting your auto repaired. A big thank you Ray Rivera for all the help and guidance throughout the entire time. It makes a huge difference when you speak with someone very knowledgeable in all areas. Very appreciative...

Kelly Heim: I was very pleased with the outstanding professionalism, service and courtesy I received at Hogan Tire in Lowell MA. My vehicle's wheels and brakes needed significant and costly repairs. Some shops refused to do the work. But Ray Rivera answered the phone and set me up with next-day service at an excellent price on both labor and parts, with exactly the tires I wanted and plenty of courteous add-ons like Uber pickup and updates on my car's progress. The technicians worked all day to fix everything and now my vehicle runs like new. Nice to know I can count on Ray and his expert technicians to keep my vehicles in good shape.

Bill Tierney: Customer Service was the best. I needed a oil Change and I had a vibration around 75 MPh that a local major tire dealer could not get rid of. I saw a commercial about Hogan’s Force Road balance so I figured I give it a try and it worked Vibration gone. I would definitely recommend Hogans on Rogers St.
Wojtek Sudol: Perfect service (balancing) - appointment happened exactly on time and the car feels like new (VW Touareg). The road force balance equipment they use really is better than the typical equipment most tire shops uses. Yes - it can be done at dealersips (VW, BMW...) but it will cost you more. I recomend the shop !
Crab Cakes: Pushy sales and slow service. Asked to do one thing and they went ahead and diagnosed my vehicle without my consent. Would not recommend.

Devyn Beaupre: They tried to charge me $900 for breaks and it was only my back breaks that needed the repair and they repaired only the FRONT. They tell you to specify what you want done and still do what they want. I took my car to a mechanic down the street afterwards and paid $600 less and the mechanic said I ONLY needed one break and rotor fixed, took him an hour to fix. It took good year 8 hours to get my front breaks done that didn't even need fixing. Point of the story, go to your local mechanic screw Good Year.

I’ve been here for new tires, repairs, and a custom order of a second set of wheels and snow/off-road tires. Each time they are professional, installs are quick and done right the first time, and they don’t try to sell you more than you need: no pressure, just the best tires for your car and your budget. They don’t take appointments, so get there early in the day for your installation and you’ll be out of there in short order. Tell your friends to go here and support this fantastic local business. So for an oil change and new windshield wipers I paid almost $180 and that was with them giving me a 15% discount for being in the medical field. Don’t use this place the employees lie and scam. I’ve never gone alone to have my car serviced before and I think they knew it and took advantage of the sale.

Nela Khamdy: I went in for an oil change today after work. No appointment. They got me in for an oil change and out within less than 30mins.Of course they tested my battery and it was not good. I am glad they caught that since we are going on a road trip. The only thing would have made this a perfect star is that if my replacement battery were in stocks at this location. Instead I had to drive to the other side of the city during traffic to get my replacement. happi: Yeah they ‘changed’ my oil by ‘topping me off’. Did not change the oil filter. Also lied saying they dont vacuum floors, wash windows or check tire pressure anymore due to covid. Called corporate to see if this was the case and they said no they absolutely do that just not in the height of covid 3 years ago. The woman there was nice and cordial but when I asked the guy about the other services he was very quick to shut it down using covid as an excuse because he clearly didn’t want to do all that extra complimentary stuff. The paper I signed, which I took a picture of, clearly says that those services are included in the purchase of an oil change. I came from out of town and know how an oil change works, its not just a top off. Complaint filed. 2 stars because the woman was nice at leastService:Oil change

Courtney Andree: I was thankful they got me in on short notice, after I got a flat on my drive out to Boston. I asked for a pair of new tires, they wrapped up their work, and I paid. Got out to my car and decided to take a quick lap around to make sure the goods were delivered and everything looked okay . . . interestingly enough, only one tire had been replaced. Buyer please beware. (On a positive note, they did install the second tire I'd paid for, after being called out.)

Maclise Jean: Had a 1-4pm appointment for oil change, check my brakes, and my battery. Drop the car off at 1pm. I went to Market basket and came back at 1:50. Saw the car inside at 1:50pm. From 1:50-3:20 nobody touched the car(I have been watching). Finally, I went up to one of the tech to get an update. He went and checked with the other tech who probably informed him that it would be another 30 minutes. So the car been sitting inside the shop for 2 hrs while it only takes them 30-40 minutes to do what I requested. Last time I waited 3 hrs for a freaking alignment. It shouldn't take no more than 2 hrs to do an oil change and some. Its just rdiculous...
Mike Smith: I needed new tires for my vehicle and an oil change, along with a few minor things like a rear wiper blade. I dealt with Rob, who I believe is the manager there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of tires that would work best for my truck. My truck was done in a timely manner. He even took the time to try and buff out some scuff marks from a past fender bender.It was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be doing business again with this location! Rob and the team there are great!

Feroz Ali: Great place. They fixed a flat in my TESLA tire.I had a screw in the tire of my Tesla Model Y. I have the Pirelli tires with the acoustic foam in them. Another shop I visited said that I had to change the tire, but these folks fixed it for me in no time. And the car has been driving just great since.I highly recommend this place. And if you have a nail / screw in your Tesla tire, please don't waste your money on a new tire. These folks can fix it for you.

Samer Haidar: Just moved to Boston recently and did an extensive search on where to go to get all 4 of my tires changed. Found this place 20 mins away from my house but thought it would be worth it for the experience. I was so wrong.Terrible experience. In fact, it couldn't have been worse. After paying $1350 i get my car back and while driving i hear weird sounds from my tires. I immediately go back to them and tell them. 2 mechanics drive my car and admit that there's a sound but don't know what the sound is nor how to fix the problem while also admitting that the sound was not there when I dropped my car off. So we are aligned that whatever happened happened at their shop.They proceeded to tell me to take my car to the dealership to find out what the problem is. Am I supposed to waste more time & money to fix something they did? The worst part is they weren't even apologetic. Got an attitude and excuses the whole time. I requested to have my old tires back and wasted my whole day at this place.The manager Robert was not there but I will update this review in case I hear back from someone that actually cares about customer service. As of right now, i highly don't recommend this place and stay away from it. Go anywhere else, literally.
Sherry Wei: I don’t know how this place gets 4 stars review. Their attitude is just awful. I had a nail on my tire. I called a few times but nobody answered. I showed up and they told me that they didn’t have availability for the rest of the day. I made an appointment and came on the next day. I dropped my car at noon but they told me it’s will be ready at 6 PM. I don’t understand why it takes so long for simple tire change.Of course the guy called, they can not repair the tire because the nail is not in the center. They suggested me to replace all 4 tires and tried to push me to purchase insurance.

Christian S: Had a 9:00-12:00 appointment for the Care Check, Tune Up Consultation, tire rotation and wheel balancing. After dropping off my car, they call me at 11:35 to tell me my brake pads and brake fluid need to be replaced. I ask how long it will take. They say, "Not long." So I say, "Sure." Still waiting here three and a half hours later and they say it will be another half hour (supposedly). Outrageous and complete disrespect of my time. I would not be so upset if only they could have told me how long this was going to take. In no universe do I consider 4 hours to do my car's brakes, in addition to 3 hours for the original appointment, "Not long".Adding insult to injury, they left the steering wheel caked with grime (see photo). What a miserable waste of my Saturday.
