I’ve been to several of the local massage therapy offices around town and haven’t found one I really liked until I came to this place.Before I would have to travel all the way to Andover to get the back relief I needed. Now I can travel down the road cause I found my favorite place. She was excellent and even though the conversation was short she knew where to work all from touch. I almost didn’t have to give any directions and she worked out all my problem spots on her own. That’s when I knew she was very good at her job.She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down. I definitely recommend anyone try this place. I was a walk in off the street and she was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes after walking in. And she has great hours and is open 7 days a week. She works very hard and the outcome is worth every penny. Her prices are very good too!Now my only worry is if I blabber on this place she’ll get so busy I won’t get a quick spot anymore. But she’s definitely deserving of it for the expertise she’s shown this far. 5 stars!

Hannah Apostolos: I went to this salon to get pink dip powder on my nails with a square shape and they turned out horrible. The color is see through, and the shape on one of my hands is rounded rather than square like they were supposed to be. The overall cleanliness of the place is not kept up, the lamp alone looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Asia: The ladies always treat me well and they love that I bring my boyfriend to get a pedicure with me. Most of the women give great attention to really clean your feet and cuticles. It’s always a pleasure to come and get my nails done here. The prices are super fair.

Hennessy Lopez: I am just going to say I’m a very mad client I went to this place and wanted to get my nails done which is in my regular routine most of the time. Usually I’d go to foxy nails bc they have very good prices unlike this place !! I walked in showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted after she told me it was gonna be 85 dollars for a nice coffin full set with a ombré design and glitter on one nail I didn’t think they would charge more for a glitter nail. It was completely empty (I can tell why). If I was to go to my regular nail place I could’ve gotten a better look for cheaper ! After I told her I didn’t have enough money for that she told me a shorter length would shorten the price but not even by a lot she came home with the price of 55 dollars until she told me if I didn’t wanna pay that much I could just get one color nails (which were NOTHING like I wanted) there prices on the board are nothing like she was telling me. The lady that was doing my nails was very nice but not trained well. She left hair inside my nail polish on the nails and asked me to pay before she painted( I know some places do this but her work didn’t even deserve a tip.) she left cotton in my nail polish and they were smudged. And she didn’t even asked me what I wanted for my length she went straight ahead and cut my nails without asking. I would not recommend this place . Very bad work if I can give them 0 starts I would .

Arazelis Gomez: They did my nails great the first time and gave me a good price but after they get used to you going they start slacking, told me there was a 30 minute wait and I waited an hour and they took someone before me who came in as a walk-in after me, also gave them a simple design with black lines and a few diamonds and the lines were all crooked and didn’t connect, I had to re shape them myself bc they were rounded on the sides when I asked for coffin, and also paid for gel yet my nails weren’t glossy and shiny after they were finished... not impressed by this salon anymore, had to take everything off at a different salon and re color them

Galinda Cross: This is the only nail salon I got to in Lowell. They are professional, nice and on the money. I appreciate quality work and that's what they do. Love them

Noreen Crowley: The women are nice but there was certainly a mix up in communication!I went for a pedicure and chose the least expensive treatment which states that polish is included. The cost listed is $45. The other two treatments are $55 and $65. They also have a sign in shop stating customers will receive a 10% discount if paying in cash. It is all posted in writing BUT when it was time to pay I was charged $55! I mentioned that I asked for and received the lesser of three treatments for $45! She told me because I got polish she charged $10 extra ! Polish is listed as being part of the service and I did NOT receive the 10% discount for paying in cash.I thought I’d be charged $40.50 and was prepared to leave a $9 tip but that didn’t happen. I left leaving $60.! Unfortunately, My daughter and I have been customers but we won’t go back. I didn’t like that they listed a price and discount for cash payments but nicked and dimed me over Polish and didn’t honor the 10% discount. They had friends in the shop and started talking about this. I felt uncomfortable and quickly left. The same manicurist that over charged me was the same woman that worked on my nails during my second to last visit and made it clear she was rushed and needed to leave. I left her a $20 tip! The thing that upsets me the most is that my daughter and I have been customers, always patient when waiting for service and leave a 20% tip so I am saddened these last two visits were unfavorable! They should make clear that polish with pedicure is extra. It’s all unfortunate , they are close by, but we will go elsewhere where prices are clearly stated and loyal customers are appreciated.Service:Pedicure

She’s very meticulous and would go over her work to double check that it was just right. I brought a picture of the pedicure idea I had and she did it perfectly! She kept checking with me on the details like the color, gems and layering. Then the hot stone massage was sinful! She’s great at putting the right amount of pressure for the leg massage. I've been coming to Lina for about three and a half years she is so kind pays attention to detail my nails are always stunning, there are so many colors to choose from. I come in for facials, gel or dip manicures and definitely the spa pedicures (spa packages come with paraffin wax)at the end of your treatment keeping your hand and feet hydrated for days. Even through this Covid pandemic she's taken all of the necessary steps to open back up & truthfully I feel very safe. Carmen Lesieur: I've been getting my nails done at Garden Nails & Spa (formerly Tulip Nails) in Hudson NH for over 1 year. I am 100% happy and thrilled with the services I receive there.When it was Tulip Nails, I stopped going there because it was dirty and I didn't feel the quality was good and the staff would often show up 30 minutes late. That's not the case with Garden Nails. Lena and Lilly are awesome. The location is convenient for me and their prices are very affordable. More importantly, I"m always satisfied with the quality. I have my nails dipped every two weeks and get a pedicure about every 8 weeks. My feet/toes/toenails were always a mess from multiple surgeries and sports injuries....and they do a great job - without hurting me....which is really important. My daughter also has her nails done there every two weeks and always gets "custom artwork" done on her nails because she likes a flair. She also has pedicures and even has facials and her eyebrows done. She's very happy with their service as well. In Sept 2019 my other daughter had a "pre-wedding day spa day" for the wedding party. We all had manis and pedis on the rehearsal dinner day and it made us all start the festivities start a little sooner which was great fun. I never leave disappointed with the services Garden Nails provides.

Capp 4848: I went on Saturday for my first appt with the new owners. They only did an ok job on my nails. I asked for them to be on the thicker side because I'm rough on my hands. She didn't do that. I broke 2 nails within a couple days. I returned to have them fixed and the owner said she remembered my dip color. I let her fix them and the color was wrong. She insisted the colors matched. She told me my other 8 fingers faded in just 4 days. She argued with me and I told her she did not have great customer service and walked out. I had to go pay to have someone fix them. I would not go to the new location in Hudson or have the owner do your nails. Water and snacks won't fix the level of rudenes .

HOW. DID. SHE. KNOW. Black magic? Witchcraft? I don't know, but she completely fixed my aching points by going on a search and destroy mission that I didn't realize was happening. I love her and I'm scheduling another appointment.
