Patricia Grant: I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to rent or purchase a vehicle. I have been falsely accused of not having employment which is why I was denied the purchase of my vehicle. I should’ve known then that they were not a reputable company. I requested a full refund of my deposit on Friday October 28th to Rich, the salesman on the lot, after the allegations and was told that they would handle everything asap on Monday. Now here we are Monday October 31st I am making calls to him with no answers, and only getting text messages stating refunds are only provided on Fridays. Which is ironic since I asked for my refund last Friday!!!
Cristina Hernandez: Had a great experience with this store . Came in was seen right away and helped out even though the sales man billy was busy and still was able to show me two cars I loved . Ended up up buying one and in a total of 5 days I had my car financed registered and on the road . Rich was awesome as well . They communicate with you and answer all the questions you have to ask . I know very little about insurance/financing etc. I was talking to a woman (Kristina) though text for the past couple days, trying to apply for financing etc and she was as helpful as she could be answering my questions. I explained my concerns about how I was nervous about a high insurance bill and all that. I talked it over with my partner and we came to conclusion that we would be able to make it work and then all of a sudden, I got this email from “Richie” stating I “have my hands full” and to “come back in the spring” (i’m looking for a car NOW. not in the spring). basically saying he doesn’t want to do business with me or work with me to figure these things out or help calm my nerves a bit. Incredibly frustrating and really disheartening as a first time buyer. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Kristina was really patient with me and all my questions. She was quick to respond to me etc. But I suggest she start working somewhere else, honestly. Don’t put all that into this “business”.I highly suggest, if you’re a first time buyer and have anxiety about buying your first car, DONT go to “Rich”. Kind of stinks because I know quite a few people he knows and I had faith.

Got there and they quickly found the problem but a part had to be ordered. Was surprised the following day when they called and said my car ready and went down and picked up my car that was also freshly detailed. M Kay: I'm inclined to agree with Steve R's review, it should be visible from a few months before I post this one. Check other sites for reviews on any establishment- especially this one. There are some padded good reviews from folks who were happy with their purchase (and ignored other factors) or window shoppers that were awed by the brand.In my opinion "3 strikes and you're out" is a understandable philosophy to employ...especially if you're a fan of a company. My favorite performance car brand has been Lamborghini for the longest time, with legends like the 1) Miura SV 2) Countach 25th Anniversary 3) Murcielago SV and many more. Giving the staff chances to behave right & them squandering it confirmed their discrimination. Just because myself or others are minorities or otherwise, doesn't mean staff have the right to be rude or anything. Perhaps being famous or dressing in a suit would help? Though my attire was never unkempt or offensive...Some time ago, with my first interaction with Lamborghini Boston, there was someone from the locations management staff talking to people. Excited about the prospect of purchasing an Aventador, me and my companion approached the man. Immediately his body language got hostile and indifferent. It made me shocked to see: if they treat a potential customer like this, how would a Lamborghini enthusiast, children, and others be treated? This brusque behavior made me irate and I started talking financing, ad personam, and other minutiae (which funnily enough, made him turn into the nicest person.) Ended up not closing on a deal.Second time, Lamborghini Boston had an Aventador on display and were letting everyone touch it, take pics, and sit in it. Waited for a right time to get my chance with the car and get hands on experience before plunking down money on such an expensive car. As soon as this long haired staff member saw me approach, he immediately went to shut off the car and close the door. They even went so far as to fabricate some issue regarding "the door's pump" which isn't an actual issue. Even if that was an issue with that model year Aventador, people shouldn't've been allowed to interact with a faulty car in any way. Third instance was at the New England Auto Show....can you believe as soon as they saw me near the booth they began to stare me down?? Using a nickname to post this review in fear of retaliation.Their inventory seems to be somewhat better as of late but usually it is mediocre. With these incidents it was disappointing, truly, to the point where I've directed friends and family to buy from rivals such as the Ferrari, McLaren, and other performance dealerships. I've closed in on a specific Lamborghini to purchase and will have to take it to one of the few shops with Lamborghini service experience or drive it out of state-will definitely not take it here.

When I arrived the vehicle was not there to see AND they started negotiating the car while I waited, then sold it to the previous customer. I was there with my son and this was going to be his first car. We left disappointed and surprised that such a high end dealership would do practices like this. I get it's a Toyota and not a Bentley, but it's the general principle that is wrong.

Justin Cataldo: Buyer beware DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. Purchased a car within hours being off the lot many issues only to be denied help by Karman. Engine had many issues including needing a whole new timing chain, roof was leaking all over the place, rodent damage from engine bay all the way to the spare tire bay in the trunk, headliner had rodent holes under passenger visor, ac system chewed away by rodents, brakes shaking when claimed to be brand new prior to purchase, multiple check engine lights and the car failed inspection in mass. car has left me stranded multiple times they were no help at Karman to fix anything yelled at me hung up on me didn’t answer my calls. I had to get lawyers and they still won’t budge very unprofessional we will let the law decide this case. Buyer beware don’t ever purchase a vehicle here and if you do have it looked at by multiple shops prior to purchase. These were auction cars for a reason

Marvelous MQ: I bought a car on April 8th and was told everything was just changed on the car, new brakes, new oil change and a week after the oil light came on and the brakes are squeaking. I went to Karman on Monday April 25th to tell John about the car. He said he did the oil change and he came into the car with me to check the brakes. He told me come back Wednesday April 27th and we can bring the car to his mechanic to check the brakes out. When I got there today Wednesday he gave me attitude Infront of his customers and even yelled at me becuase I was frustrated about him not wanting to fix the brakes after he said they were brand new! I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANOTHER SOUL TO GO THERE. After he sat and said we’re all a bunch of honest retired guys and he did nothing but lie! Save yourself the aggravation!
