Rebecca Jaynes: I am absolutely disgusted with this place. Drove over an hour for my 8:30am appointment and the place is totally empty. I finally get a hold of someone from the on call who told me the dr was on a surgery and to call Monday. When I started crying, I was hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional, already going through a hard time obviously as I’m coming to this place and the lack of communication from office staff and their on call staffs lack of empathy is just disgusting. Now I need to wait over a week to get into planned parenthood but at least I know they’ll actually see me! Those women on the phone from planned parenthood were actually so happy to help me which I can’t say for this place!

Sarah Gina: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. This place does not care about you or your health. That is very clear to me considering my experience. I agree with the other reviews on here that state you feel like just a number and like they want you in and out. As soon as I walked in the room, I said something and the doctor said “oh, you already had the procedure done?” How do they not even take 1 minute to read each patients visit and their history? That disgusts me and this is horrible practice. They don’t really ask questions on how you’re feeling or anything. With my procedure, I was told to come back for a follow up appt in 2 weeks and they even wrote the date on my sheet. I called 2 weeks later to confirm the time, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. So I went back one week later which was a total of 3 weeks. This is way too long for a follow up considering I told them I still had bleeding and pain and they said it was normal. I am going to get a second opinion because now they’re waiting me wait another week, in pain, so they can tell me the next steps because the “ultrasound is unclear.” Please everyone just go to Planned Parenthood instead!

Brianna Lexington: This health center is much less a clinic but feels more like an abortion mill. Front desk staff are sub par and not at all welcoming considering the reason patients are here. Doctor is extremely rushed and could care less about the patient but just wants you in and out. He wasn’t kind to his staff nor patients. The nurse in recovery was so unfriendly I wanted to cry. I was told her name was drew. No one was there to support me and I would recommend anyone considering coming here go elsewhere.

Mandi L: Staff is very uneducated in billing health insurance insurances and turn away patients with insurance. They don’t call back long wait on hold. Rude people. Don’t even come to this place even if your desperate. Place is a pit.

So glad this organization is a part of the Lowell community.

Cheyenne Vazquez: Zero respect for the time and needs of their patients. If you have masshealth becareful....... honestly felt like a money grab from the beggining. Called and was very clear about what i needed & was very clear that i wasn't looking to come in and have my time wasted. Do you guys provide what i need here? Yes, I'm told. Seems like the girl booking the appointment tuned out once she heard Masshealth. I asked her to check with her supervisor and make sure before the appointment. She pushed me to book because it was in the description of their website & regardless if it wasn't done there they would be able to refer me to the right location. Showed up early just to be told it would be a little delay because they are backed up. 1 hr later im seen by the doctor so that she could tell me in 2min & 40 seconds that i'm in the wrong place and they cant help me. They also provide excellent information. I struggle with high blood pressure and they informed me about the best birth control that not even my obgyn or doctor told me about. They made the whole experience comforting. I am beyond pleased with my visit. I will tell everyone I know who is looking for any kind of information about health wellness, birth control, pregnancy options to go to Health Quarters in Lawrence MA. If I can give 10 star out of 5 I would!

Jennifer Lynn: I LOVE this place! I went 3 months ago to get my depo shot and was a bit nervous because I'd never been there before but was quickly comfortable as soon as I arrived! They were not busy, I was seen at the exact time my appointment was scheduled. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, the doctor was great! Awesome demeanor, kind, and most importantly, judgment-free! She answered all my questions, informed me of all my options and did a thorough yet comfortable PAP! I was/am very impressed with this clinic and suggest it to all my girl friends! Also, when the end of my 3 months was getting near and it was about to be time for my next shot, I was sent a text message reminding me to make an appointment while suggesting available times that I could book! 💛💜💛💜

Elly Santos: I had my IUD put in a week ago, and now I have to get it surgically removed because it was not inserted correctly. Worst thing ever! They clearly don’t know what they are doing. She tried twice to put the IUD in me and an OB told me she wasn’t not supposed to if it didn’t stay in place the first time she should have never tried again. So frustrated with the fact that I have to get surgery because the IUD is in my pelvis just “floating” there and can cause even more damage then what it has

Lindsay Meredith: Health Quarters has always been a positive experience for me. Their doctors are extremely knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and you can tell they really care about their patients. I had a bad experience with my previous doctor, but the staff at Health Quarters made me feel comfortable and cared about. Its so important to be able to build rapport with and trust your doctor especially when it comes to women's health and Health Quarters does just that. My only regret is that after going to them for several years i had to find a new doctor due to moving away.

Sara Grams: I love the Michelle, who I normally see, but I've been having problems and was desperate so I saw Dr. Davidson. This review is for him. I've heard things about male doctors being dismissive and Dr. Davidson was a real bland idiot [to put it nicely]. He didn't look at my chart and didn't listen to me at all. He kept trying to force birth control on me, which I can't take. He didn't even help me with the problem I came in for. I left my appointment in angry tears, my mom was fuming when I told her, and had to call another office.

ALEX: Non medical staff is not friendly look miserable to be there, but the nurses and doctors are kind and knowledgeable. I had issues with an IUD and asked for a birth control that would prevent the issues i was having so they changed it and I’ve been much better since. I enjoy I can pick either location to see Dr Davidson he was very kind with my pregnancy. I enjoy his calm demeanor a lot and he really goes into detail to help me feel better. My PCP was dumbfounded it was birth control that caused me so much pain but im glad Dr Davidson knew the options available and which would work best for my concerns

Rachael Chapline: I was hesitant to go here because the reviews,but felt i had no choice because it was a referral and semi emergency. I first saw a doctor who's no longer there, so i was seen by alexis this time. She is the reason i will continue to go back.she saved this office! Shes so sweet and listens and actually cared about everything i had to say. Go see her, and you wont leave unhappy

Jennifer Kinnal: DO NOT USE ANDOVER AESTHETICS (which is located in Andover OB/Gyn office). I bought a package of six treatments from them for laser hair removal. It was on multiple areas. They tell you that they can’t guarantee you will have no hair by the end of the six treatments. However, the technician I had did’t book my appointments correctly. The technician I had booked me every four weeks. I just learned (from a different company) that you should book your treatments every seven weeks because of your hair growth cycle. Of course they are not going to guarantee it because they are not doing it right to begin with. So I paid $3500 for nothing. I still have a ton of hair that grows in. I think this is their way to get more money out of their customers by not doing it correctly, then telling you “I told you we couldn’t guarantee it”. It is a total scam and they should be sued.

Nadia Cal: I had a 1o’clock appointment and got there at 12:45 there was a woman behind the counter talking on her cell phone she look at me and didn’t say anything and continued with her conversation. Then at 1 pm another patient came in who’s white and she checked her in. Still didn’t aknowledge me. I finally checked in and waited until 1:27 then I walked out.

Karen Kieser: used to go to their office in Haverhill, which was a nightmare, but I've been to the one in Andover for a few visits now and have found it to be perfectly acceptable.

Tiffanie Calisto: If you are hoping for any type of support during your pregnancy this is not the practice you should be stepping foot into. They have a large number of doctors and so many patients to see.. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. you will wait for an average of 15-20 minutes to even be seen and when you are seen the doctors spend 2-5 minutes with you. They aren't pleasant.. they aren't informative.. they want you in and out and sometimes don't even ask how you are doing or feeling. I just went in for my 12 week appointment and the doctor checked the baby's heartbeat and then turned around and didn't even share the heart beat numbers-I had to ask.. I also wanted to have an informative conversation about the vaccine and all the doctor said was that everyone should get it and we will all be better off if everyone gets it.. well thanks for your scientific opinion. NOT. she then went on to give me these pages for my genetic screening and did not share when I should go or how long I have to get the blood work done.. I had asked for the CF screening and she said "o you want that too?" and then said they needed to print out the form... again shared nothing else not when I should get it done or the timeframe I had.. It was the most terrible experience. I left in tears and will now be transferring my record to a recommended office in Woburn. They do this work every day but it is not every day that we have babies. Is it too difficult to ask for a warm/caring/empathetic doctor who actually cares about their patients? I had my first baby with this practice and thought I wouldnt come back but I did and it was confirmed today that this is not the type of care I want and should not subject myself to this for the next 4 weeks until I deliver. I am moving on and suggest you do too if you are wondering if you should go here.

Abby Day: Friendly staff, but the place is disorganized and unprofessional. Doesn't seem like they have many procedures/organization and no one is on the same page/communication is not great. I had an IUD insertion and beforehand was not told or emailed anything to do beforehand (what pain medication I can take and when so I had to call).I was also told that my IUD would be effective 7 days after insertion, but then on the day of was told it would be effective immediately. Which one is it?After insertion I felt dizzy, told them that I tend to pass out, and they left the room even after telling them that! They did give me water once I said I was going to stay seated for a bit and then I indeed passed out so I had to sit there and yell for help! Thankfully the nurse was so friendly and got me everything I needed (water, ice pack).Lastly, there was NO discharge procedure. Nothing was given to me for signs to look out for/negative side effects. I had to call to ask. They told me they'll see me in a month to check if the IUD is still in the right spot but no one had me go to the desk to set that appointment up and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received a call. I have no problem setting it up myself but there was no instruction on if that's something I should do, or if they'll reach out to me.Again, very friendly staff but something needs to be done about their organization, communications, and procedures. I'll be switching OBGYNs to feel like my health is in better hands. I wish I read these reviews before I chose this place to get my IUD inserted.

Leah Croteau: HORRIBLE - I created a quest labs account for bloodwork unrelated to OBGYN appointment & results from an OBGYN appointment 2 mo. ago say I have potentially pre cancerous cells that I never would have found out about never mind weren’t ever discussed or brought to my attention! 2nd appt 2 weeks go by & “I” call to get follow up results & I leave a message. A day later a nurse says we will call 2 rx’s in today you had infections! Two weeks later?! What would’ve happened if I hadn’t called?! They tell me the lab is backed up ... how about I’m so sorry this in unacceptable is right - let us be sure we haven’t missed anything else etc ... absolutely unprofessional - I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

Wiebke Mazzulla: Terrible. I had a big uterine fibroid I wanted to get rid of before getting pregnant. The OB I saw advised against it. Now that I actually am pregnant, that fibroid has caused me several hospital stays, preterm labor and many more complications that could’ve been avoided.My new OBs said that not removing it was more than negligent. Rather reckless behavior for a medical professional. I could’ve easily lost my baby if they hadn’t taken extra precautions. The only reason I’m not suing is because so far, the baby has survived. Not thanks to Andover OB/GYN.

Kelly Anderson: I beg you not to go to this office. The entire office staff, including the doctors are extremely unprofessional and uncaring. You will literally get laughed at and ridiculed for personal beliefs. You will leave in tears I promise you. Stay away!!!

Kaley Dean: This is the worst gynecologist’s office I have ever been to. They do not care about their patients. I have to get plastic surgery to fix their botched job they did after childbirth. They also do not assess the mental health of the mother post petunia what so ever. Horrible office. No one from the office even called me post partum.

Shannah Howe: Have no issues with wait times or booking appointments. The Doctors offered a QNatal where I was able to find out the gender correctly at 13 weeks. All labs are done next door (walking distance) and they always call me with results of testing or return calls when I am anxious. Only negative is I did not have a good experience with Dr. Polanski my first birth, she didn’t show up on time and they were telling me to hold off in the middle of pushing for her to get there, she also dismissed concerns of me being in labor and by the time I got to the hospital against her advice to go, I was 7 cm along and admitted. Have met with the other doctors and no issues. Otherwise a nice practice.

Myra Way: Legit worst obgyn I have ever dealt with. Been he two months in a row and they tell me I'm not supposed to be there but they call me and send me text messages telling me I have appointments and I get there and they tell me a totally different date. Two times this place shouldnt even be in business.

Haley Vinciguerra: Would NOT recommend this place. My appointment was at 2:40pm, and I did not get seen until 4:03pm. I was not told upon checking in, I would have to wait over an hour. It is absolutely NOT acceptable to make patients wait OVER AN HOUR after their scheduled appointment.

S F: I love this place. Dr. Finch is my OB and she is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and treats you like you’re her only patient. The staff at the desk are also super friendly and helpful.

katie schwartz: I went here seeking help for my suspected endometriosis. I left with more questions that I went in with and was told “probably have endometriosis “ and then I was sent home. I was told that I am already receiving the best treatment for endo. This is an iud that caused me to bleed and worsen my cramps for 6 months straight. I was not given any information or other possible options. Would not go back.
