Trains on Tracks LLC.: what do users think?
renee vee: I absolutely love this place. It’s a very small establishment, but you’ll receive world class attention. The owner Ray, is a really nice gentleman. He is really knowledgeable about any service you may need for your model train. This is the place any beginner train enthusiast should go. They will give you the best advice you need to begin your journey.
John Plater: Great small business, friendly service from the knowledgeable owner.
Daniel Cerritos: A rare model train store in New Hampshire. I wish there were more stores like this in NH.Very friendly staff and helpful, all scales are sorted as well. Nice selection of trains.
Linda Benson: Found a gem of a store - and a gem of a store owner in Ray. I needed some assistance in valuing a donation to a local charity (The Humane Society for Greater Nashua) and Ray took the time to look at what I brought, discussed condition, value and gave me suggestions on how to move forward with selling them. I left feeling confident about how to proceed and with a greater appreciation for the train collector. Ray was gracious with his time, his vast knowledge and his helpfulness. Thanks Ray for all your help!
Greg White: Top notch store, I'm from out of town and the treated me like I was thier next door neighbor. I actually visited the store twice and made purchases both times. Highly recommended them!!
Christina Madden: The place to go for knowledgeable and friendly service. Nice assortment of trains in various scales, buildings etc.
Barry Belknap: Great informed staff. If you have questions he will have the answer. Friendly and great on price. I do and will continue to buy all my train supplies from trains on tracks
Mainely Central: This is a super model railroad shop. He has everything sorted by scale, and has tons of N scale, HO, O and G as well. Always pleasant to talk to Ray, and there's also plenty of scenery, DCC and other model RR goodies. I make a 3 hour trip there a couple times a year to see what I can't live without. If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to check it out.
e dina: Great place, Ray does phenomenal repairs, modifications and prices are very reasonable and the staff is excellent. Best in the area of S.NH
Michael Baker: This is a great store! Fun selection, kind owner, will definitely be back.
Johann Meyer: Tbh it’s a very good store I know the guy and he’s pretty nice modeled my own train layout on his in the store.
Robert DeSisto: Awesome model shop to visit! Was able to find a VERY rare HO Scale engine of a New England shortline railroad (NHN) here. Reasonably priced items, and lots of very cool inventory. Definitely well worth the trip down 101 to checkout!
Lloyd Wiley: This is the best train store in the area. The owner is friendly, helpful, kind and goes the extra.
s Golden: Great little store, we got some ez track ho scale and a book in layouts. Friendly helpful staff, great selection, will be back!
Matthew Morrison: Excellent model train shop!!! Last weekend I drove over an hour to visit for the first time and I was VERY glad I did. Ray and the other staff here are friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I highly recommend this shop, they have a great selection and always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will be back very soon. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
Lauren Rollens: Expert knowledge and advice, and amazing selection. I am new to trains and was thinking of buying online, but not anymore. I'm going to T.O.T!
Gene Anderson: Great selection of trains and parts.
Anne Corrette: A lot of quality merchandise. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Chris Urbine: Absolutely love shopping here! Ray, the owner, is top-notch and an expert in the field. He treats everyone, my 4 year old son included, with utmost respect. I HIGHLY recommend Trains on Tracks for the customer service, prices, and expertise that you can't get anywhere else (online included). THANK YOU, Ray!
Lisa Melvin: Fantastic store for model train enthusiasts
Adam Zlotnick: Great business and great people

Hobby Emporium Inc: what do users think?
Ken Juttner: Friendly and helpful
Eric Roberts: Great store. No longer has rc cars
Darryll McGillivary: They have a huge selection of Vallejo paints. Much easier than buying online. Also lots of terrain options.
Brian Hamilton: day have trains
Brian Merriam: Amazing selection, extremely knowledgeable staff and just a great place to browse and start dozens of new hobbies.. or the best of what you need for the ones you have :)
Deborah Freeman: Great N scale train store
AB203: Highly recommended! Large stock and friendly staff
Paul Tagliamonte: Shopping there off and on for the last 15 years or so. I wouldn’t consider myself one of the usual‘s. Selection is great. They’re pricy, but I get it, they have to pay the rent. I’ve been on the fence with this place for a while, specifically because of the service. It’s always been the same 3 guys there for as long as I can remember and they are very knowledgeable. It’s a hobby store, I don’t go there for the atmosphere. But when I witnessed an elderly guy coming in for the first time, asking some very simple questions about brass rod, one of the guys behind the counter was very short with him, raising his voice for no reason whatsoever and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. I could see the old guy was just taken aback. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a rough day etc. but its nothing I hadn’t seen before. Over the years, when I’ve gone there to shop, I’ve kind of come to expect it from the guy, whether Its me asking a question or another customer. I’m not there to have my hand held, but the way he was talking to that elderly customer was it for me. I’m just done. Walked out and never going back.
Michael Moceri: Free to browse. So much to see. Very helpful staff.
Sheila Wood: I cannot say enough about this place. This place was fantastic. The guy from Australia was super super nice and very very patient with me going through the N scale cases. I have an eye condition that makes reading small print very very difficult so it take me a LONG time and I probably got more impatient with myself than he was getting with me. (I know, eye condition and N scale do not go well together but I have limited space and catzillas that destroy everything so mine are displayed on a shelf) The amount of N scale was one of the biggest ive seen yet. The HO section was a good size as well and they have a ton of boxed models and paints. Prices on the N's are fantastic, below retail AND everything with a white sticker was 30% off. So happy for that because I bought a lot. This place is definitely on my list of revisiting again. We came from out of state for vacation and found this little gem of a hobby shop. We only had a conversation with the Australian guy, sorry we never asked his name, but he knew his way around trains and had a great conversation with me and my boyfriend while they both helped out the "beginner". Its not often I feel welcomed into the man hobby of trains, mostly because I act like a 5 year old when ever I see a kitty ( I display Chessie, CSX, some graffiti, and some other odd ball cars that I find, but I hunt for the kitties. Im the poster child for the stereotypical "why girls shouldn't play with trains" lol) Overall I would give this place a big 10+. Even if they wouldn't have had N, it is still a place I would have gone in just to look around. We will definitely be back!
Sumit Mishra: Awesome collection of model trains and people are really helpful if you are just starting with the hobby
Nathan Schlehlein: This place is a gem. Plenty of model kits to choose from (some of which I've never seen in person before) and friendly staff. I'll be visiting again when I'm in the area!
jayoh45: I've been one of their customers for over 25 years they have all brands of plastic models and trains and not to for get paints and hobby tools
JeffinMass1: They had exactly what I needed for my project. Knowledgeable staff made it easy for me.
G G: Model ships and planes; trains and landscapes; paints and other supplies; huge selection of jigsaw puzzles. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Recommend.
snow plowin: Good if you like trains and airplane. Not if your into rc vehicles. Not even a battery charger here.
Toby London: Excellent customer service, an absolute wealth of knowledge and one of the few stores like it. Please support your local businesses.
Matt Brichacek: Very good model shop! Better than the ones near me in Ohio. I went to visit some family up in Nashua and they took me here and I was highly impressed. I loved the selection of WW2 planes and battleships. Also they have an entire shelf dedicated to Jet Airliners which I like to build. They also gave me very good advise with paint thinner!
Navidd: Great play helpful staff
Turtledog19: Great prices and informative staff. Will be buying from them again. They ship too
Joseph LoPorto: Very helpful and kind to my 4 year old grandchild.

Charles Ro Supply Co.: what do users think?
Jane Nehring: Vast selection, good service.
David & Lori Knight: Awesome store, great experience
Eliot Scher: Charles Ro is the BEST dealer going. I have been buying there for twenty five years. Ask for Butch. Totally reliable.
Emma Doyle: Cool store, definitely visit if you're interested in getting started with Lionel Trains.
Jim Frisk: DO NOT BUY FROM CHARLES RO. I made a pre-order from them over a year ago, then canceled shortly afterwards. Much to my surprise, i received an email shipping notification for the order. I responded within minutes saying i had canceled the order and to not ship! About 1-2 days later i got an email response "order already shipped". Then it was shipped to the wrong address. When i finally got the package, i sent it back to CHARLES RO since i did not want it as i had canceled the order months ago. I didnt even open the box. Then CHARLES RO had the nerve to charge me a 15 percent restocking fee for THEIR mistake. AVOID CHARLES RO, they have the WORST customer service. Period.
Michael and Steve: Great variety of train accessories in stock.
chandler jeremiah: Great place, large selection to pick from.
Rob Fournier: Absolutely incredible store. We were flying out of Boston later in the day and stopped by on our way to the airport. The layout was not running as it was a weekday but when they heard we were from out of town they invited us upstairs and started the layout for my kids to watch. Great people and a selection that was unbelievable. They had great prices and a lot of stuff you usually only see in a catalog!
Dan calidonna: Love this store staff is friendly
Maksim Miano: I like tren
Mbta Ghost: Brought an engine in for repair and they lost it…..
Karl Wagner: Great slections lots of items instock
Aleksey Magno: I happen to go into this store finally after discovering it online and it is one of the greatest model train stores ever. Amazing selection of g scale trains from USA trains and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely going back and I am telling everyone that I know who is into model trains about it
Emil Cepeda: Absolutely wonderful experience here! If you are a model railroad enthusiast this is the place to buy your stuff from. I have attached a few pictures of what I purchased but while I was browsing the employees were kind enough to take various things out of the display cases and run them on a small bit of demo track for me as I was looking around. They were all very friendly and answered any questions that I had! The price for the entire set was below what bachmann themselves recommended per the book that they gave to me said which reassured me that I paid a very competitive price for this! Definitely recommend!!
frubes frubes: Largest electric train store in America. Staffed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. When Uncle Charlie passed away, he left his self-made tribute to the American success story on good hands.
Sheila Wood: I have been wanting to come here for a while, the most enticing thing was the size of the building and the fact that a lot of reviews said it was an awesome selection of all gauges. It wasnt a poor experience, just a disappointing one. When we arrived there were a decent amount of cars in the parking lot, so i was expecting a lot more than what we actually got. It might be the largest train hobby shop building, but that is where the size stops. There is this massive old brick building in fron of you, and it looks nice, i already knew the second floor was for a big layout based on the customer reviews but most said it was closed, so i wasnt going to bother with the second floor. You walk up to the door and are immediately greeted with a long list of instructions, no bags of any kind in the store, any bags must be checked at the counter when you go in and are subject to search, no bathrooms, no strollers, its a rather unfriendly and uninviting sign. I had a backpack bag so i went back and put it in the car, not that big of a deal but still felt like they didnt want anyone in the store. You walk into a foyer, and there are a few glass cases with trains and such, you enter the store through the door on your right. and thats where the big disappointment came. I was expecting a sprawling store with HO on one side, A big lionel section in the middle and the other scales and paints and buildings and scenery, little bags with replacement parts on the other side, all the things you would expect to see in a place that says largest train store. It was nothing like that. the store is only 1/3 of the space inside. The rest is inventory and shipping. The HO section was not very large and had run of the mill engines and rolling stock, if you are like us, we like the hobby shops because you never know what little gem you might find, but the HO stock was very lack luster. The Lionel section seemed small, and there was no N scale section at all, much unlike the reviews that claim they have a huge selectio of ALL gauges. The inside was nice and very clean, but gave off the vibe of more a retail chain store rather than a hobby shop. No one greeted us at all when we walked in or asked us if we needed any help while we were looking. There are more class cases inside along with the other stuff, and the only time an employee talked to us was when we were looking at diecast cars in the glass case by the exit door, and that was just to tell us we could open the case. They have a small section of Thomas the Tank, which seemed really expensive for a kids toy, but I cant judge that because I don't know what the going rate is currently on Thomas and his friends. Unless you like only Lionel, Thomas and run of the mill HO, it's not worth the trip. when we went outside there were more cars in the lot than when we arrived but Im not sure where all the people were because the store was empty besides the 1 person checking out when we first walked in. The hobby shop that we were in right before going to Charles Ro, while building size was quite a bit smaller, they had exactly what you would envision an HO hobby shop would have, they had a massive selection that just blew away the largest in America. The only thing I can say is I feel like most of the reviews, the store website and the size if the building set up the high expectation of my jaw dropping when I walked in the door. Very very disappointed.
Noel Heath: Best train store in Middlex County of Massachusetts
Jonathan Woodward: Excellent selection!
renee vee: Finally had a chance to stop by with my 4 year old son. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The trains above weren’t running and they kindly turned them on for my little one to enjoy. The display on the 2nd floor wasn’t up and running, but it was still an incredible sight to behold. Prices are also really good compared to other hobby/collectors shops.
Kale LeBlanc: Big store, tons of stock.
John Fraser: My preordered item was shipped before they announced its availability and in my hands a day or two afterwards.

Target: what do users think?
Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.
Jules Som: Most of the time low on inventory if you shop there weekly, also, customer service is not best there. Don't be rude to customers! What ever happened to customers come first?? Please, check and recheck your customer priority list!! Epic fail.
Max Lee: Love to look around in this store. Perfect place to walk after dinner!
John Pyers: Always a great shop! Great selection & stock. Clean store, easy to navigate. There's always unique-to-Target treats & finds - and there's always the regular, expected stand-bys: all the basics and specials.
Derek Githu: Ggttgttt
Takis Athanassiadis: Very nice sop you can find Anything you want hij is very good service I Love It
Jennifer Craig: Love a target 🎯 run
Anna Savoie: Ordered online for in store pickup. Fast, friendly and efficient.
jean jacobson: Love the store, clean, fun products, great staff
D Mac: This store is well kept, has wide variety of a selection and features a friendly/helpful staff. While this Target isn't in the best area and attracts some eccentric characters, it is run-well. Will be returning here soon!
Bruno Fregolente: Target has been my favorite store to shop. Since it’s been so close to my house and I have the option to buy online and receive my orders at the same day. The customer service is really good as well.
Bill Meier: We ordered online and picked up in the store. It was pretty easy. It wasn't clear if they had outside pickup but when we were in the store they said they did. We would have done that if we knew. Caution!! the bathrooms are outside in a little trailer; a glorified Outhouse setup. I don't know why...
Bryn Dews: Clean store, helpful staff. No hassle returns. Can be a long wait if you can't do self checkout.
Khristion Gooba: Atm never works and mad far from any other atm, aisles are always a mess. Alot of broken things on shelves, might as well go to Walmart. No deals here...
Moustafa Algamal: Great customer service! Cam and Mike were so patient and professional while trying to find my receipt information. Highly recommended!
Ghaith: Worst
esther ratner: Nice cashier.
Michael Telgenhoff: Went to the optical store in target this young man Mason helped me he was very knowledgeable helped me pick out some great frames 5 thumbs 👍 👌 😀 😎 🙌 up
Eric Cheese: Take your items to the service desk for a discount because whatever price you on the label see is going to be less than the actual price you will be charged.
