I was told the tire would cost $170, but the tire on the invoice I received after paying only cost $108. The other $62 mainly came from road hazard coverage and a lifetime installation package, neither of which I asked for or approved. I will never come here again, and I will be telling everyone else I know not to come here.

Not only did it take them an hour to do but they didn’t fill up the tire. a week later my tire is still leaking and I have to replace the tire because the plug wasn’t done right and or wasn’t suppose to be done. Very unorganized.

I had to do the same thing 5 months ago during which time I put in the order and went in once in stock for my appointment and paid all at once at time of service. This time when I called a woman answered and said I’d have to go down there and put a down payment on it because people have been ordering and not going in for their appointment. I said ok, well I’ve been a faithful customer and recently had your company order me the tire and went in for my appointment. Can you please look me up in the computer and you’ll see. She made no attempt to look into it and insisted on a deposit. I asked her who the manager is there and she said it’s her and her name is Kim. Wow!!! As a manager she has great customer service skills. I told her she’s lost herself a faithful customer.

I was on my way to New Hampshire for a family vacation towing my brand new 40ft camper when I had a tire blow out. Luckily, I was only 3 miles away from this tire shop. They had my tires in stock and we replaced all 4 tires. Only took maybe 25-30 min. They even let my girlfriend, daughters and dogs cool off inside while they worked. Richy Chum: Owner needs to do a better check of his employees. I have a new vehicle and only brought it here to Stansfield for anything tire related. One of their members completely stripped my wheel lock key and didn't notify anyone and kept it to himself. Currently stuck with no wheel lock key with locks on all my wheels. Taking the locks off is an easy fix but the lack of responsibility is what drove me to leaving a review. Won't be returning here for service in the future.

Arrived at Mavis(lowell) and was told they are behind and you should come back another day. But, I have an appointment? Decided to leave my vehicle there so they could get to it when they had time?!?!. Received phone call hours later telling me the whole exhaust needs to be replaced. I said ok go ahead and do it. They then told me to bring it to the dealership to have it done as it would take to much to get parts for a Honda exhaust. Never heard such a thing. Almost felt like they didn't want to do that much work. Will never return here.

Steven Colby: Unfortunately I ran over something and got a puncture in my tire. I took a chance and gave this place a call. Jose answered the phone and told me he would get me right in. I showed up shortly there after and just as Jose said he immediately had me in a bay within five minutes. From now the expert technician Angel took over. He was quickly able to identify the problem and suggested that he could patch it at a very reasonable rate. Angel did the work quickly and professionally and Jose was a class act. I highly recommend this place

Rick Murray: My experience with Town Line Tire is like no other I've experienced before. They are truly professional, helpful, and extremely customer friendly. They will answer all questions you may have, and explain exactly what is needed to fix any problem you may have. I brought my 2010 Chrysler town and country minivan to them with front end making lots of noises. I was thinking I needed new struts, however they diagnosed the problem which was just some bushels and saved me probably $400 by not needing struts. So the honest and trust level with them is 100%. They could have said i needed struts, ball joints or anything else. But instead they treated me like a family member and made me feel very comfortable. I am a very satisfied customer and finally found the right place to have my van be serviced or any repairs that may be needed. My service date was September 4th 2020. And noise is gone completely plus had tires alignment , also oil change. Trust and believe this is the place to go. Ask for Mike or Jim, the whole staff team they have is by far a winning team. ɴᴇᴢᴜᴀʀɪ: I can confirm that there is some shady fees going on when trying to get an inspection sticker at this place. My car is practically new, less then 2k miles and they charged a $28 "Safety Fee" on top of the Inspection fee. I NEVER had to pay anywhere else such a thing as "Safety Fee".
