Kelley Paine: Elevators have not been working since Friday February 7th. It’s now Thursday February 13th. With no parking anyway because of people keeping their vehicles there for months at a time, sometimes you have to park on 5th floor. With moms who have strollers and children, that’s not feasible. Those with asthma or medical conditions it’s no good. It’s a safety issue. We will be reporting this to those that MIGHT care.

Mike Bar-Johnson: Bad experience all around for monthly parking. Office only open weekday mornings so if your access key breaks on a Friday afternoon you have to wait for a security guard every time you want to leave till Monday. The security guards change constantly so no one will ever know who you are. The security door was broken for the last year so anyone can walk in unobserved and no plans to ever fix it yet they still raised the fees. Also only one woman works in the garage office and makes you feel like you are lucky she lets you park there at all. If she is sick when you need to cancel your card, the office could be closed a week or more, and you will be charged another month non-refundable because YOU didn’t cancel in time, so plan well ahead when you leave. Unfortunately they know that most people have no choice.
Ralph Morrow: I've been parking my car at the Early garage since the day it first opened about 8 years ago.I have a monthly pass which is extremely handy.The winter time is extremely great, no shoveling of my car and don't have to worry about getting it towed.They have Security 24/7 and cameras all over.The woman in the office is excellent and very friendly..

Joe Welsh: I recently moved here from out of state into the Mass Mills apartments adjacent to the garage. I was told that I could get a monthly membership and discount if I showed my lease to the office. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to sign on to a waiting list. It worried me a great deal that I wouldn't have a place for my car.Patty(ie?) saved me. I signed up and she expedited the process so that I would have a place. She was kind and caring and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Patty 😊.

Jasmin Rath: The lady that I was met with today was so rude. She assumed I was in school and gave me a student visitor pass when I’m a resident. She asked me broad questions and made me uncomfortable to the point that I was scared to answer her or give her the wrong answer. Another man came in the place as well and she yelled at him to the point that he returned something and left without receiving his slip back. VERY RUDE!

Kev Cool: This is the same parking garage where a citizen was arrested for video taping the area which is his constitutional right. They trumped up a trespassing charge which is ironic given its a public garage funded by tax payers.
Courtney LeBlanc: When driving in to the parking garage, was greeted by the rudest female attendant. She yelled at us for not having cash. Politely explained to her there are signs saying they accept cards, if we could just have a ticket and pay the hourly rate when we leave. She told us “Not tonight there isn’t, there are 25,000 people trying to get in!!” I mean clearly there wasn’t, but she was the most unhelpful and unfriendly human I had the misfortune of encountering in Lowell.The garage should really have signs when they are expecting different forms of payment for events, or at least have someone with a shred of customer service skills attending the entrance.

Beth Massey: Terrible wait time to get out. Came for a concert….it’s currently 50 min after the show ended and I’m not even out of my parking spot!!! Not. One. Single. Vehicle. Has. Moved!!! This is the worst!!!!
Taking care of Bizness: the manager of this facility followed me after I parked and threatened to call the police because I went the wrong way in the garage. our argument got pretty heated as I was begging her to call the cops so she eventually just walked back to the main office while still saying vulgar remarks under her breath.this is my third encounter with this woman. she has brown curly hair and is always very angry. I will be sure to record video next time.

Philip Fazioli: Currently sitting in this garage for over an hour and a half...yes you read that correctly...haven't moved more than 10 feet for an hour and a half...no idea what is going on. Very low crowd at the basketball game tonight so it's not an issue of too many people. Terrible experience. Will never use this lot again...
Al Gator: The City of Lowell and UML need some lessons in civil engineering and traffic management. We were stuck in the parking garage for over a half an hour after a comedian performed at the Tsongas Center, not even moving an inch! Even when traffic was moving (both in at the beginning of the event and out afterwards), there was no controlling traffic lights or directing traffic to account for the volume! Seriously? So many other venues do this so much better! Figure it out! Not going back by choice and if we had to, we'd park far away and walk just to get out of there before the next ice age!

Vasyl Pominov: Inexpensive, conveniently located to Tsongas Center, walking distance to the Spinners Stadium.
D Cons: Very leaky, some elevator issues, but storage is large and I feel secure leaving it there.
Bill Bacon: It's a parking garage. Entrance and egress are good. $10 to park for a graduation seems a tad ridiculous, though.

Thomas Anderson: Best garage in town!!
Raymond Gordon: It's nice to not be hunting for parking spaces. This garage is large and can accommodate most vehicles. I just can't use it in Kayak season as the roof is too low for my Kayaks.While I tend to avoid places where you pay to park, I sometimes can't avoid Lowell. I will say the parking fee is reasonable, unlike Boston.The views of the city from the top are cool too.

Devynn Fleming: I watched a guy walk around and try to open people’s cars while pushing a cart around. This was like 10 am; security does nothing to protect your vehicles. The spots are so tight that you cannot get out of your car. Attendants are rude and unprofessional. You'd be better off parking in the street.

Matthew Bonanno: The parking garage is better than the lots for parking most of the time. Sometimes the open and full sign can be wrong. It may say open when there are no spaces or full when there are at least 10 still open. It's a parking garage though, there isn't much to say about it. The top 3 floors are for the faculty and staff btw.
