Dom Alaimo: Put a deposit on a bike. When I called the next for the vin # to set up insurance, they said someone else came in and paid cash and took the bike that I literally just put a deposit on. I confronted them when I went in and they basically said “yeah deposits are only good for a week” or whatever the timeline is. So I told them it had only been a day and the girl basically said “yeah idk what happened then”. The unprofessionalism was almost impressive. Left 2 stars because they were friendly at the very least :)

Daniel Whitman: Often difficult to find honest customer service recently. Not the case in North Chelmsford. Alexis, Jim, and Eric were straight forward and helpful all the way. Snowchecked a Polaris at a different dealer last year and never heard anything about it until it showed up after the snow had melted. Even with all the service work Polaris dealers are swamped with, these guys made time to keep me updated on the delivery of my new sled over the last 10 months. They did everything they could and more, except make it snow!
Rob Bernier: Ryan Nault in the parts department is a real nice guy. He genuinely knows what he is doing and takes care of his customers.

Ace Menace: Considering that their isn’t a lot of moped shops around I chose to go here (word of mouth and I knew of them prior to there move) anyway both my wife and I had issues with our bikes one bike done in a day and a half oil changed and tune up to both bikes along with a new belt the same thing with the other bike but this one was hit by a car while parked so had some other issues took a day longer so 2 1/2 days completed great turn around time do think it’s a tad bit pricey but needed it done so I’m glad these people were wonderful and very helpful and professional

These guys came out to the back of the truck and took a look to make sure I needed an expensive part- fixed it within 5 min as it wasn’t the issue I thought! They could have sold me the part and send me on my way but instead saved me a couple hundred bucks. Honest, hard working team at extreme, we are happily purchasing our 5th toy here this week! Rahim Semy: I've used this place in the past for the annual walk-in motorcycle inspection and have bought some maintenance supplies from them. When I went in for the inspection this year (2022), however, I was told that I could only get an inspection if I also had a service appointment. Quite disappointing... and surprising that they need to take this approach to get business.

I was in a pinch I had tires but no shop could get them on for me fast I'm not as free as the average guy with work jarred not only made it easy made it so simple it was just like buying my bike all over again the bike rode amazing on her new tires jarred had it done on my day off left my bike accessible so I could pick up after work payment was a breeze very very very reasonable and more then fair for what's required in doing motorcycle wheels had my tire tube in stock right there because ups was a extra week away jarred took care of all of it and his mechanics did a fantastic job thank you Billerica motorsports

Sajeev Daniel: Convenient place to get an inspection sticker (especially when you catch yourself out of season fairly late). As other reviews mentioned the owner Rick was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Answered a bunch of questions, provided recommendations for other local shops.
