Robson De Menezes: Nice place!!!
Mike Hill: REI, excellent store for outdoor recreation products, ski (xc, downhill) snowboard, bike, climbing, snowshoes, SUP's, sliding, including clothing, footwear, and all accessories for sports, camping, as well as books, maps, etc. They rent equipment, sponsor outdoor events with experienced staff/guides, and nature lover events, such as birding- they sell guides for bird/animal identification too. If this is your bag, join and get an annual dividend payed in March each year. Today, I stopped by, because I was close-by to check for bargains, since I had a ~$50 dividend. I picked up a few winter clearance items, since they are getting ready for spring, 3/7/2023-JMHill.
Nicholas Mitch: Nice store, but really terrible ski shop. Their work is shoddy (I had to get their repair redone two weeks later) and turnaround time extremely long. I won't trust my skis with them again.

Atlas Gataki: Huge store. It has the largest selection of outdoor gear that I know of anywhere near me. It is valuable to be able to try on anything and check out gear. I have been planning a hike up the street from here to see Fast X in imax. Hopefully I'll be ready for any weather that could be thrown at me, the employees made sure I had all the bells and whistles. Would recommend for anyone that is frequently outside and adventurous like myself.
Mike: Best store around for outdoor clothing and equipment. Great selection and prices! 01/25/23 just picked up some hiking pants and hiking boots. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great place.
Jake Couch: Looks great, good selection; the more time you spend there, the worse it is. Service is terrible, ski shop is extremely bad, service technicians behind the desk have almost no clue what they’re doing.
Sarah Antos: I went into tune my skis and was surprised at how condescending the staff was. After waiting a in a long line, I presented my skis to a guy. My skis are old so the guy tried to convince me to buy new ones by basically insulting my skis and recommending i throw them away. REI has great products, but the staff needs to get over themselves.

It was fairly busy in store as it was the weekend before Christmas, but nevertheless I had an incredible experience being helped by floor staff, fitting room employees, and especially the cashier Jonah. Everyone was very attentive and supportive, but Jonah went above and beyond to help me with a return and purchase. He was patient, sociable, kind, and knowledgeable. Incredible customer service all around. If you're looking for an REI/ purchasing any kind of athletic/ outdoor gear/ service, 10/10 recommend this location.

It was my first time there but I was very impressed with the selection of equipment and will definitely be returning for future hiking and camping needs.FYI; the Adidas raincoat that I bought off the discount rack is holding up very nicely today in the steady rain.
Christopher Maniates: Had an older gentlemen tell me a bike that was literally slamming into my groin was the perfect size and what I need to get used to, and when I sat on a bike that had a healthy 2 inches of clearance between me and the top tube (which is appropriate) he said it was too big…? I’ve been on two wheels for a while so I knew he was confused, but this is just wildly bad. Lots of cute branded water bottles and stuff though.

Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.

An employee by the name of Tori went above and beyond (price matching lowest price found and then used personal discount) to ensure I left happy. Tori you are amazing, good luck in aviation school!!
Edwin D: Pretty horrible experience trying to buy shoes. If you use the kiosk to request a shoe to try on, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and get the shoe only because you finally tracked down an employee to help. Then they disappear and you're on your own if you need to try a different size.there are little to no employees around to help. It seems that they are constantly busy in the back room and the employees that don't work in the shoe section appear to avoid the area like the plague.
Sean McConnell: Popped in to try on a shoe that was in stock. Walked past several employees and wasn't greeted. There were 3 younger guys standing around the kiosk since the shoes aren't out to try on anymore. One was complaining to the other about how he put all the work in for a sale. Neither asked if i needed any help. I walked up and said hello abd pulled up what I was looking for. A men's Dr marten size 13. He brings me to thre women's and says doc martens only makes women's shoes. I show him again and say it says men's. He tells me he will go out Back and check then disappeared for 6 minutes. So I just left. Very unknowledgeable.

Robert McDevitt: Affordable prices for name brand outerwear, activewear and shoes. Not many half sizes for the shoes. Very clean, and well organized store compared to Kohl's, Marshalls, etc. I saw Hoka shoes there for 85 bucks.

To top it all off she was doing absolutely nothing. Not even a “I can help you in a second” or “someone over there can help you.” Super unprofessional and an overall uncomfortable experience. I took note of her name tag and it read Brooke. The girl at the other register saw what was happening and told me that she could help me over there. She was very sweet and the only reason I am giving 5 stars. The other girl gets 0 stars. Don’t work if you aren’t actually going to do your job. The second girls name was Jessica and she was very professional & patient with me. Need more workers like her!!

Someone had switched the price on the display shoe. Anyway, Matt and James, the checkout guys took control and said that shouldn't have happened and honored the $90 price! Great customer service.

LIMS Stinks: Computer reflected several items in plentiful stock in the store (in the selected size) when I checked online, but they weren’t in stock when I got there 30 min later. Most sizes were xs or xxl. Stocking may be understandable with current global supply chain issues but the general store organization needs improvement- difficult to find things with poor or nonexistant signage and no clear direction on where to line up to pay. Lastly, and the reason for the review- The cashier had a nasty attitude when ringing me up. It was to be the level that I almost left the purchase and walked out but I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. It was’t busy, and there were no other customers at the registers. She was talking with a coworker and seemed annoyed that I wanted to give her my money. My first visit to this store and my last. Was planning to do Christmas shopping here but will go elsewhere.
