The Dartmouth Group: what do users think?
B: Not sure HOW they have such high ratings, but this group is an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Getting an actual person on the phone is like trying to get into the gates of heaven- impossible. I’ve called regarding a billing issue for 1 month now and have yet to hear back from anyone. Please do not affiliate yourself with this nightmare company
Rebecca Pontius: I've had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Soares, On-Site Property Manager at Regency at Emerald Pines for over a year now. I have lived in this community for over a year as well. Lisa is a responsive and caring person. She has gone above and beyond her duties in meeting community members' needs. Lisa also always has a listening ear and open heart demonstrating the qualities needed to help community members enjoy their homes and community! Thank you, Lisa!
Kate Mccolgan: They are by far the worst around don't respond to any calls I've been trying to handle a major issue w them for months and still have heard nothing
1304 Davey: I have been working with Jake Flynn at Winslowe's View for years. He communicates clearly and has an outstanding grasp of the property and people who reside there. He is clearly recognized by the residents, who stop him and ask questions regularly. It shows they know they can rely on him to get answers and results. He is a real pleasure to collaborate with. -Natascha Batchelor - Hartney Greymont, A Davey Company
EcoGeek Pest Control: This is one of the most well organized companies I have worked with. It’s a pleasure to do business with The Dartmouth Group.
Freddie Byrne: Working with the Dartmouth Group has been a pleasure. Jacob Flynn has been my point of contact with them for the past year, and when it comes to taking matters into his own hands to ensure a project is completed in a timely and professional manner, as well as always having a positive upbeat attitude, I couldn't think of a better person at a better company to take care of your needs. From emergency response of snow & Ice to massive, engineered projects of structural integrity, top to bottom I give TDG & Jake 5 stars and a recommendation to anyone looking for a management solution to your properties!!
Renee Peabody: There is no doubt we have the best from Dartmouth Group. Lisa S. is always polite, courteous and professional and is prompt to answer all of my questions. She is a delight to work with and represents The Dartmouth Group well! Thank you Lisa!
Yan Ma: I am very disappointed your service. It seems the communication is not working here. So I have to put comments here
Marcus John “Sparkey” Sullivan: The app is very easy 👌 to use and provides you with all the information you may need to know about your Condominium HOA.
KHB SNP3: Most inefficient management company ever. This company can beat xfinity to its low standards ! Syreeta the property manager is the most inefficient ever! Repeated complaints have been ignored by this property manager !
Dhanesh Dookhran: I had received a bill for Stab Lok fee and Common area fee from Darthmouth Group regarding a Condo that I own. I have tried several days to contact a representative from Accounts Receivable to discuss the bill.I received a followup email with essentially the same information that the billing letter contained and a scant explanation. I called back several times afterward to discuss over a few days and spoke to secretaries, left messages and voicemails without a callback. I was also told over the past couple days that the person Laurel was in the office.Horrible experience
Mike S.: I have collaborated with Ron Savill on several properties over the past few years. Ron’s approach to communicating and problem solving is much appreciated in an industry where straight answers and opinions are rarely the norm. Not only is he forthcoming and transparent when it comes to customer relations, but he’s pragmatic in how he draws conclusions and offers advice. Ron’s tact for diplomacy generally ensures a positive outcome for both his clients and his vendors. He addresses the needs of all concerned parties in a manner befitting a good arbiter. Ron is fair in his judgements and loyal to his clients and associates, but there is no deference in his attitude towards either. He has his own viewpoints and shares them openly. I believe this is one of Ron’s strongest attributes, because in this business the proverbial “yes man” can often cause more harm than good. Setting realistic expectations with the client and the contractor is a must for an equitable exchange of interests. Regarding the baseline essentials of property management, Ron is punctual, communicative, energetic and organized. And like any good deal broker, Ron can read the room with the best of them!
Herbert Lincoln: As a building contractor that is new to the community, I have had the pleasure of working with David Abel in learning and adhering to Seashore Point community’s policies and procedures. David has been responsive and knowledgeable about enabling me to focus on delivering quality contracting services. Efficient and effective communicating is one of the highest compliments I can give for any management team.Thank you David
Rosemary Kouider: Friendly knowledgeable answered all my question quickly and happy with the results
Brendan Lynch: Very bad customer service , sometimes you can be waiting for two to 3 days to get a response of someone , impossible to get someone on the phone to talk to ,
Faith Erickson: The Dartmouth Group, specifically Sonja and Brittany, have welcomed me warmly to Concord Greene! They have been timely with sending important documents to me and helped me understand important condo living details. Additionally, they have been attentive to all questions and concerns I have had; consulting outside contractors to approve work timelines. I feel lucky to be working with The Dartmouth Group; having knowledgable and effective on-site Management is a huge a bonus for us at Concord Greene!
Chao Huang: A terrible company of people who do their best to ignore your problems after pretending they’ll do something. I can have a half dozen calls to discuss an issue and their phony representatives (Deb, Jacky, Rick, Megan, etc) will say they’ll help but then just never get back to you. They sure get nice cushy salaries from your condo fees.
Steve Miller: The teams that provide lawn service and snow removal are top notch. They do a good job. And they get here fast especially after a winter storm.
Myra Perlis: Pam Fleming is an extremely conscientious administrator. She is always there to answer the phone and help from a large concern to the more mundane. Very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our community of Winslow's View. Pam always goes above and beyond expectation. If she says she will email you documents, the document is there before your phone call is finished. I have lived in Winslow's View for 16 years and find Pam to be a very valuable individual to our community. We are very fortunate to have her. I will always speak very highly of Pam!
Valerie King: I am an owner at Chelmsford Village, and I wanted to say thank you to Sandy, one of the Village's new administrative staff. I had the occasion to meet her, and she was very helpful and friendly.
Lew McConkey: I’ve been working with Amada for about a week on the sale of my client’s condo at Friend’s Crossing in Easton. There were a few issues with signing on to the website so I could download the condo docs, then questions arose over the Title 5 for Friend’s Crossing, since they have their own waste water treatment plant. Let’s say there were a few hoops to jump through.I’ve been in this business a long time and I know how it works. I call…nothing happens, and no one returns calls. Then I have to hunt down people and sometimes hound them into answering questions or providing needed materials. The materials provided aren’t the correct ones, so after reading them, the process is repeated until successful. When I first saw “The Dartmouth Group”, I thought: “Oh my God. A giant company. This is going tobe an epic bureaucratic labyrinth, fighting every step of the way.”Then I called in and met Amanda A. and all my assumptions turned upside down. When there were problems getting into the website for the condo docs, Amanda was contacting me, before I had a chance to complain to her. She was trying to see if her ideas worked and then proposing solutions until they did work through regular outreach to me. When Title 5 questions arose, Amanda brought in Deanna M., the assistant property manager to help out. Imagine my surprise when Deanna had the same work ethic and push for customer service than Amanda did.I worked for more than 10 years in a call center, so I know how hard it is to maintain your spirit and drive in the face of an unforgiving and largely unrecognized environment. I was amazed at the diligence, outreach and routinely positive attitudes of both Amanda and Deanna. The results of their work was more than a pleasant surprise & changed my initial opinion of The Dartmouth Group a full 180 degrees. That’s an opinion I will share….a lot. In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a bit wordy.Anyway, They deserve positive recognition for outstanding work that was powerful enough to change a mind in the faceof a lot of negative experience in these situations. I doubt that my experience was a one-off either. The image they bothpresented is most likely one they present to every caller, every hour, every day. Each call they receive has an issue needingresolution and they jump on it with enthusiasm. That positive, caring image that they present is a very precious commodity. They are the face of the Dartmouth Group and provide a wonderful advertisement with each conversation. Kudos!
