art lady: Jan 10, 23. Ordered 2 combos. Fries were burnt, extra crunchy and cold. Terrible! At 630pm on a Tuesday..It’s peak dinner hours. The fries should have been hot and not over cooked. Whoever was on the fry station should be ashamed they even scooped these up for anyone to eat. I only let my dog eat 1 they were so bad.

Keyla Espinal: This wendys is literally the worst wendys you can go to especially after 9pm. It takes me 20 min to get home. my fries are cold and clumped together there's oil stains on the wraps of the food my spicy nuggets are cold and the honey barbecue chicken sandwich had zero bbcue... how do you forget the signature sauce on the sandwich 🙄. On top of all that i order cheese sauce guy repeated to me 3 times and i got sweet and sour sauce. Im convinced i got someone else order theres no way a closed bag is going to get cold and clumped in the matter of 20 mins. and they wont answer the phone so thanks wendys.

Eric Alford: I've been coming to this location for years as I live close by and enjoy fast food way too much. The crew that was working tonight was extremely friendly and efficient. The best service I've experienced there. I say this, hoping they get the recognition they deserve for a job well done. I stopped coming to this location for a while because of the previous staff. I'm glad you upgraded
Marianne H: Extremely slow service. I would have asked for a refund and left, except no one even came to the window for almost 10 minutes and I had already paid, just waiting! Honestly could have driven to a further location and still been faster. The guy behind me had to drive away without receiving his order, even though he had also paid, because it was taking so long. In the end, when we finally got our food, all of it was cold. If anyone from Wendy's wants to reach out to me and offer some kind of compensation, I would welcome that. As it is, next time my kids need lunch and we're near this location, I'll just save my money and tell them that they'll have to wait until we get wherever we're going.

Lucy A: So I haven't been to this site in over a year due to service. Well today I took my daughter to grab some food thru drive thru. And the guy "E" he said his name was at drive thru..IS BOMB. COM! the way he took the order on the speaker was smooth and even toned..repeated the order to. And at the window he was the most kind person I ever met at drive thru! He could have probably worked 20 hours and will still keep that same cool vibe! SOMEBODY MAKE HIM MANAGER! This is exactly who I would like to run my buisness!! Thank you E! Even my daughter said you were nice! Oh and the way he offered water bottle instead of a fountain drink with my meal because I didn't want a fountain drink.. you def deserve your own franchise one day in any industry!

First time when I complained about it she was just laughing and ignored it like it’s a funny thing . I remember that lady .
