Lexington Shoe and Luggage Repair: what do users think?
John Mateus: Good shoe shines.
Nancy Aiguobs: 🙏🏽My luggage is brand new🙏🏽tgank so much🤗
Lisa Spires: Did a great job on my shoe
Balaji CR: I took my suitcase and duffel bag to fix the wheels and clean the bag. The owner was transparent in suggesting it is not worth to fix, by comparing the cost. Though I wasn't able to fix my suitcase and bag, atleast he didnt misguided me.
Gefen Shapiro: Great job repairing a zipper.
Danielle N: I brought my wedding shoes in to be repaired after having some water damage from my wedding day. The employee said he would be able to fix it, but when I came to pick them up the shoes were a completely different color and not salvageable. The employee took no responsibility besides offering to try to dye them black or brown to cover up his mistakes. This was very upsetting because these shoes were supposed to be worn again for a vow renewal in 2021.
Miriam Sadofsky: Excellent repair. Resoled Haflinger boiled wool slippers.
JB: Very quick service while we waited, stitching a ripped purse seam. Helpful and pleasant.
Patrick O'Brien: My experience deserved a double review. Still so impressed by the service I received today. Bravo, Vic! 🙌🙏 WILL BE COMING BACK! 👏
Ned Bolle: Great work, very reasonable pricing.
Daniel Rakiec: I just got a price for re-soling a pair for Timberland boots and he wanted $75. The boots cost about $130 so I didn't think it was worth it.

Superior Luggage: what do users think?
Richard Berkman: Paul does a great job and his prices are very reasonable.
Samir: There the best in the business they fixed my luggage couple years back they did an excellent job I definitely recommend them.
Patrick Egolum: This place was a godsend. I had a large spinner suitcase that was worked over from my last international trip earlier this year. I originally sent it to another luggage place. They kept it for 5 months only to tell me they couldn't fix it. So I found Superior Luggage on Google and brought it over there 2 weeks ago for a new handle and 2 wheel replacement. Paul told me this was no issue and had it back to me the following week in almost new condition. He only charged me 60 dollars for it which was more than reasonable. I fully recommend going for any luggage issues and repairs. Great work!!!
Nancy Aiguobs: Fixes my suitcase, looks new💖
Kathryn I. Oates-Dacey: This is a wonderful place to go!! The guy who owns this place is great - he knows his stuff, he can really really fix things and I hope he stays in business forever. If you travel a lot, and your luggage takes the inevitable beating, this is the place!
Bryon Maddas: This guy is amazing! Appears to be a one-man band. I needed a replacement retractable handle for my Samsonite. He had one available and got it replaced in about 30 minutes. He charged $40, and I gave him a little extra. Don't hesitate to go here if you are having luggage issues.
John Pratt: Recommend it highly!
Kevin Shea: Positive:ProfessionalismPaul was great and fixed the zipper on my golf bag. I needed to have it repaired within 2 days and he got it done on the same day. Great work!
Michael Geary: They were able to fix my backpack that no one else would.
JRicker: 5***** for repair AND service! Located in East Boston Paul covers Suburbs around Boston. Paul is reliable/ competent, loves his work -- many years he repaired luggage for top airlines. My 30+ yr old TravePro Crew weekender lost rubber wheel, TravelPro zipper pull, and ripped inside tab while travelling thru China. Superior Luggage has local luggage drop-offs/returns, with front door delivery on occasion, as with my luggage which looks like new -- replaced authentic TravelPro wheel/luggage zipper pull, stitched detached strap, fixed bent luggage pull, and cleaned external luggage material.15% of cost to replace quality-like luggage. It looks new and functions great. Thanks so very much Paul! You're the best.
Steve Arkin: Nice owner replaced the broken handles on two musical instruments cases while I waited for a fair price. Excellent resource!
aidas kontautas: Excellent!
M. Sato: Very pleased with my repair. My old (but still in good condition) 2-wheel Ricardo 25" bag needed new wheels. The first luggage shop I brought it to, estimated a price that was almost equal to a new bag. (Personally, I don't think he wanted to be bothered with it.) I found Superior Luggage, filled out the online form and Paul called me back with a quote that was half of what the other place said! I dropped off the bag on a Monday and it was done by Friday. I don't know if this is a normal or average turnaround time for what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. They also do warranty repairs. Note: It's street parking, but I had no problem finding a space both times.
Roee Agami: Fixed a few of my suitcases here. Great quality and very reasonable prices. One Time I forgot some money in the suitcase I left with him and he found and returned it. Such an honest person!
Leon Brooks: I went to Paul to repair my luggage. He repaired as requested and repainted the frame? Paul si a good business man. I would recommend him to anyone!
Krystle Otey: Great quality work. Had two broken spinner wheels on my luggage. His work felt more secure than the original wheels. Super fast turnaround, as I'm a flight attendant thats very important.
Dorian N: Quick and efficient.
Michael Friel: Excellent service. I've taken several suitcases with broken wheels to Superior and typically it's just a couple days to have it repaired.
Brian Saviano: Best luggage repair in Boston! Paul is great to work with!!
Frank E: This place is the best place to go to luggage repair. And when I say best, I mean the best ever. The owner seems to really enjoy helping repair bags and his friendly demeanor helps make you enjoy him. The place is just packed full of bags, wheels, and handles. If you have a bag, wallet, suitcase, or any leather product that needs repair go here.

Cambridge Shoe & Luggage Repair: what do users think?
Eli Saltzman: Did a free zipper repair because it only took a few minutes!
Susan Villani: I have been a customer for a long time.I asked if a squeak in a shoe could be fixed, and they said yes and took the shoe. I paid $15 for its repair, and when I got home and wore it, the sole totally separated from the shoe on the first day, rendering it unwearable. I asked for a credit for another repair, if not the refund that I paid, and was denied both.
Al Khalil: Before and after. One week turnaround for re-soling, conditioning and shine. Cheapest price, fastest service I could find anywhere and I called everywhere. Extremely happy with the results. This is your place.
Sharie Camren: This place is the best of the best!
judith motzkin: Overnight repair of shoe, a purse and a jacket for a very reasonable price.
An C.: Excellent value with great service! The cobbler was able to repair my old leather boots and make them nearly as good as new, many thanks!
Dimitris Mylonas: You can rely on them to tell you whether is worth fixing it or not.
Naomi Arenberg: Great service and excellent prices,
Jennifer Winifred Trimble: If you need ANYTHING done for boots or shoes, this is the place to go!!!!! The customer service and turnaround time is great. The owner does the work himself and take the time and care to ensure quality craftsmanship.
Matt Slaughter-Katz (ledfox): Fast and professional service! Don't throw your shoes away - shoe repair is the green way to go.
Javon Goncalves: Went in to get some leather gloves sewn up, great service and good prices! Would highly recommend.
Alex Reiss Sorokin: Simply fantastic!
Marcia Walsh: Jacob is very nice and very professional. His repairs on shoes, boots and luggage are both impeccable and reasonable. Because his shop is run without computers, it may take him a few tries to locate your item but don't despair, he will find them and it will be well worth it! He replaced the lining on a leather tote bag for me and it is gorgeous!
Andrea: Never returning here once I finally get my shoes back
Mina Soltangheis: He was very kind and the results were amazing. My shoes look better than new and he did a great job fixing them and the price was fair. He even showed me and my friend how to use the machines in the shop for a brief second. Strongly recommend this place
Shirley Sosa: Instant shoe repair on Uggs! Happy!
Brianna Sullivan: Love this place! They've brought back my favorite pair of boots from near death twice, including a zipper replacement that I thought was impossible. I've also had them stretch a pair slippers up a half size so they would fit and do minor scuff repaids. Reasonably priced for the great job they do. Sometimes the wait to get your shoes back can be a little long (1 week+), but well worth it in my opinion.
Edward Li: Did not have the shoes repaired at the promised date. Also tried to give me someone else's shoes several times before finally finding mine. One pair of dress shoes had scruffs on it that were not repaired but instead spray painted over with a color that did not even come close to the original. Applied cheap polish to the other pair without attempting to remove the salt stains first.

Hollywood Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Steve Faber: Had my heavy duty hiking boots resoled. When I picked them up, the collar on the top of the ankle was also repaired (something I didn't think was going to be possible as the leather was so thick.Beautiful job for very fair price. Will travel the considerable distance to have any shoe repair done by this artisan.PS - Back when I first discovered him (I believe his shop was in Walpole at the time) I learned that he also will make custom shoes or hiking boots from scratch. He is a master craftsman.
Buck Crowley: Great service, very talented and experienced working in leather.
Ken L: My leather shoes were shined and cleaned very well for my wedding. The service was prompt and was affordable. Definitely recommend !
Rachael Tripp: The owner was so kind to help me out in a pinch (repairs overnight), and is a salt of the earth kind of business owner. We need more folks like him!
Evil Queen: Gave my Birkenstocks a new life!
Beth Rizzo: I went in here after reading reviews because I needed to have a purse strap shortened. I wasn’t quite sure how it would be done, but this man is an expert at his craft. He took one look at the strap, could see that it was way too long on me and we measured what we thought would be the right length for the strap. I didn’t want to leave the bag. It has sentimental value for me, and asked if I could just leave the strap with him to fix and I would come back for it. He asked me if I could wait 10 minutes and said he could do it right now. The work is impeccable and it’s perfect. Bless him! What a lost art form. I hope he is in business for many, many years. Excellent work, a super kind and professional man.
Stacy Lamb: 4 pairs of boots needed polish and some repairsGot them back and look brand new. And price is ridiculous (cheap). He said he had been doing this for 28 years and you can tell by his work and prices. Gave him a tip and he was so thankful and happy. Loved himReminded me of my Papa.
Richard P: I was very pleased. The owner told me exactly how he was going to fix my shoe and he's only going to take three days to do it! He also didn't charge me in advance which is unusual because his colleagues always make you pay upfront. It'll be interesting to see what he charges me!
Nicole M: The gentleman that runs this store is amazing at his craft. I bought three pairs a fry boots and the zippers were basically junk and I brought the boots into him and he replaced the zippers and the stitching next to the zippers for $50 a pair. The boots are very expensive and the zippers that they sell on the boots are cheap quality, and he put very nice zippers in so they wouldn’t bust when I wore them which was what was happening. Not only did it extend the boots a little in the calf area, it was so much easier to zip up. Highly recommend! He did it in one day!
Jerry Murray: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueHave always had great experiences here! I have brought in leather, shoes, coats, sandals, baseball gloves and all done promptly and professionally. It is my go to place and I love recommending it to everyone. It is a hidden treasure. I love going in and seeing them cutting leather to make custom boots. A true craftsman!
Matthew Rausch: I dropped shoes off last week that I am bringing on vacation leaving tomorrow. Was told to pick up on Monday. Im here its closed website says open, the sign on the door also says closed tomorrow. I was told to come back Today. Phone number does not have a mailbox. No way to get ahold of anyone if they are not in the store. Very upset I was referred here and this was my experience. Now they will have to sit for 2 weeks. Till I get back and hope they are open.
Mike Sr Doucette: I think this place is one of the best!!!
mark oneill: Friendly staff and great price
Joanne S: Positive:Professionalism,QualityHe did a beautiful job uplifting 3 pairs of old worn out leather boots. One pair was over ten years old and he made them look like new again.
Nadia Mounsif: Adorable owner and personAwesome prices and great service. Definitely one of my go to places
Leo Thifault: Great small business!
Jordan Miller: This guy's awesome.
Joan Berdan: The owner is a wonderful man! He does excellent work with only minimal charges. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Katarina Zinberg: Wonderful gentleman! Fabulous job, very reasonably priced. Waited for me for 15 min extra after he was already closed while I was stuck in traffic & really needed my shoes that night. Thank you again, you are the BEST!
A H: After I spent two hours fixing heel caps, I decided to bring my shoes here. Very affordable price! I am so glad that I did not need to give away my favorite shoes. Thank you for your business.
Alex Bakuta: Great service for a good price!

Completely Heeled Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Brian Lumb: Why replace good shoes when you can just get them fixed?I have used their services a couple of times and love their work. I still wish they sewed the soles instead of gluing but they still come out great.I made the mistake of walking in some snow and mud-covered rocks during a business trip. This resulted in the leather being stained and the soles being badly damaged.Completely Heeled replaced the soles and heels while also repairing some of the staining. The results of his work are shown here.Awesome job and I highly recommend this business.
Scott Dellisola: I had a leather Cheerleading Bracelet I bought when my Daughter Competed at Worlds Cheer Comp in Orlando (Disney) in her Sophomore year in High. She is now In College and Competing Again Both on Louisville Kent. College Cheer and Worlds Again. The snap was broke and it fell off more times than I Could remember. I took it to Sam Youssef , he repaired it for me. It Means so much to me. Thanks Sam . Scott Dell
Gina Burrell: Sam is unbelievable! Not only is he kind and most helpful, but he truly knows his business. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a better shoe repair… not here or in California where I am originally from. I drove 45 minutes to see him, and it was worth every single minute. He fixed my boots beautifully. I needed a zipper and before he put it on he had me come to try them on to make sure he was leaving me the right amount of room. He’s a perfectionist. You’ll do well by using him!!!!!
George Pardi: I went in today to get some stitching done on my Keen sandals. When I arrived, the shop was closed, but Sam was standing out and explained that he was in the process of moving the business around the corner to another location. When I mentioned that I had come from some distance away, he beckoned me in and did the repair while I waited. I was SO happy that I didn't have to come back on another day. Sam treated me right!
Adnan Tahir: Excellent place! Love the guy!
Gary Greene: It’s Friday afternoon and I’m leaving for my son’s wedding in two days. I realized my shoes look as old as they are, purchased decades ago, and they needed help very quickly. I found Sam by googling shoe repair. He told me that he closed at 4:00 but if I could get there by 3:00 he’d help me out. And that’s exactly what he did. They look like new! Repairs not needed but he did a wonderful job sprucing them up on extremely short notice for someone he’d never met. I’m completely grateful and will bring any business I might have in the future to him.
Claire Coleman: Remarkably talented cobbler! I have been going here for over 10 years and my shoes look like new! Sometimes you have a favorite pairs of shoes from years ago, well this guy can transform them back to their original glory. Great customer service! I know I will be going back time and time again!
Lauren M: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueHad my husbands boots re soled and they came out great! Look and feel brand new for half the price of new work boots!
Alexander Gould (Alex): Sam is extremely helpful, very nice, and does a great job of turning beat up shoes into good-as-new or better condition! Great customer service!
William Hadley: Legitimate multi-generational family owned cobbler shop. They do their work cleanly with quality materials.
Ruth Licata: Prompt service. A true craftsman.
Tim Westfall: Great cobbler experience. I took in some old hiking shoes to get a few extra years out of some boots and the stitching replacement and patching was above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended for even the smallest of repairs.
Tom Farrell: Awesome place they fix my boots in one day
Jonathan Vasconcelos: Fairly priced, excellent service. Gave him a couple pairs including Bostonian, Aldo, and Johnston and Murphy and he completely brought them back to life.
Manette Pacheco: They do a great job at reasonable prices.
Kerrie Densmore: I've had a few pair of leather boots stretched out and zippers moved due to large calves and I am always impressed with the quality work and turn around time. So nice to still have this type of business in town. Highly recommend!
Nebal Al-Taweel: Always come here for my shoes and purses. Probably would have had to throw away some of my favorite shoes if it wasn’t for Sam working his magic...Quality work, highly recommended!!
Don Clark: Completely Heeled is a fine place to have shoes and leather goods repaired. The proprietor is a friendly, third generation cobbler. His store is clean, organized and bright. My only nitpick is his cost. To be fair you should give him a try.
LA: Excellent work and very honest and fair! I trust Sam with all my shoes and purses. He even did a wonderful cleaning and treatment for my leather couches.
Kyle Cady: I went to Sam to see if part of my boot could be modified to relieve my heel of pain. I am pleased to say that it has worked and it was done very professionally and you cannot even tell that the boot has been modified which is great. The service was reasonably priced, timely, and all around excellent. Sam deserves five stars and I would recommend him to anyone due to his expertise.
Noah Thomas: I brought my Johnston and Murphy Chelsea boots to him for a new sole and some work on the inside, they look and feel better than they ever had. Also, he went through everything he was going to do before and after he did it and made sure of exactly what I wanted. I will be bringing all of my shoes here from now on.

Instant Shoe Repair: what do users think?
Connor McMillan: Great experience here. I brought in a pair of zippered boots to have a zipper on one repaired. When I got the boots back, the zipper had been fixed but the soles of both shoes had been replaced and they had been shined to perfection. Excellent customer service, like getting brand new shoes for half the price.
Virginia Roche: I lost the bottom of my heel on my favorite boots. Dropped them off on a Thursday, asked to have them on Tuesday. Picked them up today. So happy. Look like new!
Kevin M. Doyle: Great, friendly service!
Bev Feldman: I've taken two pairs of shoes to be repaired here. Both times my shoes were done faster than I had expected and the work done was excellent.
Jennifer Kakudo: Awesome place, and even better owner! He is an honest and upright person that gave me back two of my missing items! Very understanding and kind, I was prepared to pay for them, as I was just happy to have them back, however he insisted that I take back what is mine. I've never met such a pure and wonderful soul, and I will definitely recommend him to people that I know! Thank you so much Sammy for saving me a big headache, I appreciate it!
Daphna Weinshall: My sandals, munched by my brother's dog, were nicely fixed, on time, for a very reasonable price.
Charlotte Hyland: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueRepaired the toes of my favorite boots, they look good as new! He normally doesn't do watches but my leather watch band was way too big so he punched and extra hole in it for me. Will be going back for sure!
Angel Hart: The absolute best place to have your shoes repaired, stretched or conditioned. He also fixes leather coats, bags, ect. Sammy's prices are excellent. He will get your shoes back to you in a timely manner. He's also very honest.
brian gibson: I told the man there I didn't want to spend more than $30 to repair my $75 luggage and to not do anything until I received his estimate then he called me about a week later and without discussing it with me said he did the work and it would be $50. He only replaced 2 wheels on my 4 wheel bag and one he worked on , he didn't tighten it up so its loose and angled with weight on it till I make the repair completed. I won't return to give them more business!
Devon Moos: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSammy is the best. I won’t take my shoes anywhere else. He does amazing work!
George McKenna: Sam does great work. Honest and hard working.
Yamiley Prophete: If I could give zero stars I would, this one star is undeserving ! I bought my UGGs to be repaired for a small tear & he offered to clean them for an extra charge..When I picked up my UGGs not only was the hole bigger but he ruined my UGGs .. he did not clean it with the proper Cleaning kit and lifted up the dye from my UGGs turningthe white. I showed him the before and after pictures and he proceeded to argue with me. Overall terrible service I would not recommend anyone go there with expensive shoes because now $200 boots in the trash !!
John Figueiredo: The best fast and prices are great
Oleg Kazaev: Closed at 12:30 pm. Marked as open on google
Elaine Judge: I had a leather fanny pack repaired and if you didn't know where the rip was you wouldn't know it was sewn
Alexander Shvartz: Wouldn’t take good shoes to this place again.
Amyrah: @Stella Mofett Idk about the phone, but it's still open. I dropped a pair of shoes off on Friday. The shop is one guy (probably the only person that works there) in a kinda messy smallish one room shop. He's nice and I'd recommend this place
Stella Moffett: Fyi..no longer. Phone number is disconnected. No repair services
Ramatu Kandakai: What a steal, you can get each shoe repair for $7, no matter what the damage! It is great for those missing heels, tears and scruffs. The gentleman is great with getting your shoes back to you in a timely manner. You just give him a deadline and he meets it, and call you to pick them up.
K Grey (KG): If you want your faith in humanity restored, take your business here. It is an unassuming little repair shop with big heart. The owner could not possibly be nicer and he is incredibly fair (if not underpriced). Had my shoes stretched there and I am very impressed with the service and expert advice I received.
