His demeanor is always happy and upbeat and from the second he walks into the room, he makes you feel at ease and just like an old friend. I've seen him 3 times now and just today, I told him how on my last sedation visit, it felt like he started 30 seconds too early and that I wasn't in discomfort but that I felt the initial novacaine shots before I went under. He listened to my concern, apologized sincerely and I believe made a tweak to his procedure based on my feedback. I didn't feel a thing and woke up feeling as though I never went to sleep and asked when we were going to start. Whatever cocktail he uses for sedation is perfect. No grogginess or discomfort after.The other unique thing is that he always calls me later that night after the visit to check on me and make sure I'm ok. He really cares about his patients. Best oral surgeon in the Boston area by far. I've been having trouble with my teeth for a long time and have always been afraid. I look forward to seeing him! That's how great he is. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would.

Tara Kilsby: Was seen on 11/14/22 by Dr. Keyser, for sharp bone burs on right lower gums, that resulted from having 3 wisdom teeth extracted 9/15/22. He told me quote " He could do a very non invasive procedure right then." Just making quote, " A small incision in the gums & smoothing down the jaw bone." I asked if it would be painful? He stated quote, " No minimal pain I will just novacaine the area & it will take 15minutes & you can f/u in a month." Well he did novacaine the area but also then cut my gums open & Very Roughly Filed my jaw bone! I felt Everything! And kept saying Ahh ahh with my eyes crying I could not speake with the equipment that was in my mouth but he knew I was communicating pain I was crying! He just kept filing & saying you're doing Great almost done! I left there in Extreme pain! I went back on Wednesday & was seen by Dr.Hornung whom looked in my mouth & agreed it looked painful, also stated quote he opts not to do that Procedure on many ppl because it is painful! He then stated to take anxiety medication with the pain medication because that is a good combination for pain. I told him I'm not having anxiety I'm having Extreme pain. Then he stated quote, " Well there is No magic bullet to cure all the pain." I told him I was not looking for a magic cure just alleviation for the pain & proper pain management! I should have been put under anesthesia for the Alveoloplasty procedure that was done & caused me more pain than having 3 Wisdom teeth extracted! I also should have been able to have proper pain management after that Very Painful Procedure NEITHER WHICH I GOT! Worst Dental/ Painful experience!! These oral Surgeons are quick to do a Procedure & bill insurance Co.but then want no part in dealing with the pain it caused!

John Hoffman: I had a cracked wisdom tooth extracted yesterday by Dr. Esbah.From the receptionist, to Dr. Esbah's assistant Mary Lou, to Dr. Esbah himself, everyone was friendly and engaging. I'm 54 and haven't had a tooth removed since childhood. The doctor and his staff put me at ease and did not rush into the procedure. Lots of chat and fun quips while making sure my mouth was comfortably numb for the extraction.I would highly recommend Dr. Esbah to anyone.

Impacted adult tooth that never came through and a broken implant and crown. The front desk could use a little help in greeting clients. They're not rude just very direct and not much for small talk. Then again they wear a mask all day so that would bother me too. The doctors and their assistants are great. They really do take the time to explain things so you're fully aware of how they want to help you. Again, Dr Esbah, thank you for everything you've helped me, and will continue to help me with.

Our patients are always taken care of when we refer them to any of the 3 offices! It’s good to know when we refer over there, we feel assured that there will only be exceptional care provided!

After visiting this office w/ much trepidation. Once I walked through the door. I felt a zen type vibe/energy. Soft lighting, comfortable waiting area, as well as being greeted by the receptionist upon arrival, made my experience calming. I can’t pinpoint it exactly...maybe it was the ambience, maybe it was the way they spoke and explained procedures, or better yet maybe it was the tone and professional knowledgeable nature of the dentists. When she returned to school on Monday, all of her friends were shocked because she looked completely normal. Dr. Stone is an exceptional oral surgeon. He also has a fabulous bedside manner!

Dr. Diamantis made my daughter feel very comfortable from the very start. He explained everything in a way which didn't make her nervous and she was at ease with me leaving her side. I was also impressed with the follow up from the office after the procedure. They obviously care a lot about their patients and seem to go above and beyond to make sure their patients are recovering well. I would definitely recommend this office!!

Donnie White: So I get referred to this office by my dentist late last year. I called and they looked at my insurance and THEY suggested I should wait until the beginning of the year because my dental insurance will renew and more of the extractions would be covered. This is fine and I appreciate the advice. My next appointment comes and they call me to confirm and I just tested positive for Covid and obviously we have to reschedule. So my appointment happens to be a day where I needed to see another specialist about something else, so now I need to change this appointment. I call and explain and they now they want a deposit due to all the appointment changes. One was their suggestion, the second was because of Covid 19 and the only one I requested and now they want a deposit. I called the referring dentist and ask for a new oral surgeon referral. Its amazing when companies hire people that don't do their research on why these appointments may have been changed but I also know how hard it is to find good help if any at all these days.

Kori Ryan: I'm a pretty anxious person when it comes to medical procedures, and wasn't exactly excited to have my wisdom teeth out, especially at 30-something. The clinical team took my anxiety really seriously and the actual procedure and recovery went way better than I could have anticipated. A lot of medical providers haven't taken my anxiety seriously in the past, so it's a definite strength of this practice and worth noting. Easy scheduling, really pleasant staff. Dr. Kalish is a kind and attentive surgeon, very responsive to concerns. Almost makes you able to forget you've having or have had a medical procedure. :)

They got me in for an evaluation and x-rays just to get extra money. They already had my x-rays for the specific tooth from prior visit. Also their financial person was trying to have me pay out of pocket instead of going through the insurance.

Although it's quite large, it's comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home!As an added bonus, the front desk staff are amazing! I had to wait a little while in the waiting room, but as soon as I was taken back I was given complete attention for my entire 1.5 hour appointment. The nurse and doctor both spent a long time listening to my history and asking questions to get a full understanding of my problem. The doctor did a thorough exam and gave me multiple treatment options and suggestions for pain relief. I will definitely continue with this office and this doctor for the entirety of my jaw treatment.

Joshua Cambridge: THIS WAS THE BEST TOOTH EXTRACTION EVER!!!! ok...not things that are said often but 100% true. I had been told by another group that a root canal was need at the tune of 4k. I looked at other options and second opinions and was referred to Lowell, Nashua & Chelmsford Oral Surgery by a family friend. From the beginning it was a smooth process. They answered all my questions about the difference between getting a root canal and getting an extraction over the phone. They suggested I have my dentist send over the X-rays and I schedule a consultation. I did and in about a week I had the consultation. They had already reviewed my scans and had a recommendation for me. Again they answered all my questions about the procedure and I had a TON. Never felt rushed or that I was being to nosy about the process. The procedure was scheduled for the week after (it could have been next day but I wasn't able to do that). Even though it was different office than my consultation (consult in Chelmsford, procedure in Lowell) there was literally no difference in the customer service. IT WAS AWESOME! The Dr. from the consult even came to the other office to do the procedure. The family friends referral who works there even made it a point to be there to welcome me! As far as the extraction goes....fast and painless. The Dr. and his MA's explained what was going to happen and that is exactly what happened. I was in and out in just over an hour and I'm back at work now writing this. While I am not looking forward to getting an implant, I am looking forward to having it done by these folks. I know no one WANTS to get a tooth taken out, but if you have to do it, come to these people and you won't regret it. I will be posting again after the implant.

Tyra Soucy: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed in this office by Dr. Trowbridge. The office itself is very clean and the staff was very attentive. They helped me with any questions I had about my paperwork and how the insurance would work. The clinical staff was very informative and friendly and helped me feel better about being nervous. Dr. Trowbridge was just as friendly and made sure I was comfortable through out the whole general anesthesia process. I couldn't believe how quick everything went! They also made sure my boyfriend was well informed about after care, and called to make sure I was doing well later that day. I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs any extractions come here. It was nice knowing that the staff here wants what is best for the patient, and makes sure they are comfortable and happy.

harlowtello harlowtello: I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Field and her staff and my experience exceeded every expectation I had. I am not a fan of the dentist office and was a little nervous upon arrival but Dr.Field and her staff had an impeccable bedside manner. They were pleasant, calming and very attentive. Even the receptionists were extremely welcoming and helpful when it came to filling out all the registration paperwork. When was 7 that dentist that was arrested on tv for pulling kids without nova cane I was in a orphanage and I was one of those kids he pulled both my front teeth with no nivacain so that’s why I’m so scared of dentists , I just relived it all over again!!!

Kayla Davis: I’ve been going here for a couple years now and this place is awful. After my visit this week I will no longer be going to them. 6 months ago at my cleaning I told the dentist that I was having bad tooth pain. He looked at my X-rays and swore I didn’t have any cavities. Fast forward to now I’m having severe tooth pain so I go back to the office and they do new X-rays. The lady dentist this time told me I had a very bad cavity on my third molar and needed to have a root canal to save the tooth. I’m very upset about it because if the first dentist did his job correctly he would’ve noticed the cavity and probably would’ve been able to fix it without a root canal. The male dentist is always in a rush like they schedule too many people at one time or he just doesn’t care about his patients at all. If a patient is telling you they’re having bad tooth pain you think he would’ve actually tried to find the cause of the pain instead of telling me there was no problem. The lady dentist was awesome and very sweet, if it was her all the time I would continue going here but it’s usually the male Indian dentist and I refuse to go to him after this, even the tech who took the X-rays noticed the cavity. They also always have you wait a pretty long time and forget trying to call them on the phone because the receptionist just puts you on hold for about half an hour. Also, I’ve had a couple of my fillings from here fall out after a year or so, which should not be happening.
