Vannary Yem: My appointment has been rescheduled numerous times due to miscommunication between the manager and staff members. When I filed a complaint asking for a refund, the manager was supposed to call me back. She called back but only left one message saying she would continue to reach me but never called again. The staff members are awesome but the manager specifically is very unprofessional and promises free services for mistakes yet never follows through. I would never recommend anyone here

Received good feedback and recommendations for my skin. The one in the yellow shirt was first day I tried their products and the one on the left is a month after daily use and routine.Highly recommend coming here.

Me Em: Called Indulgence and explained in detail the service that I was requesting and they confirmed the service and was quoted a price and then when I went there they said it would be more than double. Will reach out to management to explain further to them to see if they will do anything.

Dora Dos: **UPDATE**I was contacted by Indulgence and was offered a complimentary massage for the inconvenience which I am grateful for. My massage therapist, Tamika was amazing. She did a great job in relieving all my knots and was exceptional with finding my pressure points. I am more than likely to return for massage service with Tamika.I booked a massage appointment with them twice and they cancelled on me last minute both times. First time, I was already on my way there & appointment was in 10 min and I received a call that they had to cancel. Second time, they cancel on me due to the snow which is understandable. But the least they can do was offer some sort of discounts or something for the inconvenience. All they did was say "Sorry, there's nothing I can do". Don't waste your time at this place. To me, that's terrible customer service.

Alannah Leigh: I had cool sculpting done once. Although the people were very friendly, I thought it was strange to sign so many papers saying that I acknowledge the cool sculpting may not work. Interestingly enough they told me to wait a few weeks-few months to see results. Absolutely 0 results. I paid money I barely had, because this was so important to me..... just to be ripped off.Looking further they aren't even licensed to do this. They are LIARSand THIEVES.

Tracey & Brad Butterworth: I just had my second massage with Raeanne and it was amazing. Each massage is tailored to your needs at that time. Raeanne talks with you before starting so she knows what techniques best to use. Each massage has been custom. I love the stones and the cupping and the relaxing atmosphere. The location is very easy to get to. Raeanne also works on your energy and chakra which I love. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed and mentally at peace. Raeanne is the best and 3 of my family members go to her as well. I don't even live close to the shop but Raeanne is truly worth the travel. I highly recommend her. I just can't say enough.
