Marissa Hamel: Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueThey left my husband stranded at his appointment in Chelmsford and everytime he called them he was sent straight to voicemail where he couldn't leave a voice mail because it said "Mail box is full" He had to call a cab home pay over $20 just to get home!!!!!!!!!!!
Dale Richardson: Driver was reckless and unmasked, I asked him to ease off the gas because he was practically drifting the mini van around corners on this tiny residential road, and he argued with me about his speed. I'm an ex professional driver with over 1m accident free miles, I know when someone is over driving the conditions and this guy is a danger to anyone who either rides with him or shares the road. When I complained to the company they refused to send a different driver and we ended up waiting for 2 hours in the cold for the insurance company to eventually just send a Lyft.

It is extremely affordable I'm just putting a parking if you do have a car and if you don't have a car just come here places to wait for that specific to him which is always very specific.

Joey: The drivers are pleasant but that's it. Chronically 15-20 minutes late. Update your schedules if you're that slow. "Traffic" is not an excuse. Adjust your schedules to account for traffic so people don't miss connections or trains. Guys, this is a 1st world country? I've been on better buses in eastern Europe. This is just typical Lowell.
Tonisha Bates: I took the number five bus after doing grocery shopping with my young child. When I requested my destination stop the male bus driver employee proceeded to drive two blocks from where I requested to get off at. Then asked if I was getting off, I replied I was not because I requested my stop two blocks up on Westford. This employee made rude remarks and comments about my request. After this we had to wait over forty minutes for the next number five bus to arrive at the station. This is the reasons behind my low rating.

Carol Sheehan: Driving down 95 north bus # 183 was transporting passengers while she was actively reading her cell phone not paying attention to driving… Also driving without lights on during heavy rain. They are supposed to follow the law that requires headlights on when it’s raining. Most companies actually keep headlights on all the time for safety! Had to try 3 different phones numbers just to leave a message. No one answered phone listed on van, number on website no longer in service. Finally called the number listed for “hiring drivers.”

John Oliverio: At 9:36 a.m. on Wednesday December 23rd a driver in van numbered 186 cut me off on route 2 because I was going to slowly (spoiler alert, I had two screaming kids in the backseat). Full disclosure, I then cut him off although I didn't get dangerously close to him. He then proceeded to cut me off again, once again getting way too close to me. I regret retaliating, but as I reflect on it all the initial interaction was completely unnecessary given that there was ample space in the road and I would not want one of my loved ones being around by the person driving that van.-John
Luke Osborne: I have another complaint about the dangerous drivers of this company. Today I was riding home from work on my bicycle and one of the drivers of this company passed me too closely then cut me off, pushing me out of the road. I later easily passed the car, which was stuck in traffic. Impatient drivers willing to risk the lives of others to save no time for themselves do not belong in the driving business.
