Kelly Anne: I have been frequently getting my massages here for 6 months (at least twice a week). Great deal when you buy the package. They know exactly what they're doing and listen to you to change things up if you have certain ailments. The toxin removers they have to sell (I believe- I've been gifted) that you sleep with on your feet at night are amazing! Ling, the owner, and Angela, are FANTASTIC!! I love Angela because she climbs right on me and does all sorts of yoga stretches that my body doesn't allow me to do. The hot stones, foot reflexology, and ESPECIALLY the Beemer, are AMAZING after getting all those knots out! I've been getting massages more than half my life, and this is a place that I will stick with. To be able to call and get right on, is fantastic! They have therapists from other places that will come in if they don't have clients at that time, just to accommodate. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I recommend the CBD oil if you have a painfully inflamed body like mine 😆

fishhuntr: Massage was ok. The bad part is they will up charge you. I asked for a 45 min Massage when I was done I was charged for an hour. Lady at the desk said we gave you an hour. I didn't want to pay for an hour. I even told the woman doing the Massage I only wanted 45min. I didn't feel like arguing at the moment. Beware of the up charges.I will not be going back ever.

Many cons...PROS:•clean facility•Was given hot stone treatment free of charge along with a muscle balm.• therapy included water at beginning and end, lotion was used and then removed with hot towel clean down (2×) and effleurage.CONS:• Big language barrier. Did not know or understand most basic english terms. Was difficult to ask for more or less pressure, or key in on sore spots• Told me the price of session ($85!! Too high) and then wanted me to pay immediately before any other interactions.• Toilet paper roller in mens room literally falling out of wall, mounted incorrectly.• 1hr no specialization first visit was $85 dollars. I even asked about the advertised 10% off on the website and have no idea if that was with or without discount.• in room #3 dont think she could actually walk to my right side (face down) because it was so close to wall. Massage table was about a foot from wall due to a 2nd (different) table also being in room.• NO AMBIENCE. Standing fan on floor going left and right plus Language barrier AND total silence made an odd atmospherethis was the first few days after the stay at home has been lifted. Never given a name of person I dealt with. Simply asked if I had called ahead. Kept asking until i also gave my name even though she never asked me to... very conflicted about my rating since no one else has been open so i dunno if that should excuse some of the lacking elements. Reading other reviews it seems the lows are the normal and the good things are exceptions

Misty Carlisle: The worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. They are unsanitary! They use the same tub of Vaseline on everyone! After touching dirty feet and not changing their gloves. I did the 60 minute reflexology. It was VERY badly done. I could barely feel it. It was more of a foot rub rather than a true reflexology massage. She barely spent time on my actual bottom of my foot and was very weak in her technique. I was forced to pay BEFORE the massage. They know how bad they are so they make you pay beforehand, give poor service and want a tip!

Figured I would give it another shot n tried another time, n not only was the massage bad, the whole time she was trying to get more money. The entire time she just kept asking for more money. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to go.

Jessica: Purchased a 60 min couples massage on Groupon for this place and couldn't make an appointment. Tried 4 times to make an appointment and each time I tried I couldn't understand anyone from Lowell Therapeutic Massage because of the language barrier. Also on my last attempt to make an appointment I told the person on the phone I had a Groupon for the massage and she told me to call back another day and hung up. Poor customer service, ended up sending an email to Groupon to get my money back. Once I got my money back the site would not let me write a review of the company on it.. thus why I'm writing on here.

allthefish 4242: Went here on a whim with my girlfriend. They pulled out a second bed to allow us to do a couples massage on the fly. Great massage for me, solid massage for my girlfriend. Not a whole lot of communication due to language barrier, but neither one of us felt uncomfortable, and both women did occasionally ask “you OK?”Kinda hard to find (driveway next to the Dunkin’ Donuts) and feels a little sketchy due to location, thorough home security system, and language barrier, but in the end we both had a great experience without breaking the bank.I expect to go again, and I expect they will earn 5 stars next time. I only really took 1 off because my girlfriends massage was a little less memorable than mine, and because it really was a little eerie heading in.

I have been to this location and others many times in that time frame and never had such concerns. when I arrived I was told by front desk to wear a mask during my session when face up. I am totally fine with this and put my mask on but the front desk employee was not wearing a mask. Move to the room the therapist also was not wearing a mask and I asked the policy again and she said I didnt have to wear one. THe massage was ok, I had a 90 min session which later to find was cut 8 min. short. As others have reviewed the therapist made many loud yawning and snoring sounds. I noticed that the face cradle was not covered with a sheet or a towel, hopefully this was sanitized prior to my visit. She also wrapped my neck and head when face down with a fleece blanket and told me it was so the oil wouldnt get in my hair.My session ended and she asked me to wash my hands at the restroom which im guessing was to add a little more time since we ended early.Upon check out the front desk told me my session was covered by my membership credits and I was all set. When checking my email at home later that day I noticed a receipt email from Massage Envy. I looked at it and I was charged $7.50. I called to ask why this was on my card on file. I was told that this is a charge because my home location charges less than they do for their membership. They charge $5 more for 60 min and 2.50 for the additional 30 min. I asked for a manager to call me which she did. I encouraged her to teach her staff to ask permission to make these charges on cards on file.I am very discouraged of the events and will not be back

Like her handmade products (some of which work bette than anything I have ever bought), the signature sessions (ask about that one), or even the vitamin analysis. Lori makes your goal her goal and I don’t think I could ask for more.

I’ve been to several of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven’t found one I really liked until I came to this place.Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn’t have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That’s when I knew she was very good at her job.She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too!Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she’ll get so busy I won’t get a quick spot anymore. But she’s definitely deserving of it for the expertise she’s shown this far. 5 stars!
