Petra Zion: Massage was okay but I was spoiled from my last place as they were very professional. I didn´t like they added to the price hot stones after they used them and told as another price beforehand. We will not return as it left a bitter taste.
Kelly Anne: I have been frequently getting my massages here for 6 months (at least twice a week). Great deal when you buy the package. They know exactly what they're doing and listen to you to change things up if you have certain ailments. The toxin removers they have to sell (I believe- I've been gifted) that you sleep with on your feet at night are amazing! Ling, the owner, and Angela, are FANTASTIC!! I love Angela because she climbs right on me and does all sorts of yoga stretches that my body doesn't allow me to do. The hot stones, foot reflexology, and ESPECIALLY the Beemer, are AMAZING after getting all those knots out! I've been getting massages more than half my life, and this is a place that I will stick with. To be able to call and get right on, is fantastic! They have therapists from other places that will come in if they don't have clients at that time, just to accommodate. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I recommend the CBD oil if you have a painfully inflamed body like mine 😆
fishhuntr: Massage was ok. The bad part is they will up charge you. I asked for a 45 min Massage when I was done I was charged for an hour. Lady at the desk said we gave you an hour. I didn't want to pay for an hour. I even told the woman doing the Massage I only wanted 45min. I didn't feel like arguing at the moment. Beware of the up charges.I will not be going back ever.

Many cons...PROS:•clean facility•Was given hot stone treatment free of charge along with a muscle balm.• therapy included water at beginning and end, lotion was used and then removed with hot towel clean down (2×) and effleurage.CONS:• Big language barrier. Did not know or understand most basic english terms. Was difficult to ask for more or less pressure, or key in on sore spots• Told me the price of session ($85!! Too high) and then wanted me to pay immediately before any other interactions.• Toilet paper roller in mens room literally falling out of wall, mounted incorrectly.• 1hr no specialization first visit was $85 dollars. I even asked about the advertised 10% off on the website and have no idea if that was with or without discount.• in room #3 dont think she could actually walk to my right side (face down) because it was so close to wall. Massage table was about a foot from wall due to a 2nd (different) table also being in room.• NO AMBIENCE. Standing fan on floor going left and right plus Language barrier AND total silence made an odd atmospherethis was the first few days after the stay at home has been lifted. Never given a name of person I dealt with. Simply asked if I had called ahead. Kept asking until i also gave my name even though she never asked me to... very conflicted about my rating since no one else has been open so i dunno if that should excuse some of the lacking elements. Reading other reviews it seems the lows are the normal and the good things are exceptions
Misty Carlisle: The worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my life. They are unsanitary! They use the same tub of Vaseline on everyone! After touching dirty feet and not changing their gloves. I did the 60 minute reflexology. It was VERY badly done. I could barely feel it. It was more of a foot rub rather than a true reflexology massage. She barely spent time on my actual bottom of my foot and was very weak in her technique. I was forced to pay BEFORE the massage. They know how bad they are so they make you pay beforehand, give poor service and want a tip!

Figured I would give it another shot n tried another time, n not only was the massage bad, the whole time she was trying to get more money. The entire time she just kept asking for more money. I definitely recommend finding somewhere else to go.
patrickshawmurphy: i would deffinitaly not go here again i gave it three chances and waisted my money , not only that but there 30 minute sessions are realy 20 minutes , i schedualed a cupping session three days in advance , i show up i payed 75 dollars for 30 minutes of cupping i lay down she brings out the cupping kit and oh what do you no it doesnt work so i end up getting a 30 minute deep tissue massage . so basically i paid for the cupping that never got done plus a 30 minute session . i will not go here again and u deffinitaly should not go here as wel
Jessica: Purchased a 60 min couples massage on Groupon for this place and couldn't make an appointment. Tried 4 times to make an appointment and each time I tried I couldn't understand anyone from Lowell Therapeutic Massage because of the language barrier. Also on my last attempt to make an appointment I told the person on the phone I had a Groupon for the massage and she told me to call back another day and hung up. Poor customer service, ended up sending an email to Groupon to get my money back. Once I got my money back the site would not let me write a review of the company on it.. thus why I'm writing on here.

Vannary Yem: My appointment has been rescheduled numerous times due to miscommunication between the manager and staff members. When I filed a complaint asking for a refund, the manager was supposed to call me back. She called back but only left one message saying she would continue to reach me but never called again. The staff members are awesome but the manager specifically is very unprofessional and promises free services for mistakes yet never follows through. I would never recommend anyone here

Dora Dos: **UPDATE**I was contacted by Indulgence and was offered a complimentary massage for the inconvenience which I am grateful for. My massage therapist, Tamika was amazing. She did a great job in relieving all my knots and was exceptional with finding my pressure points. I am more than likely to return for massage service with Tamika.I booked a massage appointment with them twice and they cancelled on me last minute both times. First time, I was already on my way there & appointment was in 10 min and I received a call that they had to cancel. Second time, they cancel on me due to the snow which is understandable. But the least they can do was offer some sort of discounts or something for the inconvenience. All they did was say "Sorry, there's nothing I can do". Don't waste your time at this place. To me, that's terrible customer service.

allthefish 4242: Went here on a whim with my girlfriend. They pulled out a second bed to allow us to do a couples massage on the fly. Great massage for me, solid massage for my girlfriend. Not a whole lot of communication due to language barrier, but neither one of us felt uncomfortable, and both women did occasionally ask “you OK?”Kinda hard to find (driveway next to the Dunkin’ Donuts) and feels a little sketchy due to location, thorough home security system, and language barrier, but in the end we both had a great experience without breaking the bank.I expect to go again, and I expect they will earn 5 stars next time. I only really took 1 off because my girlfriends massage was a little less memorable than mine, and because it really was a little eerie heading in.

Kathleen Keefe: I highly recommend booking a session at Be Free Thai Yoga.Elizabeth is a magician in the way she manipulates your body, helps to clear pathways, and move stagnant energy in your body.She is also a very calming presence. From the moment you walk in you immediately feel a sense of calm and tranquility. I found Be Free Thai Yoga at a very stressful and emotional time in my life. Through this body work I was able to feel better physically and mentally. Whenever I leave my sessions I feel rejuvenated and healthier. I would absolutely recommend scheduling a consult or session.

Tors AHHT: Wonderful work, with a wonderful person! Always felt so much more relaxed and grounded after her sessions, so much so that I went to bed early afterwards! Hits muscles I didn't know I had, fully clothed, which I love. And talks you through some hard emotional stuff and does some EFT tapping as well. She is still learning more and more skills, so it can only get better!

I’ve been to several of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven’t found one I really liked until I came to this place.Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn’t have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That’s when I knew she was very good at her job.She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too!Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she’ll get so busy I won’t get a quick spot anymore. But she’s definitely deserving of it for the expertise she’s shown this far. 5 stars!

Sean Corey: The staff is very friendly. They take covid protocols very seriously and also keep in mind if you're vaccinated or not. Andrea is an amazing therapist ( I'm sure the rest of the staff is as well ). But I leave there feeling very loose and relaxed for days. They also communicate with you well during the whole process. Some people like trigger points vs relaxation massage vs deep tissue...etc... So if the first thing isn't to your liking try a different style.

Jack Anton: Managed to get a last minute appointment which was a surprise at first but in hindsight maybe not. Quite a young crew to be working, maybe too young? Seems as all of the young workers were barely graduating high school just yet. Not the greatest as in their techniques or intuitiveness, but the masseuse was especially skilled by unnatural strength so was able to apply the heaviest of pressure consistently for the whole hour which is what I asked for. The effort was there, but I think she’s still a bit green to novice. When she did manage to graze the area that needed a kneed it was good but more often then not she worked all the areas around my back knots then the knots themselves. Lol. But I think over time as she gains more experience, skill and knowledge in the art of massage her natural abilities of strength will make her quite good. One can only hope.

So clean and smooth.Melissa performed my massage and she also explained the process before she started. She was super friendly and she gave just the right pressure. I was able to reach some deep relaxation which I definitely needed.Overall, everyone was super friendly and hospitable. The business is clean and and offers a bunch of amenities. You can tell they are really passionate about their work. I will be returning!
