Delaney C: Ordered 2 bras 5/30/22 and picked up in store. Was told they don't make demi bras any more, almost exclusively balconette and full coverage. One bra was fine and the other didn't fit well so I asked to exchange that one for the same color in the other bra style. Was told no problem, it will be shipped to my house for free. Exchange was fine.Bra arrived and it was a different color. Find out that bra doesn't come in the color I asked for, so basically the sales associate just picked a different color and didn't tell me or ask if that was okay. Used Live Chat to figure out the issue and the person kept linking me to bras I had already told them I was not interested in, even after I told them to stop. They finally emailed me return postage and said they would issue a refund once the item was returned. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and I would be contacted "within 1 day."2 days later no one had called or emailed. I tried Live Chat again and the person ignored my questions, told me they escalated the issue and I would get a call within a couple business days.It's been 2 weeks and no one ever called. I've worn the other bra I bought 5/20 a couple times, it's just okay, fits fine but underwires squeak. I washed it on delicate for the first time today. I never dry my bras.It's falling apart. Threads everywhere, fraying, and the inner cups are wrinkled now and it looks awful when worn. CALLED customer support this time and they issued a refund and said they would waive the return fee (I'd hope so since this item is falling apart). Was told they escalated again and to "rest assured" someone would contact me about it. I'm not holding my breath, and super disappointed that the place I used to exclusively shop for bras now has awful customer service and item quality.Update, Lane Bryant replied to this review at one point (they have since deleted their response) and said they would reach out to me. No one did, even after also saying that multiple times when I talked to customer service online and on the phone. They'll just lie to you. It also took over a month for my refund to be processed.

Maria Sarantopoulos: For decades, I’ve always had pleasant interactions with LB sales associates across the country. I even worked for LB myself back in the 90’s. But yesterday, I had the worst experience with their salesperson, Tammy. I was trying to process a few returns, and had a question on their return policy (which seemed new). Instead of trying to explain their policy to me, or even tell me “no”, which I would have respected, Tammy became very agitated and told me to “just calm down”! She then pushed me off to her manager (who was extremely helpful!). The funny thing is that I was completely calm and in a great mood!! LB, please fix your Human Resources issues!! There are lots of competent, respectful people looking for good jobs!! That was my last time visiting your Wayside Commons location. So disappointing.

Vanessa Rios: I was the only person in the store looking around while one customer cashed out. Not once were my child or I Greeted no one asked if I needed any help. I ask a question she never lifted her head up, no eye contact, and answers as if I was bothering her. Meanwhile you can hear the two associates discussing the upcoming weekend plans while one associate placed clothing on the counter to purchase later. So sad that this is the closest Lane Bryant to me which is over 20 minutes away and that’s the service you receive.

Mariya Mwaniki: The mark up on their clothes must be 300-400%. This used to be one of the few options for fluffy women but not anymore. I can't recommend them. They had an update on their credit system and it glitched for months. My daughter would send them a payment and they would send it back. We were laughing about it at the time. They sent an email explaining the problem and said not to worry. My daughter kept making payments and they kept sending them back. We are no longer laughing. Torrid closed her account, sent it to collections, the collection company reported her. She paid it in full, has written letters to torrid, the collection company to correct the damage to her credit. We are still waiting to hear from them. Don't open a credit card with these people unless you want a lot of aggravation.On the plus side ( the reason for 2 stars instead of just one), the women who work in the store are some of the nicest people. Never ran into anyone rude there . I used to enjoy shopping there. I hope this is helpful.

James Anderson: Imagine buying a $100 “official Red Sox gear” shorts only for them to begin to rip and stitching fall out a week later. I only wore them 2x and the material began falling apart. Cheap material. I’ve witness their employees giving their friends discounts secretly as well.

I was in that store for 45 minutes to almost an hour and not one person asked me if I needed help with anything. How am I supposed to spend money at the store and buy sneakers there if I can't be shown any from the back because nobody wants to help you in the store? Really, that's your job is to help customers. Well, Monday night not 1 SINGLE Person asked if I needed help with Anything! I'll take my money somewhere else and that's exactly what I did tonight. It stinks because I do like the clothes at the store.

Kayla Davis: On Saturday morning (12/15/19) the Jordan 11 bred dropped. I went to Eblens because that’s where I always go for shoe drops. I won the raffle for the men’s and this time they said the youth sizes were first come first serve, so I showed up at 730 to wait in line(opened at 8). After we’re allowed inside they tell us that the youth sizes could not ring up for some reason. They gave us all tickets and told us it would be 15 MINUTES!!! We waited over an hour and half for them to decide to do paper receipts because they were too lazy to do so from the beginning! The manager was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle the situation at all. It was the worst experience ever. People were about to start a riot in the store! I called the DM and the lady didn’t even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I will NEVER be back to this Eblens and I will continuously recommend people avoid this horrible store.

Heather Anne: I came in to get a giftcard for my son's gf. I never hear of Torrid. Now- I will never buy jeans or hoodies anywhere else. They specialize in size 10+. But the clothes are cute and trendy. They can be a little pricey but there's sales & discounts all the time. The jeans fit like they're supposed to! I dont have to pull them up everytime I reach down. Everything is made high quality- the camis are long, the tops are flattering. I'm addicted to this store now. Oh- sales girls are soooo nice too.
