Robert Redding: Went for an oil change and tire rotation 4stars....tried to get me install a cabin filter and engine air filter $$$$200.00. Auto Zone $40.00...zero stars for that move.
Steve Beachy: Brought in my 2019 Cherokee for a check engine light issue related to the evap system. They replaced the gas filler assembly ($700 later) and cleared the light. It came back on after approx. 40 miles. I tried calling the dealership but did not receive a reply back. I made another appt. But that is 10 days out. We will see what happens.
Anthony Grieco: This place is absolutely unprofessional. It may have a modernized establishment, but the workers there are miserable and unprofessional… yelling, swearing and demeaning each other in front of customers. If you hate what you do, do something else. Your misery is your fault, no one else’s.

Jon Bowen: I had a rather unpleasant experience today (4/17/2023) with 495. I brought my TRX in for service and was told by the service manager that they did not want to take on the work because I did not by the truck from them. He explained that he did not want the hassle and was told to take my truck back to the dealership that I purchased it from - which is over 90 mins away vs 495 who is 20 mins away. Makes me want to buy my next car from them - what a joke and unfortunate experience.Edit:I called the dealer I purchased the TRX from and they were in shock to say the least! I'd love to hear back from 495 on this matter.

Anthony Clark: They were very friendly but shady on giving details up front and had to question them about everything to get information regarding buying out my 2020 Jeep Gladiator lease throughout the entire process. I have a credit score over 800 and the best interest rate they could give me was 8.8% while looking at Bank of America, I was offered 5.79%Definitely not good service when they told me that they will comb through all loan providers on my behalf to find the best rates and to do all the paperwork. In the past they would also try to get out of covering factory defects which are covered under warranty. Had to replace rear window because defroster defect in addition to replacing the cpu for locking the breaks on the highway for collision warnings when no vehicles were in front and the windshield was perfectly cleaned. Also had to replace center dash radio/computer screen because flickering like an old tv set from day 1. The sensor for the washer fluid breaks every year when the outside temperature reaches near 100f. And the jeep logos behind the front wheels look like they are melting and peeling off.
Tiffani Martin: I came in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. They did oil change but said they couldn’t do the tire rotation. They said they did the multi point inspection but they lied. Two weeks later my brakes started making a noise. Knowing a bit about cars I realized my break pads must be low. I brought it in and looked at them and they were horrible even was riding the metal. This place said all was good with my jeep when I was given it back. This place is not doing their due diligence and rushes through the process. 0/10 would not recommend!

Lesley Grillo: First I have to say I never willingly wrote a review. I drive a 2020 Dodge Durango that I purchased and have serviced at Dan Obrien in Methuen. About three weeks ago my car stopped running, I was told that they were unable to assist me with having it fixed and it was no longer under warranty. The staff at Dan Obrien told me to bring it elsewhere. After bringing it elsewhere, they failed to inform me that I had to have it fixed there due to a chip they installed in it that does not allow anyone else to fix it. I had to bring it to Dan Obrien. They told me it would not be looked at until March. I repeatedly called and no one would return my calls. I finally got through to someone (2 wks after my car was sitting there) and I was told it was under warranty because of the transmission. Well another week has passed and again no one has returned any phone calls. I finally get through to someone and they will not provide me with a loaner car. The customer service is horrible! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

I was getting pulled over. Called them they said I had to talk to manager first.Got pulled over had to get it fixed asap.Jays exhaust in Lowell did excellent and proper work. Said it was not done or correctly.Called Allen Mello service dept said they couldn’t do anything even though registered reputable shop did work that specializes in exhaust.Have to just eat the money. Place keeps losing employees, service prices keep increasing and quality in the toilet. I’ve had so much work done there and they have screwed up other stuff and actually used to take accountability.I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND RAM OR ALLEN MELLO.Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota out of NashuaNever do business with them again. So much for telling them one time they underbilled me.If I could give negative stars I wouldRun don’t walk from this place. Brittany Chapeau: I am appalled by the service received by this dealership. I attempted to call and create a service appointment for the last 2 days without any answer of the phones in the service drive. I tried to create a service appointment through their website, service is down currently. So with no avail I tried to get assistance by driving into their service lane this morning to get my 21 Jeep Gladiator looked at for charging system alarms and Service start/stop systems alarms and a check engine light. All signs the manual states are need for immediate service. The service advisor came to greet me, stated they do not take drive up issues and I would need to schedule an appointment. I told her I tried to multiple times and couldn't get through to anyone. My truck was running on 10.6volts at this point. The next appointment they had available was 2.5 weeks away. No one scanned my truck which is still under warranty, nothing was done they told me they couldn't do anything for me. I proceed to drive my truck off their lot, got 2 blocks away and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and the truck shut down on its own as I was breaking behind other vehicles to a stop light and refused to turn back on. My truck was at a dealership not 5 minutes before needing service, I now had to have my truck towed back to my house and will have to have it towed again to the dealer. My truck should not have been allowed to leave that lot without at the least an inspection. Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with, corporate was called and a complaint filed. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else or a car on the road causes an accident because a driver tried to get assistance and a car failed because of their lack of service in the future.
