Érica Chartier: I have been calling for weeks and no response. Not even a call back. Staff is horrible unprofessional. I finally just got ahold of someone for them to be rude and disrespectful. Time to find new staff for your office! I am looking elsewhere

They pick up the phones with a attitude and hang up, or will put you on hold to then again hang up and have another staff pick up the phone to laugh about it and give the wrong information. By the look of the review seems like that’s normal here.

Cyn S: After MANY screwups I still went because the providers are great but today was the last straw. The office staff have to be the most unprofessional rude cavalier people I’ve ever encountered. Is it too much to give your patients accurate information? I called for a sick appointment yesterday wasn’t told my Dr. had left the practice A MONTH AGO! Hmmm you’d think that his patients would have been informed of his departure since you know that affects their care. I pretty much got a “oh well I don’t know what to tell you” attitude as a solution. Mind you it took almost a week of calling multiple times a day and leaving voicemails to make said appointment( as usual). They’ve been blaming covid for being a hot mess but they’ve been just as awful before we even heard the word covid. Save yourself the time and headache and be seen elsewhere!
Concern Adult: This is by far the worse medical facility to go to, go elsewhere, since Dr Nabout’s passing. I have had appts, only to be called to go into a room, only to sit there for over an hour for a doctor to walk in the room..repeat find another place to go, even a walk in clinic. They promise a call back and it just doesn’t happen. When people call a doctor, we are at their mercy, it’s not like we are asking if they had a great Christmas or my dog is sick can I make an appt? We are humans. Do they learn this when they are in college…
Homehealth Care: I have been calling for my mothers care 6 times no one is calling me back over the last week.
M T: I used to be impressed with Global Care but no longer. I have tried to make appointments by phone but they never answer the phone and I've received only 1 call back. I have been very satisfied with Dr Maxwell in the past but yesterday I was very disappointed. Recently I was having severe asthma breathing difficulties and tried many times to reach Global Health Care by phone before giving up and going to urgent care in New Hampshire. I recently moved to NH and we experienced a delay in getting to my 11 am appointment in Lowell yesterday. I was 20 minutes late but tried to call on the way and of course no one answered so I left a message. I was horrified when the office staff tod me that Dr. Maxwell would not see me as I was late. The waiting room was empty. I normally am kept waiting for at least that amount of time. I will get a new Primary Care provider.What's up Global Care?? My next step is a complaint to the attorney general's office. For shame!!

ThoughtsFromnh: My Doc who i have seen for many many years is great. However the staff has now caused me to look elsewhere. Every request over the last year is asked for at least 2 or 3 times. Test results, Prescription refills, promised follow up calls etc. It is a lack of training, caring and certainly no one with office skills.I go to an eye practice now 22 miles from my house with multiple other service providers along the way. But the staff is outstanding- request are followed up on, phones picked up immediately etc. That staff has prevented me from leaving. When a member is replaced that individual is up to speed in no time.To the owner(s) of the practice: In a short time (though i expect your seeing it now) The practice will be one of patients who for a host of reasons simply do not have the means to change. Simply put your private insurance patients, the ones with options, will use that option and go elsewhere. As i am in the process of. That may be enough for you and if so great. However it is lousy for your patients.

It is mostly based on customer service, from “trying” (are you really though? or just simply miserable at your front desk job?) to respond and answer any necessary concerned questions.My next one was about the medical assistants. But I can’t say all because most of them genuinely do their best:My experience at the Tewksbury location was terrifying. The walls aren’t sound proof enough so laughing, silliness and goofing around are easily heard from the exam rooms. Unfortunately, I have a phobia of needles. I’ve mentioned it a couple of times (maybe I should’ve done more). The medical assistant who drew my blood was not at all comforting. I threw it past me when I heard his laughter, his giddiness, and sharing personal stories he walked in. We’re all human and need sanity so I get it. But at least provide your greatest sincerity when working with patients.I’ve gone too long at this practice and I hate all aspects of patient service here.Aside from the idiocy, I do appreciate doctors, Dr. Douglas Fritz and Dr. Zinabu Maxwell. I’m sorry I couldn’t provide more than 1 star to this practice, but you two are far beyond that.All the best,

I was there for a year, I told them about my issue, after a year of going there, my issue never get resolve. I went to another Doctor's officeafter that, my issue got resolved two weeks later.

I called in to get asthma prescription refill for my son twice yesterday8/24/21 and after 24 hours still waiting for a call back confirming if they called in the meds, which they still have not. This important as he is away at college and i need to ship it to him. This is asthma meds and he needs them ASAP. The lack of not promptly returning calls has become a habit with Global care. Even after 48 hours no return calls. They said they have a new phone system back in April and excuses all the time. They do not pick up calls. One is forced toLeave a message and just WAIT. This was never the case before. The whole place has sunken too low. I give a lot of room for changes with the pandemic, but there is a difference when a client leaves an urgent message for a crucial medication needed. I Am SO disappointed. Dr Nabbout was a Fantastic doctor and caregiver and I’m disappointed how the office is run now. I have even left a message for the CEO who happened to be Dr (Mrs) Nabbout and no response from her either. Hopefully if someone sees this note will bother to call me, and I intend to go to their Tewksbury office tomorrow to make sure one if them calls in for the prescription for my son.

Iouri Iouri: I lefty my Doctor's office only because of the insurance, and what a mistake I made!Dr Thom and her assistant Alexis made my life a hell.First I was told that I had a cervical cancer and hysterectomy( which I never had). Later it was only getting worse.I asked for a sleeping pill (which I was on for about 10 years ), and was told by Dr Thom that I need to come in for an appointment. I was very busy with work and my son's soccer , and e mailed back that this is not a good patient care , because that pill I was using for years.After that I called about 10 times, e mailed about 5 times asking for an appointment for vertigo, and lidocaine patches refill, and was competly neglected by the Doctor. NO REPLY AT ALL.Alexis called me about a week later and told me that Dr will not see me, because of my e mail reply when she requested me to come in. Also Alexis is very rude and unprofessional on the phone.Now I am going on vacation without my medications and without any medical help.I have to swich a PCP again, because Dr Thom doesn't like me as a patient.

Mom is only in her 70s has a couple health issues. Doctor told me “she’s had a good life”. WTH?? Furthermore, talked a mile a minute! I called the office back and demanded a scan. Mom had uterine cancer! Advocate for your loved ones because this place won’t.

Jayde Staiti: When I made my initial appointment I was very clear on the phone about my medications.I also had them tell me how to add Sylvia to my insurance-they don't see without insurance.It's not that important but it took me forever to get an appointment within a reasonable time.I'm on the Nuva ringI know it's up to me to send my medical records but they didn't even ask.I'm another face in the system and I get that.I forced my dr to stay in the room as I called the pharmacy to PROVE further that I was on an ADHD med.They gave me a photo copied list of counseling services and circled 5 places for counseling services.A PCM is not necessarily a confidante but switching Drs when there's a scheduled pap is unacceptable no matter what.It's a trust thing.
Jon Doe: Well to start I felt Dr.Los was not concerned with my well being she did not ask me how i was,or greet me for that matter, she was very one wayed so to speak. Now i understand that you cannot request whatever med you want, but its my body and have tried MANY different meds.Dr.silva was only willing to give me those same meds thats i had not had any success with. she was also quick to just write me a scipt rather than explore other options. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the australian guy was very nice though.

Paula Mulen: Horrible place
Emily Marsden: Absolute worst healthcare I have ever received in my life. If you have an actual problem, do not come here because they want to do nothing but the bare minimum. I have a degenerative disease of the connective tissue called EDS, which impacts my joints and every organ in my body, causing me a lot of pain and discomfort in my daily life. I have been a patient here for the past 4 years and have complained about many symptoms as they continue to develop, just to not be taken seriously and have my problems shrugged off. At my last appointment, my provider told me verbatim that I was overthinking my symptoms, and that is when I made the decision to finally switch doctors. After switching to Lahey, within just one week, I had several referrals to specialists who all confirmed that I was in fact NOT overthinking my symptoms and offered me the solutions that I needed. I wish I had made the switch sooner, maybe my symptoms would not have progressed as they did because of CBC's incompetence. I cannot express how relieved I feel to finally be listened to and have some answers. CBC does not deserve to be in practice, and I hope this review is helpful in steering people away from them.
Jacob Sullivan: My girlfriend has been coming to the place for the past 3 years and have done nothing for her. She has a degenerative disease called EDS where her muscles and joints don’t work properly and create many complications in her daily life. At her last visit the Doctor actually said “I think your over thinking your symptoms” so that’s when we finally decided to change doctors.When we changed almost all of her questions where answered. She legitimately cried because the doctor actually listened to her. She’s already been to 2 separate specialist and have confirmed all of her symptoms as true.Moral of the story is, if you have a problem don’t go to this place because the honestly just want your money and don’t care about their patients.
S M Fijul Kabir: I wish I could make zero start. This is a worse place. They irrelevantly set some labs for new patients (they say it is their policy), which are not related to patient problem. When I asked, they says they do it for every new patients (the diagnosis seems like physical and that is I thought). Also, they do not reveal the test results unless and until, I visited the office (again, I was told it is the policy). They are using these traps (seems like setting policy to make bills) to make bills. I would warn people before taking the service.
Arjun Joshi: Been going for Primary Care needs for a few years. They've been reliable. Wait times are variable but my appointments are, by and large, efficient. Physicians/Practitioners are solid and thorough. Office is easily accessible and generally haven't had many problems over the years. Virtual appointments made simple appointments much easier as well.
Kevin Schendell: The doctors and Nurse Practitioners are pretty good, but the nursing staff and administration are not. They are super unhelpful, especially over the phone.

Deedee Kim: My grandma has been coming here for the past few years and the service/care has deteriorated completely. It takes MULTIPLES DAYS for the doctor to send a prescription to the pharmacy (most if not all doctors send it right after the appointment). They have cancelled her appointments without even telling her. It’s by far the most disorganized and unprofessional practice I’ve ever witnessed.

Nicole Phillips: Didnt get the care I needed. Aweful waiting hours. I was in severe pain but all he was concerned about was writing you you scripts and pushing you out the door after you waited for him 2hrs. There alot of options dont choose this one.

Also it takes 9 hours for a 5 minute visit with this office and doctor , awful place wouldn’t recommend to anyone
J Porter: For my job I often am dealing with masshealth clients and providers. Make sure you have lots of time for appointments since the doctors always “running behind” by about two hours minimum. Also had issues with doctor signing off or ordering requested transportation services -after repeated requests. It’s just not very considerate patient care or respectful of their time. Also the follow up appointments are border line unnecessary- every two weeks for follow ups?
Ehsan: Update: I have to take three stars off, because for the last three times I had to refill my medication, staff at the office had been very unhelpful and I had to spend hours over the phone and constantly call them and follow up to have my prescription faxed to my pharmacy. It's been very disappointing and frustrating.I Went there to do my annual physical test. Staff are friendly and Dr. Danesh was very caring and friendly too. I received my result over the phone and easily. At the time of my visit they were still accepting new patients.
