HT GT: This is a great store I purchased all 3 of my kids atvs here , this place will wok with you. Don't be afraid to bargain, and they do lay away too. Don't let these brands fool you. It's like when you buy a no name brand tv well there usually built by a major company and offered as there lower line.

Ace Menace: Considering that their isn’t a lot of moped shops around I chose to go here (word of mouth and I knew of them prior to there move) anyway both my wife and I had issues with our bikes one bike done in a day and a half oil changed and tune up to both bikes along with a new belt the same thing with the other bike but this one was hit by a car while parked so had some other issues took a day longer so 2 1/2 days completed great turn around time do think it’s a tad bit pricey but needed it done so I’m glad these people were wonderful and very helpful and professional

These guys came out to the back of the truck and took a look to make sure I needed an expensive part- fixed it within 5 min as it wasn’t the issue I thought! Mark D: I went here to have my bike repaired/order parts, I needed a rear break control installed. They did everything but fix my bike. They charged me to do a walk around of my bike to tell me what I already knew was wrong with it, then told me the labor would be $600 to put the parts on after they came in. I took the parts over to best cycle on Amherst street in Nashua, they did it for $125. This place is a joke when it comes to service and repairs, go anywhere else for it.

Their finance team was great about explaining everything, and did not pressure me at all into buying add-ons to bundle into the loan. I also brought a bike for service, and their service team was great at getting the work done same-day.My one and only criticism; I originally spoke with a salesman named Nick two weeks prior to my appointment. I told him the bike I was interested in, and he said "oh I'm standing next to it right now." When I arrived for my appointment with him, he did not show up, and I found out the bike in question was still in a crate. So that was a bit of a surprise.Outside of that, having both a bike serviced and purchasing a new bike with a trade-in was a very good experience.
