The Ultimate Bath Store: what do users think?
Judy Teixeira: I could not have asked for better service! Thank you!!
Kenneth Smith: In Westford, we just finished a complete remodel of our master bathroom. And, we're most pleased with the guidance and recommendations of Sink & Spout-Lowell, led by its own David Boyd. Courteous, helpful, responsive, and timely, even when a few supply chain hiccups occurred. The end result, our bathroom, looks spectacular. The Kohler & Bertch products from Sink & Spout really standout. I highly recommend David and his Lowell team.
Dan McCarthy: I had a great experience here, David was knowledgeable and got us exactly what we needed! The vanity we ordered came damaged and Ultimate bath offered me the options to send a completely new one or take a pretty generous discount on the item which I really appreciated. After ordering cabinets at Home Depot during a previous remodel It is easy to see the difference in customer service you get here. You get what you pay for and these guys know how to get you the product you need and pick up the phone when you have questions!
Sharmis Powell: Superb! Incredibly helpful and thorough! Wonderful experience.
Lorraine Pasciuto: Two sales staff me as only one other customer. I was there for a good 30imites before one of them came to me, and that was only after that previous customer left. She was a bit helpful, but then the phone rang, and she was joking and chitchatting with whoever called. Left me standing there for another 20 minutes. I finally left. This wasn’t the first experience I had there. Will not go back. I have read reviews, and it said the same thing. The response from the owner who is the exact same response both times on those reviews.
Quantum Knot: Sure they have some things to look at. But as someone mentioned a couple weeks ago, they weren't very interested in helping me. I was the only one in there and there were 3 of them. Hung around for about 20 or so min. I guess business is spectacular so they dont need to ask. Went to Frank Webb instead. They were very nice and helpful over there. Better selection too.
Joanna DelMonaco: Wow! Three workers, we were the only customers and not even a "can I help you?"The worst.
Dieu Phuong Vu: Very helpful, good customer service !
Rand Hinman: Over 4 ,000 square feet of bath displays. Caring the top brands from Kohler,BainUltra,Julien Kitchen sinks. Very well trained sales staff. Just a fun place to shop
Laura McLeod: I had to go into the parts department on an errand for my husband yesterday. He kindly left me the piece that I needed to possibly replace with another. As I entered the parts department there were two guys just hanging out at the counter and another behind the counter. I was not approached or asked what I needed help with. So I stood there and initiated the reason for my visit. The guy that I explained my issue to blatantly laughed in my face and looked over at the other two guys to engage them in his humor. I was told that the wheel can't be reinvented!!! Talk about pompous comment! I took my part with me and I WILL NEVER step foot in this store again nor recommend them to any one needing help with a plumbing part.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?
luis carlos gonzalez: Muy. Lindo lugar
Stacy Azevedo: They had when I was looking for and I bought it all went well and the girl in the cage outside was pleasant
Jordi Gil: Beware the EGO repair center:TL;DR Before you pick up an EGO repair unit:* ALWAYS check your original S/N against the unit you're picking up from repairs in case they switched it for a different one.* ALWAYS check that the unit is working well, not just what was fixed.------------------------In July 2022, I brought my EGO snow blower for repairs to this repair center. A few weeks later I was informed that it had been fixed and I could pick it up at this location. When I did, I noticed it looked like a new unit with no wear or tear, it appeared to be a new one (later on I noticed it had a different S/N). I tested the fixed part (the chute) and it worked fine. I pressed the left handle and the unit moved. In all senses, it appeared to work well, so I took it with me.When I used it this January 2023 for the first time, I discovered that the auger was not working. I called EGO for help and they told me to bring it for repairs at this Lowe's location. Weeks later I get an email that I could pick up the fixed unit. When I went to pick it up, they brought a dust covered unit that did not match the Serial Number of the unit I brought in for repairs. This time, I declined to pick up the unit as I was not informed the repair consisted in switching the unit and I was weary it could be another faulty unit as its dust covered appearance did not give me confidence.Following up with Lowe's customer service I was informed that they misplaced the labels and I was not supposed to pick up that dust covered unit. Days later, I got an email that because the unit had a broken handle, it was not covered by the warranty and if I wanted it fix, I had to pay ~$200. I complained that this unit NEVER worked in the first place and that it was their fault for giving me a broken unit as a fix for my original snow blower. It didn't change a thing. Lowe's representative insisted that they will not pay for the repairs and that they can't find my original snow blower anymore, supposedly fixed. Now I'm left with no other choice but to pay myself for a problem that is Lowe's fault.Moral of the story: Avoid this repair center for EGO units. But if you have to use their service, ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure that you're getting the right unit by checking the Serial Number and that all functions WORK PROPERLY before accepting it.I hope this helps./Jordi
Chris Grace: It's Lowes. What more do you need to know?
DraMatik Gonzalez: Great place wide variety of stuff to buy plants fixtures whatever you need you could find it in this place. It's great excellent and the staff is always on point and know what they happened to be talking about.
Thea D.: It is greatly convenient and easy to locate what items you are looking for and want ile location they are in from the organization of Lowell's materials.
Bryn Dews: Good prices, helpful staff. Usually have what I'm looking for.
Howard Anderson: Nice store layout, helpful friendly service.
Daddy Chan: Don't work here or buy from here.First of all they don't have apple pay or experienced workers. Corporate designed the store in a way to make you think the service is better by making the place bright and pretty. Everything's more expensive and you have workers who don't know anything, even the tenured folks.Secondly managers are all unionized against the workers and some of them are straight up p*dophiles. They act all cool and take smoke breaks together but they're all horrible people who will fire you if they're simply having a bad day. We're being abused, currently part time but working constantly and getting burnt out. We've lost so many good people lately. Remember that good service doesn't mean that the workers are happy. Go to home depot instead, they actually treat their workers like people and in return you'll get cheaper products and maybe less than perfect service. (If you're man enough to handle such a horror 😂)
John Berry: Very good
Chess Teachers And Learners: Came in, had what I needed luckily was close to work, helpful staff.
David Lachance: Simple fast trip in. Found what I needed, got great customer service, and got my project completed.
K Steam: Exactly what you would expect
Walter da vitoria: Very good and courteous service.
Joao Bruno Trindade: Short of staffing
Carole Ferro: Customer service is excellent . I shopped for a new range in December. Bought it one afternoon and was delivered the next day.Today I bought a new kitchen faucet . A customer service representative helped me pick out a new one . I was grateful for the expertise .
KAREN MOLLOY: Ratanak in the paint department was extremely helpful he’s customer service skills are exceptional
John Flynn: Had what I needed
paige mckeown: It's 2023 Time to get pay by phone options and if you're not going to have that as an option you should have it posted so I don't waste my time. Literally gas stations with POSs from 15 years ago have tap to pay.
Jim Gettys: Online app item locations often incorrect, requiring asking staff to find things for you.The typical home improvement center. Help is decent, though not as good as many neighborhood hardware stores: and much bigger, both a feature and a bug as you can spend too much time looking.
Edward Brown: A decent selection of inventory. But the Lowes app isn't always accurate and finding help is challenging.

Like-Nu Refinishing LLC: what do users think?
Patricia Hart: Bob was very easy to work with and was able to get my 3 shower and tubs scheduled to be completed very quickly.Dan did all the work and was exceptional.Very detailed and professional. He does excellent work. This is the third time they have worked on different projects.I highly recommend!!!Service:Bathroom remodeling
Rachael Pfenninger: Had an entire bathroom and shower area (including shower ceiling!) that was a classic '70s teal and pink tiles and a pink bathtub. They white-washed the entire thing and it makes the bathroom look so much brighter and updated! Cost was very reasonable and they were very professional.
Thelma Keefe: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,QualityHired them for bathtub and shower refinishing. they were very timely and professional. The tub and shower look new. Great job. Would hire them again for sure.
Thomas Fahlberg: Like-Nu refinished an old porcelain tub that was almond to make it Kohler White. It turned out beautifully. They also added an invisible no-slip texture which is great. The project required two visits since the paint would not adhere properly in one section. They themselves pointed out the issue and came back a week later and sanded and repainted the section which now looks fine.I'm giving them 4 stars since they didn't vent the fumes through the bedroom window during the process as they said they would. Consequently a strong smell lingered for about an hour after they left. I spoke with Bob, the owner, about this. He apologized and said he would make sure that his crew does this in the future.

Patricia Shaughnessy-Knowlton: Awesome customer service. Would highly recommend.
Brendan Finn: Zero stars! They charged me triple what they charged my contractor (really?!!) and then when I returned the valve they screwed me on they charged me a 30% restocking fee to have me put it back on the shelf behind me. Crooks! Go somewhere else!
