HT GT: This is a great store I purchased all 3 of my kids atvs here , this place will wok with you. Don't be afraid to bargain, and they do lay away too. Don't let these brands fool you. It's like when you buy a no name brand tv well there usually built by a major company and offered as there lower line.

Ace Menace: Considering that their isn’t a lot of moped shops around I chose to go here (word of mouth and I knew of them prior to there move) anyway both my wife and I had issues with our bikes one bike done in a day and a half oil changed and tune up to both bikes along with a new belt the same thing with the other bike but this one was hit by a car while parked so had some other issues took a day longer so 2 1/2 days completed great turn around time do think it’s a tad bit pricey but needed it done so I’m glad these people were wonderful and very helpful and professional

Cycle Gear in WoburnBefore I begin, I need everyone considering using this business for repairs to know: This shop has an interior repair area as well as an EXTERIOR UNCOVERED repair area exposed to weather, elements, and THEFT. They keep many bikes outside in this fenced in area (visible from the street). This is where my bike was when vandals easily hopped their fence and stole my keys (the keys were kept in the gas tank lock, very smart guys) and cracked the plastic on my bike in the process (picture attached). For over a month, no one from North Reading Motorsports called to tell me that my keys had been stolen, bike vandalized, and that they were installing a new ignition switch, gas tank lock, and helmet lock on it because of this. It was only when I CALLED multiple times after OVER A MONTH of the bike being worked on that the truth came out. After Jon had told me the story (and before he rushed me off the phone), he said "I'm just being honest with you". That's not how honesty works, Jon. If the customer is the one who has to call to find this out, that's not being honest. There was a prior break-in through the front door in July-2022, where customers were not notified either (I sure wasn't). This shop has a history of security issues, negligence, and a total lack of customer respect.P.S. For almost all of the negative reviews NRMS responds with a "we would not have been in business this long if this were true blah blah". Sure, the BUSINESS has been around since late 1970s, but it is not the same daily managers. It is clear that the newest generation here is mismanaging this once good business. You can tell they are scrambling, even before the break-ins. Basic respect and intelligence must skip a generation. The smell of the fish starts at the head. Shame.

Google User: I call a few days a head and they have a new bike I was very interested in! But the bikes on showroom floor are not prepped, the salesman said if I had to get all these bikes "maybe 20" running I'd be here all day and with no buyer lined up it makes no sense, so if your planning on coming down to buy a bike cash and want to here it running and buy it forget it. These guys lost out on a sale that day. Also add roughly $1200 for dealer fees to the tag price shown. I'd recommend they check oil levels and hook up the battery and leave no gas in it until you have a serious buyer, I get it if someone doesn't buy it and now you have gas sitting in the tank going bad, but you need to make the process more convenient for the customer. Also the shownroom floor is tiny and cant see the bikes fully without something else in the way.

Freddy was very professional, He listened to all my concerns and answered tons of questions. Not once did he push just to sell me a bike and get me out the door. We found the perfect bike for me and I couldn't be happier !!I will be doing business again with them. I have been to 4 other dealerships before North Reading Motor Sports and the service I received here wasn't even close to these other guys I dealt with. I wish I bought my Honda ADV150 here instead of the other guy I would have saved about $500This should be your first stop when buying a motorcycle. Prices are great and they don't scam you with made-up fees or charge a $600 Doc Fee!!

Jack Sadowski: I bought my first motorcycle, a dual sport, here in April and I couldn't be happier. The guys that work the front desk, the mechanics, and the owner all know what they're doing and provide excellent customer service. They were able to listen to the problems and concerns I had with my bike and fixed them. Even with covid issues, backorders, the shop being busy, etc, they were able to help me out and get me back on the road. The shop guys also have provided me with some good tips on riding and where to ride. North Reading Motorsports knows how to sell fun. They've been doing this for a long time which made me feel even more comfortable buying my bike, getting it serviced, and repaired here. Especially these days, it's nice to have a shop with good people you can trust.I saw a couple guys picking up a side by side today, owner helped them load it up on their trailer, when are you going to get yours? Also, some pretty looking groms in the store right now...

BalanShii (Ammar): Went in for a flat. They changed out the whole tire with a poor quality older model. Charged me 200$ for labor. Won't be going back. When 8 tried to get some sort of explanation on why the entire wheel was replaced. They looked at me like I was stupid. Not to mention the enormous language barrier. Could not get anything out of them but "rim rim bent". Could not get a clarification if my inner tube was popped or if they replaced it or just patched it. All they asked me when I finally went to pick it up if I paid already not even a summary or anything. Complete waste of my time and money. Most definitely will never come again.

Elly Mullins: I signed up for a scooter tour to do something outside of my usual routine. I have never actually used a scooter before, so I was able to practice first before we left the parking lot. All of the staff were *super* helpful (and also had a good sense of humor). The tour itself was a really nice ride- and I got to see some pretty spots I didn’t know about in the area. This was a fun way to spend an evening!

D.: Bought two scooters there yesterday. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate in great detail. They also are very concerned about safety when riding and spoke to us about how to ride safely. They helped load the scooters after the sale was done (this is not something they had to do. But did anyway). I was there for quit a while looking at scooters and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I saw repair work being done and was impressed. I will be bring my new scooters there for all my maintenance based on what I saw.

Kevin Young: I had a rear flat tire and also the starter motor went. I tried to take off the muffler and I stripped the bolt under the Stator as someone whom worked on the scooter before I owned it tightened the bolt so tight I couldn't loosen it after spraying the bolt with WD-40, even with My impact driver. I called around and couldn't find anyone whom would pickup My scooter. One place said at least 2 week's to wait to pickup My scooter. Other shop's never bothered to email or call me back. A guy I know whom ride's a Piaggio Fly 50cc from Hudson, told me where he bought his scooter and where he gets his scooter worked on and he recommended Scooter Mutter out of Belmont. The Owner of scooter Mutter picked up My scooter on Wednesday and did everything I wanted to do to My scooter for now and the Owner delivered My scooter back the following Monday. I just got to take it easy as the rear tire I bought for the scooter is brand new, a City Grip 2, 130/70/12 and also have to take it easy with the scooter, brand new front caliper, etc. Would Highly recommend Scooter Mutter again and again.

Then I got a 50 to 100 cc conversation and bought the parts myself along with handles kickstand lights and engine and rear view mirrors he quoted me 300 when I dropped the bike off I only needed the engine and turn signal done. They didn't use the parts the guy told me to buy and only did the engine and it's sounds awful and nothing I bought went into the bike and got over charged.
