Nathan Verissimo: The new owner is the definition of cheap and rude. Used to order from here 2-3 times a month for delivery with no problem. Now when I tried ordering delivery they said no originally and then when I said I order all the time they eventually agreed but the owner said to "make sure you tip really good." Then when I tried to order again two weeks later they flat out said "no" and hung up. Apparently a $5 tip on a sub and side order wasn't good enough. Keep in mind I live 2 miles away in the same city. They have no business owning a pizza delivery place. Let me know when you sell.

Got sick from an order I placed on Friday called them Saturday to let them know and to ask for a refund (because of course I am not going to be paying for a food that almost killed me).Two days later after going back and forth with them the guy who answers the phone tells me he talked to the owner and their CONCLUSION was that I’m allergic to something I ate, because my order was BIG and that in order to get a refund they need a hospital report. (Told them many times I wasn’t allergic to the food I ate and he kept on insisting I was)My order: Large half and half pizza, sm chicken buffalo calzone, sm cajun fries and sm mozzarella sticks. For a family of 4, and the only thing I ate was the chicken calzone.I asked for at least the chicken calzone refund since that’s what made me sick and the guy’s answer was “To make it up to you I can send you another chicken calzone, on me”..Total joke!! What makes him think I would ever eat there again especially eat the same thing that made me so sick.AWFUL Food, AWFUL management and AWFUL customer service.

So delicious I nearly drooled eating it! Everything we order is high quality, especially now that they are under management from the former people of Jimmy's in Chelmsford. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Their pizza is really good too! Crunchy crust mmmm. Great people who take pride in quality and personable treatment!

Nadia: This place is so underrated its unbelievable. We were in town looking for a good bargain and we certainly did not expect the flavours and quality of this place to be so on point. We got a large pizza with three toppings and a small ham and cheese calzone to share, with a large bottle of soda, paid 30 bucks. They brought us cups, plates, everthing. Super crispy crust, loads of oozy cheese, so tasty.... so so good. You have to come here. The owner is super nice too.

thida: My mom and I used to order takeout every Sunday because of the large special pizza sale, and it was always cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of crunch. However, after learning the place was sold a few months ago, it makes sense that when my mother ordered a small cheese pizza for my little four-year-old sister, they gave us some damn soggy cheese fries. I was so aggregated at this woman because my mom spoke clearly, and she was Indian as my mom was Cambodian, so I supposed she would've understood my mom with the Asian accent. But I guess wrong. We did get our cheese pizza for free but we didn't get our money refunded for the disgusting cheese fries that we didn't even want. As a conclusion, we haven't really ordered from the place since the incident and we found a better pizza place to get our pizza from.

O clima do ambiente é tão para baixo, que saímos de lá como se estivessemos saído de im velório. A atendente parecia que estava ali sendo obrigada. Eramos apenas meu esposo e eu, pagamos mais de $40 em dois pratos de almoço esquentado na janta e uma latinha de Pepsi, não tinha nem um copo decente, me deram um copo descartável.

When I used to order the food about a year ago everything was tasty and delicious now, the food takes 1 hour and 20-30 minutes to come, and the meat isn’t fresh seems old. The friend yuca is soft and tastes sweet, not normal for fresh. Very disappointed. Not the first time they sent disappointing food. Won’t ordered again. If your hungry go elsewhere you will wait so long for the food to only get it and be disappointed

Dan W: The store was clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke both English and Portuguese, which worked for the group I was with. The food and drinks came out relatively quickly and everything was brought right to our table. The pizzas were cooked perfectly to our liking. Soft on top and just a little crispy on the bottom, so the slices didn't flop all over the place. The toppings were of great quality as well. We got 2 small pizzas and a small dessert pizza. That was enough for 4 people. We loved the food and will be going back for sure!

Nick: Was pretty surprised by this place. Had like an hour to kill without the wife and kids, figured I'd grab something to eat. I've tried most places in Lowell and decided to try here when I saw it. My favorite thing about the place was that you don't need to speak Spanish to order, which a lot of authentic places like this can be difficult. Prices were very fair, and the quality of the food was very good. You can tell they use real ingredients at the least. Only tried the empanadas but they were some of the best I've ever had at a fraction of the price.Changed to 5 stars. Going back a second time with my wife, the food was great again and service was great.

I have a new appreciation for the eclectic flavors found in this food! I was also introduced to the guava/cheese Empanada for dessert. It had powdered sugar sprinkled on it and man, it was sweet and savory! The owner is so talented in his food service, truly loves his work and equally takes pleasure in knowing how his clients enjoy his food! The staff was helpful and friendly! You must give this eatery a visit! You won't be sorry!

Between the Tostones, the Empanadas (especially the guava & cheese and pastelon ones!!), the *Crazy Fries.....we are SOLD. Really nice staff, Eliu is awesome and the prices are good. Definitely worth it if you're in the area. Such an interesting combo of flavors. We can't wait to go back. OH....and Eliu's special sauce......(chef's kiss)
