Lowell General Hospital: what do users think?
Jason Cross: Came to the ED for a heart issue concern. Was greeted promptly and was kept up to date consistently concerning next steps. Ended up being admitted for tests and observation. Staff was attentive. The Tufts app is convenient and keeps you up to date on your test results. This makes it much easier to be able to ask informed questions with your care providers. The food was far above expectations for hospital food and the service is customized, personal and prompt. For my own health reasons, I hope that I’m not a frequent flyer, but if I have to be in a hospital, this was as good of an experience I could have hoped for. Professional, courteous staff and modern facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend. A+
Noce: Several terrible experiences with the Hospital they are horribly disorganized and overworked. I would rather take the commuter into Boston even for an emergency! I waited 12 hours in the ER to be seen for heart related issues.. had to come back twice because they couldn’t find lab orders for blood another time..
susan santee: The wait time in Beetlejuice was shorter.
Mr. T: Been using this hospital for almost 30 years. Quite reasonable and professional. No serious complaints.
Alex DiPietro: I really wish I could give a ZERO STAR!!! They need to find a better staff I had a heart monitors, oxygen, and blood pressure cuff all attached to me. I pushed the call button in my room and waited for over an hour, and nobody came to check on me so I decided to unhook my self all the machines were going off, and I left down the hall to go to the bathroom, came back to the room and sat in my room and nobody came while I was at the bathroom because my husband was sitting in the room and said nobody showed up yet. We sat there and waited for over 20 minutes longer until i went out to track somebody down to re-hook me back up. There were three nurses sitting directly outside my room the entire time they were there when I went to the bathroom there when I came back and there when I went out to have somebody hook me back up, not even the nurses would come in to hook me back up. An EMT came in and did it instead Because not one of them moved when I ask for help. When I was outside my room there was a light that was flashing and lots of sounds that were going off in and outside my room because I was unhooked and not once did somebody check on me to make sure I was OK. I was extremely surprised considering I was in there because of my heart.
Deakins Keith: Right now the ER waiting hour is plenty for you to drive single trip from Boston to Philadelphia.
moyomie: Workers have an attitude and are in a rush. #badjob 👎👎👎 I rate 1 ☆ go to a better hospital with workers who truly care for you. They forced me to do things on my own while I was in pain #crippled + they gave me a bald emt person (I hate bald people) (he also has no eyebrows) #idontsupportcancerpatients #falopecia
Teerth Patel: Terrible wait times in the ED. There’s not enough doctors.
Susan Sweeney: I went to Lowell General after I was sent there by my Doctor because I was passing kidney stones and there was blood in my urine and it hurt to urinate. They kept me overnight and the floor nurse missed my vein therefore the machine kept going off after 3 hours another nurse changed the IV and she missed the vein as well and my machine rang all night and all morning , finally I pulled the needle out of my arm and went home and they said I left against Doctors orders. It was awful because my arm hurt so bad from them missing my vein and even my roommate buzzed them because she could not stand listening to IV machine beeping. And to make matters worse they said they would be in to change out 3x from 9 pm until 2 pm next day. What a nightmare hospital experience. I would go to Saints over Varnum any day. I would never refer anyone to Lowell General on Varnum ever. The lump and bruise after on my arm was horrid
Smerly Reynoso: If I can give a 0 star I will definitely do, If you really want good medical attention, I don't even recommend that you go to this place. I say this from my own experience. Every time I go they make me wait almost the whole night. I was in the hospital since 9:40 pm with pain in my chest and unable to breathe It was 2am and they still haven't seen me, I'm a pregnant person and they really don't give you the treatment you deserve as a patient These staff really don't care about their patients.
bethany laroche: Do yourself a favor....get air-dropped into a tent in an isolated part of very econimically poor or strife-ridden country....you'll get medical care....
Nash Bassey: Terrible terrible services. I was in the lobby for hours for my daughter. She was in so much pain. I had to live after waiting for sooooooooooooooooo long. Other parents were living in frustration with their kids. The management must be revised,
Eddie Quinn: My mom was sent to the ER by her doctor for chest pains, shortness of breath and light headedness with a history of atherosclerosis and diabetes. Her doctor knew it was a heart issue. She went to the ER and sat for 7 hours without seeing anyone. 7 HOURS...with those symptoms. She ended up seeing a cardiologist the next day and was rushed via ambulance into Boston for a triple bypass. We are now on hour two of waiting for post HEART SURGERY shortness of breath and tightness in the ER.This is unacceptable and the state needs to step in here.
Herculean G: The fat lady in the reception is so rude and doesn’t care to answer any of your questions. Painful wait time’s and no staff to deal with patients
Calvin Fritz: Sitting in the ER now for 5 hours waiting to be seen with internal bleeding! Looks like there are still 6 patients still ahead of me!! This place is the worst!!! Now 6 hours and waiting!
Julie Newman: I went to the ED for an eye issue that turned out to be harmless. The tech, nurse, and doctor were all so kind and never made me feel bad for being there. While long waits are expected in ERs nowadays, I really didn't wait that long. The tech who roomed me was very nice, the nurse was professional and kind, and the doctor was encouraging and really made me feel better about something I thought was terrible but was very routine. I thank all the hardworking staff at this hospital.
Mama Bear: Labor and Delivery & Pediatric Unit: Everyone at LGH was amazing from the person who changed my trash all the way up to the doctors. I cannot say enough good things about both this hospital’s L&D dept and pediatric unit. If I could give them 100 stars I would. My baby’s room in the pedi unit had a bed & a shower for me to use which was a huge plus. The doctors are privy to all the most advanced science. Delayed cord clamping is standard. Their lactation help is top notch as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that LGH doesn’t have a photographer who comes in to take baby’s hospital photos but that was no biggie because I did my own photos while we were there lol. I can’t say anything about the rest of the hospital but I can say that LGH is THE place to have your baby at.
Marina Wong: I had an elective test done before I moved down to FL. The doctor and the nurses were very nice and explained the procedures to me in detail.
Zafar Nizami: 6 hours ER wait and counting. The people ahead of me have been waiting literally 12 hours. How is this acceptable? Can you even call this an organization? I also don’t need the LGH rep commenting on this post telling me to call patient relations. Reform your hospital first. Never have I waited several hours to get seen at an ER. Unreal.
Dan Sloan: Great nursing staff. Could get rid of the useless paper mask mandates, but the nurses were very nice
B.Bhargav sreekaR: The worst kind of experience I’ve ever had in a ER. The reason anyone would visit ER is coz of the emergency. And irrespective of the emergency you’ve got the staff here are carefree and doesn’t even have the empathy factor they need when working in a health care. Had to wait more than 5 hours for my friend’s case of severe pain in the chest near heart. Recommended for people with great patience level and if you still got to visit this place better carry your phone charger, and essentials to continue with your sleep. The reviews speaks up for the hospital.

Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center: what do users think?
Family Russell-Benoit: I have been using the Cancer center for 2 years. I have experience with the my oncologists, the radiation, infusion room, social worker services, in patient Oncology unit as well at Interventional Radiology, Cat Scan, MRI and PET. I feel very supported by all of these areas. My team has also been supportive of getting additional opinions from Boston on my cancer care. They also helped setup a surgery that couldn't be done locally to Boston.I especially appreciate the infusion center that try to give you the same nurse for most appointments, this helps with my overall comfort level. The social workers could not be better supporting both the paperwork aspect of my disability and the personal understanding of the the emotional situation.
Linda Breen: The outpatient care is great however beware if you need surgery. Lowell anesthesiologists are not in my network. I was billed for out of network services after the usual and customary cost. You. Have no idea what services are in network or out of network. They also outsource their emergency staff. Also out of network. Choose your cancer center wisely.

Lowell General Hospital Pain Management Center: what do users think?
Sean Turcotte: the staff is very friendly and my Dr Adler rocks she listens to what you say. and is a very caring doctor. I met someone knew today another Alexandra she was good also. The whole staff is awesome
David Bakke: This place only wants your money. They do not care about the patient and do not listen to the patients concerns. Such a waste of time. If Google only allowed negative stars to give this place their proper grade.
Kimerson: Excellent staff and Doctors. They keep a tight ship as far as pain medicine goes but that just tells me I’m in good hands. I’ve been going to the clinic for close to five years now and would highly recommend them.
Allison Reza: Extremely kind staff and excellent care. I’ve seen several other pain clinics in the past but have not gotten the quality of care I have with Dr. Adler. She is extremely attentive and goes out of her way to make sure you get the tests you need (despite insurance trying to deny them!)
Sarwar Khan Ghaznavi: The worst place that I have ever seen.I am an emergency patient and have been waiting for more than an hour. No response yet. Please, understand that, what the emergency is.
Kathy Alexander: Please do not take your elderly parents to this clinic. If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the man at the front desk couldn't tell us where to go properly when I called for the name and address, he kept referring to a landmark that I didn't know and sounded like he was half asleep. They are not sensitive to patients that don't have access to computers to do things electronically. Had a paper form to fill out and they kept my 96 year old mother waiting while we got all kinds of insurance information and an adjusters name and phone # before they would see her. She has health insurance that they can bill if for some reason there is an issue. Then when we were all done Dr. Adler said she couldn't see her because she was going to lunch. My mother has been in pain for months and finally got this appt after waiting 2 weeks and they refused to see her. I understand that they need insurance info but my daughter was there with her and they refused to see her while my daughter filled out the paperwork. They never indicated that they wouldn't be able to see her until everything was completed during the half hour process of completing the paperwork. We could've rescheduled and brought the paperwork in fully completed at the next appt. I work for a doctors office and we would never refuse to see a pt based on the fact that paperwork was not completed, especially someone who is 96 years old and in pain. We will definitely be seeking care elsewhere and escalating this treatment up the chain of command. I guess they have so many patients that they don't need new ones.
Roland M: I was very apprehensive since I do not like needles. These people were FANTASTIC. Very sympathetic and caring. There was discomfort but not really pain. I have to go back and I will not be worried. Dr Adler and her team did a FABULOUS job. No problem recommending them.
Susan Martin Tebbetts: Went in for a needle infusion procedure. No visitors right now. They can walk you to elevator. You have to wear a mask. They did not take my temp upon entry.Got off elevator right into waiting room. Checked in. Waited less than 4 minutes. Place was clean.they sterilized items. I was led into a room to lock my coat. They ushered Into a exam room. Took all my vitals. Brought me back to room where procedure was going to be performed. I was treated with respect by everyone. The staff was professional, caring, calming
Catherine Macleod: Dr Henkle has been so kind and attentive to my needs. He understands the pain I'm having. I have had 3 injections from him all of which have helped me alot. The staff is professional and friendly. Extremely clean office!!!!!!
Holly Norton: I had a wonderful experience with this office and received amazing care. I highly recommend Dr. Henkle and Tamra. It is clear they genuinely want to help ease the pain of their patients and offer many solutions for relief.
Vane Rodriguez: I honestly didnt want give them a star because they dont even deserve that! they dont care about there patients they only care about money my patient has been in severe pain with muscle spasms for a month mind you they are uncontrollable and hurt very bad! they also gossip about things in front of patients making them upset! no customer service what so ever! i would never go to this pain center for myself and I would never recommend it to anyone!
Kathy: If you have a death in the family and miss your appointment (even though you call the same morning to tell them) you still get charged a $25.00 missed appointment fee. No customer service skills from the receptionist, very rude

Lowell General Hospital Chelmsford Campus: what do users think?
April Pelletier: Very clean. You do not have to wear a mask if you don't want to. Actually there are no free masks so if you enter without one, then you don't wear one. Doctors are really nice. Love that the x-ray machine is tight at the office and is super quick and easy.
Janice Santiago: Best Dr are there
Damien Beaumier: Two my doctor at that location
Charleen Vanslette: Clean and quiet medical building. Many medical facilities are in the building.
Susan Martin Tebbetts: Have been going to the wound specialist. She is fantastic. She explains what she is doing as she does it.
Jerry Fortin: Good people
Roy Adams: Easy parking,fast service
Linda J Baker: This campus has a daycare surgery, labs for blood work imaging testing. There are many different types of doctors, and specialists. Parking is free. The campus and the facility is neat and clean.
Michele Nelsen: Sometimes there is a wait, but if you pre-register, you can avoid most of that. I'm glad this facility exists so close to home. Very convenient location.
Nelson Ruiz: Great place for xray, blood test.
Sumit Purohit: You have to be be very careful with the bills as these guys add unwanted test that were not even ordered by Dr.
Joe Slattery: The lab is incredibly unorganized. I have never waited so long for blood work. I am completely disappointed in every single way.

Saints Memorial Medical Center: Dulac Joseph MD: what do users think?
Gerald Medina: I want to say thank you to the emergency staff and 3floor nursing staff. What a staff,I got treated like a person with respect. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you 😊 awsome staff.
Mariela Perez: Beds in hallway ..nurses behind station talking and on computer not attending to patients , elderly patients with serious health conditions left unattended .. rude staff .. definitely not short staffed just too many not doing a thing what are they getting paid for ?
Ashley Kotsonas: This hospital is so unorganized And chaotic to say the least. I was admitted and it took over 24hrs for a doctor to come see me and explain what was going on with me, the nurses came in during that time and gave 3 different diagnoses. Definitely my last choice of a hospital to go to.
Dan Smith: I would rather use my humble space for an interesting trivia fact: WW2 German soldier uniforms were made by HUGO BOSS. Any questions?
algenoura nickerson: I Had terrible experience there .
Alicia Asdigha: I have nothing except positive comments for Dr. Dulac, his office, his staff, Saints Memorial & the main campus on Varnum Ave. 'Front door to back' door platinum standard care.
sheryl cloutie: This hospital should be shut down they have ignorant volunteers in the main lobby dirty masks all over the parkinglot and refused my granddaughter to have blood work done because me and her grandfather would not allow her to go in without us to accompany her. I have contacted my lawyer and will proceed with a court case.
Venices Ortiz: So today’s February 4 2021I checked in this afternoon at 1PM And it’s 4:30 and I Still Haven’t Been Seen. They have people who have Covid symptoms NOT EVEN SEPARATED from one another. They’re taking people who barely have anything seriously wrong with them and the people who are like myself have to wait until there’s enough room. Worst so called hospital ever they should call this place a clinic instead
