allthefish 4242: Went here on a whim with my girlfriend. They pulled out a second bed to allow us to do a couples massage on the fly. Great massage for me, solid massage for my girlfriend. Not a whole lot of communication due to language barrier, but neither one of us felt uncomfortable, and both women did occasionally ask “you OK?”Kinda hard to find (driveway next to the Dunkin’ Donuts) and feels a little sketchy due to location, thorough home security system, and language barrier, but in the end we both had a great experience without breaking the bank.I expect to go again, and I expect they will earn 5 stars next time. I only really took 1 off because my girlfriends massage was a little less memorable than mine, and because it really was a little eerie heading in.

Kelly Anne: I have been frequently getting my massages here for 6 months (at least twice a week). Great deal when you buy the package. They know exactly what they're doing and listen to you to change things up if you have certain ailments. The toxin removers they have to sell (I believe- I've been gifted) that you sleep with on your feet at night are amazing! Ling, the owner, and Angela, are FANTASTIC!! I love Angela because she climbs right on me and does all sorts of yoga stretches that my body doesn't allow me to do. The hot stones, foot reflexology, and ESPECIALLY the Beemer, are AMAZING after getting all those knots out! I've been getting massages more than half my life, and this is a place that I will stick with. To be able to call and get right on, is fantastic! They have therapists from other places that will come in if they don't have clients at that time, just to accommodate. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I recommend the CBD oil if you have a painfully inflamed body like mine 😆

fishhuntr: Massage was ok. The bad part is they will up charge you. I asked for a 45 min Massage when I was done I was charged for an hour. Lady at the desk said we gave you an hour. I didn't want to pay for an hour. I even told the woman doing the Massage I only wanted 45min. I didn't feel like arguing at the moment. Beware of the up charges.I will not be going back ever.

Many cons...PROS:•clean facility•Was given hot stone treatment free of charge along with a muscle balm.• therapy included water at beginning and end, lotion was used and then removed with hot towel clean down (2×) and effleurage.CONS:• Big language barrier. Did not know or understand most basic english terms. Was difficult to ask for more or less pressure, or key in on sore spots• Told me the price of session ($85!! Too high) and then wanted me to pay immediately before any other interactions.• Toilet paper roller in mens room literally falling out of wall, mounted incorrectly.• 1hr no specialization first visit was $85 dollars. I even asked about the advertised 10% off on the website and have no idea if that was with or without discount.• in room #3 dont think she could actually walk to my right side (face down) because it was so close to wall. Massage table was about a foot from wall due to a 2nd (different) table also being in room.• NO AMBIENCE. Standing fan on floor going left and right plus Language barrier AND total silence made an odd atmospherethis was the first few days after the stay at home has been lifted. Never given a name of person I dealt with. Simply asked if I had called ahead. Kept asking until i also gave my name even though she never asked me to... very conflicted about my rating since no one else has been open so i dunno if that should excuse some of the lacking elements. Reading other reviews it seems the lows are the normal and the good things are exceptions

Misty Carlisle: The worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. They are unsanitary! They use the same tub of Vaseline on everyone! After touching dirty feet and not changing their gloves. I did the 60 minute reflexology. It was VERY badly done. I could barely feel it. It was more of a foot rub rather than a true reflexology massage. She barely spent time on my actual bottom of my foot and was very weak in her technique. I was forced to pay BEFORE the massage. They know how bad they are so they make you pay beforehand, give poor service and want a tip!

Tried 4 times to make an appointment and each time I tried I couldn't understand anyone from Lowell Therapeutic Massage because of the language barrier. Also on my last attempt to make an appointment I told the person on the phone I had a Groupon for the massage and she told me to call back another day and hung up. Poor customer service, ended up sending an email to Groupon to get my money back. Once I got my money back the site would not let me write a review of the company on it.. thus why I'm writing on here.

The place seemed clean, relaxing atmosphere, the reflexologist was awesome and everything was a five star up until the end when I was paying and was forced to give a tip. I had a budget for this experience and was forced to go above the price listed. I had no idea tips were forced. I thought it was up to the customer to give one if they wanted to. This left a bad taste in my mouth, soured my up until then great experience and I will never come back to this place again and will not recommend anyone else to either. Horrible customer experience when you force your customers to tip you.

Julie Walker: I used to really like this place… but my last few experiences have not been good. They have raised their prices numerous times in the past year and haven’t updated their website/brochures/boards at all. My most recent experience was a foot massage given by a woman. She started about 10 minutes late and didn’t make up that time at the end, I was early upon arrival even. For about 20 minutes of the massage she was texting with one of her hands, with her phone resting on the foot stool. While I was getting my massage another customer had left and I noticed the man “cleaning” (or lack there of) the area the last customer had used. All the towels (including the foot towel) were just folded back up and placed back on the stool to be reused by the next customer. That was pretty gross (unsanitary) to see even the foot towel that’s wrapped around another person’s foot being reused again for the next person. After my 50 (not 60 min. as advertised) foot massage I was paying and adding the tip to the slip. The man called the woman over and they instructed me to give a 25% tip. Never in my life have I ever been instructed on what to give for a tip. I was so shocked and disgusted by this poor business practice. I know small businesses have been struggling, but I’m done with this place.

They obviously do not care that is it REALLY unprofessional to take calls and schedule appointments WHILE they are working on a client. Nonetheless, they are nice, clean, friendly, and with reasonable prices and great massages… yes, I continue to go back.

With mostly back pain and neck tension I come here to relieve problem areas with a deep tissue massage. The last time i came i added essential oils to further help me relax. Derek Darrow: Here is my issue. I bought my girlfriend a massage and she liked the massage, but told me afterwards that the woman took 3 phone calls during a 60 minute session. So hands touching phones and paper and pen (for appointments) then placed on the back. So there is a minor cleanliness issue there. The real issue is a massage is supposed to be relaxing and soothing but the constant phone ringing and answering is not relaxing nor soothing. When I went to pick up my girlfriend, she was on the phone and came out to see who set off the door chime.Hire a receptionist lady. Get an assistant. Get an answering service. All very easy solutions. What I regret most is I have her a $20 tip BEFORE the massage and said to her to make sure she takes care of my girlfriend. Answering three phone falls during a 60 minute session does not fall into the category of taking care of my girlfriend and it surely is way off from relaxing and soothing. May seem small to some people but for me I’ll never come back again and I get her a massage a month. I was looking to break away from the ‘massage chains’ but apparently there are so many of them for a reason. That reason, at minimum, is a receptionist.

Sharon Ducker: at first i was very happy with the female therapist, she had a great touch and technique.I got a 30 minute back massage and a 60 minute reflexology treatment. The reflexology treatment was just ok she was not as good at this as with her back massage, the real issues I had were her husband heating up his food and eating in the space beside me very loud and very difficult to relax. The other issue was she answered the phone during our session and booked another appointment and talked to her husband about it for 5 minutes. When the appointment arrived she got up and left me to work on him now her husband comes to finish up my treatment. He was rough and too fast he also shorted me 10 minutes. As I was paying she again leaves her client to stand there expecting a tip. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Its too bad because she does have a good touch just poorly run.

Kathy Loucks: Oh My Gosh was this place a hit with the bridal party the night before the wedding in Andover Mass! The people at Foot Spa and Massage could not have been nicer they allowed us to bring chilled champagne, light up Led champagne glasses and a blue tooth speaker playing a Pre wedding playlist to get us all in the Mood! Now for the massage everyone raved about theirs and two said it was the best they have ever gotten! I give mine 5 stars and I am picky...they really know what places to hit to leave you feeling like new. I . had the guy by the way and he was really professional and amazing.There are 4 beds and massage rooms in back so if you are going to do this kind of thing you have to book in advance and ask if they can have more technicians on that day/night. Usually they have two on at a time we got 4 on! They will bring them in and give you a really special memory and leave your girl group bonded and ready for the main event be it a special dinner...or like us the night before the wedding. I wish i lived near this place truly. Did I mention the great prices? Just go don't hesitate it's a hidden gem! :)

I have a bad shoulder and cervical pain, so I have been getting massages basically twice a month for over a year now. Foot SPA & Massage is a very clean place and professional spa with conscientious and caring therapists. I have been seeing them for a long time and as far as deep tissue goes... They knows what they are doing. The therapist was very strong and knows her anatomy. She loosened up the tension in the back of my neck that I have been carrying for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend Foot SPA & Massage for your massages and you will not be disappointed.
