IV Seasons Restaurant: what do users think?
Thomas Joseph: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Jay Ponte: We recently had a Birthday party here for my Mother. George and his crew were absolutely awesome. Food was great, service was excellent and they were very accommodating with letting us decorate the upstairs dining area. Special shoutout to his son Nick which was hustling, taking care of us making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
Chuck D: One of the best Portuguese restaurants in lowell. Great food and great prices. Nice little bar tooFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Elizabeth Donaghey: The best food. The best service. The best people every time.
Peter Sward: I was going to have the standard Portuguese Carne Alentejana but got sidetracked by the specials board. 1/2 Rack of Lamb with Shrimp and two sides for $18.95 could not be ignored. The shrimp with garlic was cooked perfectly. I must admit that I dipped the bread in the garlic oil! The rack of lamb ordered rare was perfectly cooked and really tender with a nice char on the outside. For my sides, I settled on Portuguese fries and rice. I have found that the rice is usually surprisingly good. The table service from the bartender was pleasant. Seems it can get loud in here when they are busy.
Dave Trull: Really good and authentic Portuguese fare. Portions are very generous.
Jill Taylor: Wonderful service. Good food quickly. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.
BILL Lampert: A hidden gem. Went for dinner Tue, 1st day after they came back from vacation. It was packed. I guess I wasn't the only one that missed their food. It was delicious and service was great as always.
Dennis Rebello: It was close for vacation my frist time I went
jeff kahn: delicious. straight forward. friendly atmosphere. fun place with good food.
Matthew Hierons: Good food. Friendly people. Small place a bit noisyParking: Ample parking on nearby mall Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on one side of building but you will need to have someone open a locked gate for access. This can be done by phone or by making your need known on premise. Other than that there is one step up. They are happy to be of help.
Grant Emmel: Service was excellent. Food was superb. People were neighborly. Like Cheers but better.
Tim Sullivan: Delicious food superb service!!!
Sonny Ivey: Extremely good service very good food from out of town
Christine Masci: The food was amazing for a catering event! The owner was very kind, and helpful. Would go back again!
Shaw Mahini: The food and service are top notch. Espresso martinis are best around. Their steak of the house uses that Portuguese sauce and I crave it pretty often. Then they got that scallops wrapped in bacon appetizer, I usually order like a dozen of them, they are perfect. For a date grab the flaming linguica, it's pretty cool with the dish and effects. Give it a try!
Joey L: Our favorite restaurant in Lowell, five stars all around
Sarah Langathianos: Dine in: Yes Takeout: YesMore
Sollange Martins: This place is not support dog friendly. The owner is rude, disrespectful & ignorant to MA laws!
Paula Norwood: Good food, service and atmosphere. Small but quaint.
Larry Morales-Aybar: Quick and family friendly treat you like you was at home

Food Shines: what do users think?
Alexander Venezia: I find it difficult to understand the many positive reviews for this location, particularly those comparing it positively to sit-down Indian restaurants. Perhaps the quality has deteriorated drastically over the years; otherwise, I question the understanding the authors of these reviews have of what food, Indian or otherwise, should taste like.If not for Food Shine's rigorous advertising, the dismal food quality, suspicious industrial atmosphere, and distinct lack of activity might suggest that the true purpose of this restaurant was more so to facilitate creative financial transfers than to serve food. Blocklike sections of dry, unseared chicken breast, oddly reminiscent of the sort that comes in cans, floated in a sea of glutinous and saccharine sauce which tasted more like tomato soup than curry. The 'pork' momos tasted entirely, and overpoweringly, of garlic. A constant high-pitched hiss filled the restaurant, at a volume above polite conversation. This does not deserve to be compared to real Indian food.I would expect to find more craftsmanship and ambience at a McDonalds.
Jeffrey Bachelder: Really good tika masala. The dumping are super flavorful too.Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka Masala …More
Sunayan Shaik: Recommended dishes Sauce for MomoMore
Fouzi Takelait: I recently ordered from Food Shines Lowell, expecting a delightful meal that would satiate my cravings. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered goat curry, strawberry banana lassi, and shrimp coconut curry via Grubhub. Regrettably, the food not only failed to meet my expectations but left me feeling angry and disappointed.Starting with the goat curry, I was appalled by the quality of the meat. It was mostly bones, with very little actual meat to be found. The dish lacked the rich, tender chunks of goat that one would anticipate in a well-prepared curry. I could hardly enjoy my meal as I had to navigate around the numerous bones, which should never be the case for such a dish. The shrimp coconut curry was similarly disappointing. The flavors were muted, and the overall taste was underwhelming. I expected a rich, creamy, and aromatic coconut curry, but it seemed as though the chef had skimped on crucial ingredients, leaving the dish lacking in depth and complexity. The strawberry banana lassi, which should have been a refreshing and fruity drink, was far from it. The consistency was off, and the flavor balance was skewed. The lassi was too sweet, with an overpowering artificial strawberry taste, masking the natural sweetness of the bananas. The only positive aspect of my experience was the delivery through Grubhub, which was prompt and reliable. However, the food itself left me feeling extremely unsatisfied, and I doubt I will be ordering from Food Shines Lowell again. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and improves its quality and preparation in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a delicious and enjoyable meal.
siddanth rai: I’m a big fan of their pan fried momo’s, it’s very tasty. I usually prefer the shrimp momo. Over all they are the best when it comes to momos. The Momo dip is very tasty, but they give it in a very small quantity, you have to pay to order more. I tried their coconut chicken gravy, it’s really good. It goes very well with rice. Chicken wings is average, I found it to be slightly salty. I would recommend placing the orders on their website, it’s cheaper. The restaurant is on the main road and they do have parking behind the building.
Anthony Blevans: Great momos. Also a fan of the butter chicken and the mango lassi.
Sanghamitra Nayak: We always go there for momos . It’s delicious and my 4 year old loves it . Clean place and service is always good. Staff are friendly too.
Walter Binger: Best momo I’ve had yet. Awesome fast casual takeout spot with good options. Try the chili combo
Dauphine Kimani-Thigpen: Friendly and attentive staff! Absolutely amazing food! I had the Vege Jhol MoMo, and the Pork Peppered MoMo. The Jhol MoMo was perfectly steamed in a delicate sauce. The pork peppered MoMo had a great seasoned crust that cradled a well seasoned pork nugget. My husband had the Shrimp Chili MoMo that was smothered in a sweet Chili sauce. We both shared the Vegetable Samosas that came with a great sauce. The Mango Lassi hit the spot before during and after the meal! Will definitely be making another special trip to this great find!
Mike Livertovsky: Food was just alright. We felt like it was not worth the money honestly. Nothing stood out.
Stephanie: My roommate put me onto Food shines and have been hooked ever since. I shared some of my leftovers with my coworker and now she’s hooked too. I’m obsessed with the chicken tikka masala it’s flavorful and delicious. The mango lassi drink is good too.
toby waterpark: Ordered steam momo and jhol momo from this place after the reviews. Steam momo was served with a container that was filled with less than an inch high sauce. For anyone who has had steam momo you know it’s not how it should be.If this was not enough, jhol momo was served with the same sauce but in the same container as momo itself. The problem is not only was the container filled with close to no sauce, it actually was not even the sauce that is suppose to make it “jhol” momo.I don’t write reviews ever but hey I feel duped into believing I was getting what was being told. Momo itself was ok. Maybe they didn’t have the sauce that day. Will I ever go again despite being a minute away from where I live? Nope. Had high hopes therefore am on a high rant right now.
Crystal Wanders: Food was good but they forgot my bread and burnt my veggie samosa.
sw youset: The food and customer service was amazing! Definitely going again!
shilpi verma: If you have craving like some spicy and authentic momo then this place is just for you . One of the best momos 😊😊😊
Teddy A: I love this place. I always buy the chili plate and it consistently tastes great. The Spicy Momo tastes great and has a nice kick to them. The noodles are flavorful as well. The spring rolls are a little bland but dip them into the spicy momo sauce and it's great.
Slevin P: As a warning, you can possibly develop an upset stomach, constipation and diarrhea from eating here.I ordered a chicken vindaloo meal from this restaurant in June of 2021 and quickly developed these aforementioned symptoms, along with continuous belching (burping) and heartburn. I couldn’t cannot stop burping. I was struggling to rid myself of these symptoms, and it forced me to consult my primary care doctor and a gastroenterologist. These symptoms might be the result of the spices used in my meal, which were mild, but it could also be the result of an infection or food poisoning. Please note that I’ve been eating spicy Indian cuisine from other restaurants for years and never had this issue.Nevertheless, I cannot recommend this restaurant in good faith. Proceed at your own risk, as it could be detrimental to your gastrointestinal health. You’ve been warned.
Anton San: Best. Chicken. Tikka. Masala. Ever. That is all.
Peter Chum: My favorite place for quick Indian food they also have a good vegetarian menu also
Nivedhitha Bharath: The best momo's we have ever had. We loved it here... good food. Amazing people.
Anjali Karki: Great food, amazing people! Can’t ever get enough of this place. Thank you for all your hard work to serve us good food.

Deborah Morrissy: My mother and I were looking forward to having dinner here for her birthday. Very friendly staff and we didn't have to wait long for a table. We were told by our server that they were very well known for their steak tips. We both ordered the steak tip dinner. I ordered mine medium-rare and my mother ordered hers medium. Both plates were well done. The meat was too tough to chew. The flavor was good but the meat was horrible. We both had the mixed veggies. They were very raw and super salty. The rice was amazingly good. We may try this place again but we will not order the steak tips. The owner, Matt, is very friendly.

Mike Davis: My wife and I met two friends there for dinner. It was Valentines Day weekend, and the place was pretty full. We had a reservation, and were seated within 10 minutes of the reservation time. The table was spacious, and we didn't have to worry about bumping elbows or encroaching on each other's space. My wife and I have been here a few times over the years. The menu changes frequently and everything is always fantastic. This time was no different. The truffled fries appetizer is always a good choice. This time we also ordered the wings which were excellent. Their selection of mocktails, while small, was very nice. We ordered three of the four options and everyone was satisfied with their choice.Service was superb. The waitstaff was just the right amount of attentive, and we were not rushed to order dinner while we enjoyed the appetizers. The sound levels were good. We were easily able to have a deep, intimate conversation at the table without having to yell, and without concern that we might be disturbing others. The entres were well proportioned. Not to big, not to small. I enjoyed the Flounder. One of our friends ordered the short ribs, and commented they were the best he'd ever had. My wife ordered the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin which she thoroughly enjoyed. I don't recall what it other friend ordered, but he was quite happy with his dish. For dessert, the crème brûle and the fried cheesecake, coupled with some coffee and tea, were the prefect end to the evening. This was the first time here for our friends, and they commented that they'd be back, and they this is now among their favorite restaurants.Vegetarian options: There were a few entre options in the menu that looked good, as well as some appetizers.Parking: The parking lot could be bigger. There are a limited number of spots available right at the restaurant. However, there is also a nearby lot at the Ace hardware store on Mill St that can be used at night.
Nathan Watts: Awesome food and drinks, great service, and friendly staff. Especially recommend the appetisers-- have never been disappointed!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Alexis Goss: Our server was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the menu. The food was fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. We can’t wait to come back!
Lilian Jones: . The kitchen is not to be believed. You are overwhelmed by all the choices of appetizers, main courses and the desserts. Go hungry and sample everything. Highly recommended.
Davin Martin: Scutra has been a family favorite for years. We drive a half hour just to dine here. Simply spectacular food, beautiful new outdoor dining, and an incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. Recommend more than any other restaurant in greater Boston.Vegetarian options: Large selection of menu items that can be prepared vegetarian upon request.Kid-friendliness: Not the best restaurant for kids, but all ages are welcome.Parking: Very limited parking, but they've partnered with the ace hardware a minute away to compensate.Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I'm aware, the restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking may require being dropped off at the door.Dietary restrictions: Wonderfully accommodating for dietary restrictions. We always call ahead to confirm that items can be made safely that day and they are always quick to answer.
S. Chen: Celebrated with family at this marvelous restaurant. The seafood-themed appetizers we ordered were savory and fresh. The meat entrées had robust and nuanced flavors.
