J C: This is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever encountered. Never mind she didn't even see me. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Olson for a second opinion and I waited months for this appointment to get there at 8:30am on a Wednesday to be told by a nurse that Dr. Olson has reviewed everything and she thinks I'm up to date and fine so she can't do anything for me. How about a phone call months before telling me this or even a few days earlier so I wouldn't missed work. I am still in disbelief that she didn't even took the time to discuss anything with me and staff didn't even call to cancel the appointment. If this is her way of treating patients and how she handles matters than it is great that this happened because I would not want to be her patient after this demonstration of poor professionalism in every aspect. Hopefully this review helps other when it comes to choosing her as a GYN. Stay away and find a doctor who cares!

Jim D: Dr Olson is the best for both OB and female surgical needs. We will go out of our way to see her just so we know we are getting the best.

Sarah Thibodeau: They provide decent care, but only when you manage to get a hold of them. Getting an appt is difficult, but then they cancel on me when I need an appt to get birth control the week of my appointment and I’m leaving the area for several months, meaning I can not reschedule. Additionally, the office workers are incredibly rude and judgmental in their tone and actions.Today I called to let them know that I was choosing to no longer be a patient and they hung up on me. When I called back, the woman on their answering service hung up before I could say anything more than “hello”.This is embarrassing behavior for a practice that relies on people choosing it. Happy to leave it.

Nicholas Alberts: I’m a bit biased since I’ve known her so long, but Dr. Olson takes the time to not only ensure that you receiving the best care, but also somehow finds the time to be kind and informative as well. If you want a physician who leaves you understanding your condition and your health, while receiving great care, seek her out.

Turkeys Fly: Started going here instead of my regular Doctor for my check ups. Dr. Olson also took care of me in my recent surgery. Office itself is clean. Workers are VERY nice. Dr. Olson made sure TWICE that I knew all that the surgery would involve and how to take care of myself after. She even made sure my husband knew how after the surgery. During surgery she found some simple problems I had (hernia) and fixed it as well. I really feel like she went above and beyond.

Saddie Martinez: I recently moved to Massachusetts and I was so happy Dr Joulak accepted me in his practice. I was already 30 weeks pregnant. Since the first visit, I just felt the most welcome. It is a wonderful practice especially with his team. I’m going to miss them all. This is my last pregnancy. This was my 4th c section going through out of all the maternity offices this is the best overall care I ever had. I am going to truly miss them!

debby DeOliveira: Dr. Joulak was my ob when I was pregnant and today he is my Gynecologist and I wouldn’t trade him for anything. I had hypertension during pregnancy and he took really good care of me and my child. My son was born a couple of weeks earlier and I know if it wasn’t for Dr. Joulak I would have lost my son due to hypertension. He was aware of my worries of hypertension since it’s a family medical history. Anything I needed and need he’s very attentive and easy to get a hold of. I have had many issues since the birth of my son and he has always taken great care of me. He does his best to remember his patients even though he sees tons of woman through out his day, he makes you feel special and part of the family. I love him as my doctor and would never trade him. I never worried about anything while pregnant because he always gave me the information I needed. He’s the best! And I’m proud to say that my son was brought into this world by him and my future kids will also be.

Carolynn Bennett: I would love to say that I will always go to Dr.Joulak. After the delivery I just had with my third child I couldn’t have done it without him. He is by far the best caring and loving doctor to have by your side. This was my toughest pregnancy and if I didn’t have him as my doctor I don’t think I couldn’t have done it. Colin Quinlan: My wife and I had a harder than normal journey to our first child after a tragic miscarriage at 20 weeks last November. I’m not going to list all the things Dr Joulak has done for both of us because that’s not the measure of what he’s done for us nor the level of dedication and care for us. I believe he saved my son’s life, and no words suffice to articulate my gratitude to him for everything. The man has a huge heart and we’ll forever be grateful to him. We’re also grateful to everyone at Holy Family.

MacKenzie Dimou: I have seen dr Joulak for over two years now for two pregnancies. I am extremely picky with my doctors after having some bad experiences. Dr Joulak is truly the only doctor I have ever trusted and would never go to anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny and personable. He is very responsive whenever I message him or call and answers all my questions very quickly. He cares for each of his patient as if they were his own family and I truly appreciate that. Alycia Desrosiers: Doctor Joulak is one of my favorite OB’s as I have had two great experiences with Doctor Joulak. With him being my OB I do enjoy the fact that I may experience anxiety he has always been there to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. With having my second baby being delivered by him, he made this experience a great one! Yes he is only one doctor with hundreds of patients and one thing that I do enjoy is he does take his time with me being his patient and at times there is a waiting period to be seen but it is worth the wait as he is very patient with me!

Kallie Marielle: Who people see for their doctor is important and people should know as much as they can before they decide what type of environment they want to go through this pregnancy in.. I recently switched from Dr. Joulak. I've been with him since the beginning of 2016 with my second child. He used to be so great and caring... every appointment I would get right in. Dr. Joulak would spend time with me to make sure I was feeling okay and everything with my pregnancies we're always okay. For the past two or three years I have gone to Dr joulak for regular check ups and I would be waiting for 2 or more hours, every time. After my last appointment, and waiting 2.5 hours to get into the room just to wait another 45 minutes for him to come in, I'm pregnant again with my 4th now, I had excruciating pain in my stomach to the point of not being able to leave the fetal position. Dr Joulak didn't let me fully explain and cut me off to say "Tylenol, that's all you can take for baby" a week later of fighting through the pain I ended up in the emergency room, long story short I got sent home with three different medications to take care of the baby and help me eat, sleep, etc. They thought I was going to lose it... I'm not saying he's a bad doctor, I just think he has too many patients now to handle his own practice.

April Gray: Wouldn’t recommended any other doctor. Wait times can be long but Dr.Joulak is consistent, attentive, caring & never ever rushed. He’s funny & easy going which puts your mind at ease. Anytime you call he makes himself available. My first pregnancy I was seen at a different practice I did not have a consistent doctor or anybody who really heard my concerns. Dr Joulak from day 1 of my pregnancy the second time around heard me. He saw me every single week for my entire pregnancy. & made sure my son was going to be full term and healthy.I don’t think any other provider can match the energy or the consistency of doctor Joulak. I am so grateful.

Tayla mccaffrey: I honestly don’t know where to begin I usually don’t leave reviews on anything but for something so important and special in a woman’s life I have to leave a review for this amazing experience.. a week ago today I had my 2nd c section the first one was not with Dr. Joulak and I’ll say it was one of the most beautiful moments I have ever had.. for weeks I had been saying at my visits how worried I was about the c section considering my first wasn’t the best and he continued to reassure me that everything was going to be fine in his words” just show up don’t worry about the rest” and he’s just that down to earth.. I have never been so happy with something the way I felt with this .. through out the whole procedure I didn’t even feel like I was having major surgery it felt like a walk in the park with music playing and plenty of conversation to keep me comfortable .the wait time at appointments may be long but in my eyes its all worth it. He cares , he pays attention, he sees all of his patients and delivers all babies one person can only do so much and he does it all.. Thank you to Dr. Joulak for making me go from wants only 2 kids to wanting more!!!! You’re amazing.

Anne Cajuste: Set up my appointment here two weeks ago. I found this office through a google search. Arrived on time for my appointment only for the people at the address listed here to tell me that the previous doctor here moved. I called this office to ask, and the secretary told me that they’re actually in Methuen now, and that they moved months ago. She said she knows the address on here is wrong, without an apology or anything. I then told her I would’ve liked to be told about the change in address when I had called to set up the appointment. This is just ridiculous because I had to take time out of my week to go to this appointment. 0/5 service
