Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Parking Lot: what do users think?
Jennifer Hart: Works well for parking and enjoying the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail
Jim Rhoades: You can park here (@Cross Point) anytime. There is no enforcement from Cross Point. I have parked here in the middle of day during the week, 1am, not just weekends or holidays. Sometimes there is construction and portions of the lot are closed.
Bruce Hestand: Really nice rail trail for walking/cycling. Chelmsford Center to Acton is the nicer part with fewer cross roads and better scenery and right at 20 miles round trip. A little busy on weekends and parking in Chelmsford can be limited, you're better off using the parking area near Heart Pond or on 27just west of 225 at those times.
David Nop: Good for all ages who likes to get out door stay active waking, jogging, biking. Good scenery trail, stretch approximately 13 miles each way and will extend even longer in the near future.
Freddy: Great start to a great trail.
Pamela Brunelle: One of the best trails I have ever been on
J Garrett: Hey, a good place to park your car at the northern terminus of the bike trail.
Sean Nunes: Awesome trail to ride weather your experienced or not with biking. It's a great workout and awesome scenery.
Ajinkya Sathe: Shut down for repairs
Jennifer Petroules: I love this place to walk, or bike ride. And there is a lake you can stop at to go swimming. It's one of my happy places.
Charles Sutton: A wonderful bike trail, through some beautiful woods and meadows, as well as through several town centers. My wife and I only rode four miles, including through the center of Chelmsford. It was a nice ride and we want to ride much more of the trail. The trail association does a great job.
Amy Craft: A great trail for walking, running and cycling. It's always very clean, I've been on the trail tons of times and have yet to see any litter. Most of the length of the trail is shade covered, which is nice for running since you're not in the beaming sun for most of the run. The weekends can get pretty busy during nice weather, so prepare to be patient with kids & adults that seem to not always be aware of their surroundings. For the most part, in my experience, people are all very courteous to each other. For example, the cyclists let you know when they're behind you and will be passing you on the left. Parking at Crosspoint is only open Weekends and Holidays. I haven't visited any of the other lots along the route so I'm not sure of their hours. There are also no bathrooms or porto-potties along the trail that I'm aware of, so pee before you go!
Anthony Mambo: Nice place for a walk, run or bike ride. Some areas are uneven due to root growth and pushing the pavement up so it can make for a rough bike ride.
Pasala Prasad: good Rail-trail track. Lot of space to relax, bicycle and to skate. at Chelmsford, has to cross approx 300 metres highway to continue on rail-trail.
James Kolak: Beautiful rail trail
Laurie Scafati: Dont remember
Paul Trischitta: Very good
Andrew Ells-O'Brien (Andy O'Brien): Great during the week. Patience is a virtue on the weekends.
Jose Perez: Love taken my kids and running here or cycling good place
Alex Gustafson: It has a nice parking lot and a tunnel under the highway into the woods. Great spot for runners, bikers, and Pokemon hunters!
Hebo: Awesome rail trail

Lower Locks Parking Facility: what do users think?
Thomas Anderson: Best garage in town!!
Raymond Gordon: It's nice to not be hunting for parking spaces. This garage is large and can accommodate most vehicles. I just can't use it in Kayak season as the roof is too low for my Kayaks. While I tend to avoid places where you pay to park, I sometimes can't avoid Lowell. I will say the parking fee is reasonable, unlike Boston. The views of the city from the top are cool too.
Bobby on jade karaoke: Clean parking garage well lighted reasonable prices to park very close to lowell auditorium
Mark Maxner: Ideal place to park vehicle during parking bans. Safe.
John: Good location. Lots of available space. Pricing was reasonable.
Charlie Dewan: Convenient and very polite staff.
Geoffrey Feldman: Very handy to down town and conference center
John Luke Mills: Good typical Lowell parking with the usual modest prices. The floor plan is a bit confusing.
***J*: Love fresh Air
Roja Rani: Good to reach Portsmouth downtown easily...
Patrick Duval: The best parking in the city
Phil Schwarz: Less expensive parking for the Lowell Folk Festival
Sherrie Wray: Rate is cheep in comparison to Boston.
David Dixon: Average
Mark Buchholz: Good space, difficult to figure out how to pay
Corey Rawson: Clean and inexpensive. Very close to downtown but easier to get in and out of
Bob Porter: Well maintained.
Edward Blum: Large garage that serves UMass Lowell, the Lowell Auditorium and other venues. Accessible via footbridges to walk to and from these places. Reasonable rates. Caveat: in rush hours, traffic on nearby streets can be very heavy and slow.

HCID Parking Garage: what do users think?
Brendan Donoghue: My car was totaled by a drunk driver while parked here.Gates and tickets may not work in the rain.
diana coluntino: Today 2/25/23 is the second Saturday in a row that I and several others could not get out of the garage. Both weekends we had to call the police. This happens often, during the week as well, but there's someone working there. Last week, even during Winter fest, there were no employees working at the garage. Not only is the design a huge failure (the entrance curve, the QR reader and the pay station without a hood or roof), but to not have an attendant working there on weekends is nothing but plain old cheap.
Doug Taylor: Nice garage, When I, inquired about parking for the winter, they said it would need to be moved every other day. Oh Ok 👌 sure let me pay $100+ monthly and you tell me what to do ?? No thanks. I parked at The Train Station for less money and less drama!
Jay Cote: New, convenient, clean garage. Great walking access to downtown and the renewed Hamilton Canal District, including the new Lowell Justice Center courthouse. The garage has ten free level two Chargepoint EV charging stations allowing up to twenty EVs to be parked and charging simultaneously. Parking rates are very reasonable. They use some sort of new license plate reader technology to read your car's plate to track your entrance and exit time.
Raymond Tan: Good place to park if you’re going for jury duty at the Lowell justice center. Clean garage.

Joseph Downes Garage: what do users think?
Joe Welsh: I recently moved here from out of state into the Mass Mills apartments adjacent to the garage. I was told that I could get a monthly membership and discount if I showed my lease to the office. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to sign on to a waiting list. It worried me a great deal that I wouldn't have a place for my car.Patty(ie?) saved me. I signed up and she expedited the process so that I would have a place. She was kind and caring and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Patty 😊.
L: love the garage, super easy to find a spot, one of the employees is super nice and always friendly but god the brunette…wtf. help her file for unemployment or something so she can be done she’s miserable
Sarah Mills: Great place to park for concerts at Boarding House Park.
Jasmin Rath: The lady that I was met with today was so rude. She assumed I was in school and gave me a student visitor pass when I’m a resident. She asked me broad questions and made me uncomfortable to the point that I was scared to answer her or give her the wrong answer. Another man came in the place as well and she yelled at him to the point that he returned something and left without receiving his slip back. VERY RUDE!
Paul Gibula: Good location.
krishna keerthi Vaddepally: Morning at 8:30 hard to find a spot. Small garage.
Joseph Plummer: Good place to park, often became too full during the early semester, but usually good passed noon
Edwin Mejia: Very clean Garage to park your vehicles.
Adam Wuoti: Quite affordable parking with plenty of spaces
Kev Cool: This is the same parking garage where a citizen was arrested for video taping the area which is his constitutional right. They trumped up a trespassing charge which is ironic given its a public garage funded by tax payers.
Courtney LeBlanc: When driving in to the parking garage, was greeted by the rudest female attendant. She yelled at us for not having cash. Politely explained to her there are signs saying they accept cards, if we could just have a ticket and pay the hourly rate when we leave. She told us “Not tonight there isn’t, there are 25,000 people trying to get in!!” I mean clearly there wasn’t, but she was the most unhelpful and unfriendly human I had the misfortune of encountering in Lowell. The garage should really have signs when they are expecting different forms of payment for events, or at least have someone with a shred of customer service skills attending the entrance.

North Parking Garage (NPG): what do users think?
Matthew Bonanno: The parking garage is better than the lots for parking most of the time. Sometimes the open and full sign can be wrong. It may say open when there are no spaces or full when there are at least 10 still open. It's a parking garage though, there isn't much to say about it. The top 3 floors are for the faculty and staff btw.

Edward Early Jr. Parking Facility: what do users think?
Doug Taylor: Newer garage, however it’s absolutely disgusting!!!
Bill Meier: Parking was easy. Simple checkout.
NM P: It was free today 11/27/21. Not sure if it was free this weekend.
Patrick Kirane: Easy and cheap. Pay on the first floor at the ticket system.
MF16: Someone stole stuff from my car. I was parked right in front of a camera and was told they are dummy Cameras by the security guard and there was nothing they could do. Can I sue the city for a false sense of safety?
Ann Isler: Wicked expensive
Robert King: Minus one star because I work here. SmhEdit: Got fired so its 3 stars now.
Kelley Paine: Elevators have not been working since Friday February 7th. It’s now Thursday February 13th. With no parking anyway because of people keeping their vehicles there for months at a time, sometimes you have to park on 5th floor. With moms who have strollers and children, that’s not feasible. Those with asthma or medical conditions it’s no good. It’s a safety issue. We will be reporting this to those that MIGHT care.
Alex Sellers: Greatest parking facility on the east coast
Mike Bar-Johnson: Bad experience all around for monthly parking. Office only open weekday mornings so if your access key breaks on a Friday afternoon you have to wait for a security guard every time you want to leave till Monday. The security guards change constantly so no one will ever know who you are. The security door was broken for the last year so anyone can walk in unobserved and no plans to ever fix it yet they still raised the fees. Also only one woman works in the garage office and makes you feel like you are lucky she lets you park there at all. If she is sick when you need to cancel your card, the office could be closed a week or more, and you will be charged another month non-refundable because YOU didn’t cancel in time, so plan well ahead when you leave. Unfortunately they know that most people have no choice.
Ralph Morrow: I've been parking my car at the Early garage since the day it first opened about 8 years ago.I have a monthly pass which is extremely handy. The winter time is extremely great, no shoveling of my car and don't have to worry about getting it towed. They have Security 24/7 and cameras all over. The woman in the office is excellent and very friendly..
Brian Wong: The ability to pay for a monthly pass that autopsy is nice if you live in the area. However people drive dangerously here and I'm surprised there aren't more accidents b
Corey Rawson: $8.00 a day. 24 hr. security
