United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Vale do Girassol: Great machineThe have a self service machine that works 24 hours and you can mail any time your letter or package. Is just perfect
Kevin Leblanc: It’s like a racket with these people all the time call about mail. That’s consistently late and never give me an explanation as where my stuff is. They put my passport in the wrong mailbox before.
Junior Meas: First I want to say I had a missing package. And I went to the post office today and I was waiting for the employee to talk to their supervisor to help me find my package which it took 30 mins to see if it was in the back. So the supervisor called the driver and she said the driver that drop it off the package to my address but no package was there. But before all this I made a phone call and the customer care person I spoke on the phone said it was drop off to someone’s house around the area. So that what I told them. And the supervisor didn’t believe me. We went back and forth and the supervisor ended off saying we can’t help you if the package said it was delivered to your house. That’s so unprofessional. So as soon I left and drove to my house my neighbor walks up to my house and said this package does not belong to me. And guess what it was my package. The workers really need to pay attention what they’re doing. And to be honest. Don’t be behind the bush and lie.
Aaron Blake: The employees that work here are a bunch of rude old hags.
Richard Sturtevant: Easy
pari hata: I wish I could give them Zero star.I mailed some stuff include a mobile phone to my sister in another city. But they picked the mobile up in the box, and my sister got the empty box. Then they said it's happend !!!!!!! and did not pay me back never. I lost more than 1000 $ .....EMBARRASSING
Alex Russell: This has got to be the worst USPS location in the US.I forgot my keys and asked the agent at the desk for my mail. She went and asked her manager. He came out with my mail and gave me a cold steer and said," Do not bother coming for your mail if you forget your keys in the future."It was a scary moment for me as I am the rightful owner of the box.I had my ID on me and credit cards, so I am not sure why he gave me the cold treatment. I also noticed that other box owners would ask the agents for their mail without having the key without any issues.Well, the only difference is skin color. I have observed at multiple USPS locations in this region; whites can get their mail without having any problems. The one time I did as a black man, it's a problem. Not to mention; returning mail to the sender; that has the street address and box number.Once again, I am not surprised. I pray that one day everyone can be treated equally.
Maria Betancur: I THINK THE ASIAN LADY IS SUPER RUDE, she has no costumer service. She kept yelling at people and taking things out of peoples hands. She was yelling at an older guy. I think she should get fire from that place.
Angeline Math: Just left this USPS location and the old lady working here was so rude. I was walking in and she stopped me and told me my package needed to be taped and label needed to be on the box in the rudest way possible she said they do not do that for us anymore and they don’t have tape which I understand but why wasn’t I able to go in and purchase tape and do it there? She could have helped me as an employee for this company should have but nope she chose to be rude and shut the door on saying “I don’t have time for this” as she locks the door and goes to lunch.
Doug Taylor: It’s a very dirty place. And most supplies are out of stock.
Scott Phillips: I came in at 1pm on a Friday and the lady at the service desk was difficult to deal with. I know customer service so I can explain what went down. I had a question, she provided an answer that was insufficient. I then said have a nice day as I walked away. In summary her glare was a non verbal cue that she would rather be anywhere else.
Tanya DeJesus: The employees are polite and helpful
Ron La Porte Jr.: So, just another typical P.O.. However, I will say that this is a pretty busy Post Office. For as busy as it is, I was in and out pretty quickly and I accomplished what I set out to do.Lowell, you definitely have one of the better P.O.'s. Lucky you!
Brooklynite: Front desk lady Nikki was very very nice. Thank you Nikki.
Damien Beaumier: My father has business there
Ralph Morrow: I send packages many times using the main Post Office, the personal there are extremely friendly and polite and very helpful, also very knowledgeable in what they do, if you need help sending a package and not sure how to send it they are more then willing to help you, I am very satisfied with the service I get at Post Office.
avi bhog: Very inefficient and rude staff! Avoid this post office
R. S.: If I can give it NO stars, I would. Lady at the counter with super short hair was rude for no reason and yelled at me because the shipping label wasn’t perfect. I tried explaining to her that it was an automatic label similar to Amazon and I was just returning a product. She kept cutting me off and yelling at me. Never again. They don’t even know how to scan packages and do their jobs. Have lost packages here before! Good luck!
Chris Pantazelos: Excellent service by personnel working there, BUT, THE PROBLEM ISPostmaster General Louis DeJoy, with all the cutbacks and every other destructive measure he implements, WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED LONG AGO BECAUSE HE IS TRYING TO DESTROY THE POST OFFICE.
Bertha Nji: Lady at the desk with the glasses was sooo rude ... I had to get a package because my order didn't come to my house . But I put a different name because the last time I ordered something with my name on it it got stolen . So I put a different name this time and showed her my tracking number and I showed her proof that it was my package and she still didn't give me she was being so rude and was basically yelling at me
Kay Kay: What happen to customer service? I needed a box and tape, already had a label ready. There was no tape, so I went in line with the box that was available, my items to ship and label and ask if they had any tape to sell. The lady was searching for it while the employee in the next window is yellin “she should be doing it herself, she should have it all ready” multiple times.Well lady that what I want to do, but y’all have no tape to sell?! So the employee who is helpin me was nice enough to tape it for n just made me tape the label myself, all the while the other employee continue to comment the same statement in front of my face makin me feel I’m in adequate. Ups n fedex never get mad about tape. Was just a awful feeling being talked like that.

Ivania Rodrigues: Good
Barbara Smith: We drove 150 miles out of our way to visit this site. We checked the website and it gave us the hours. We arrived to find a note on the door saying it would be closed until April 23.Great job on updating the info guys. Really lame that no one thought to do that.
Donna Hill: Its one of Lowell's Historical Buildings located in downtown Lowell. This building was converted into nice units.
Vassilios Giavis: Beautif buildings and interesting history
Alex McDonnell: For the history buff...
Geoffrey Feldman: Not how most conceive of a national park but the history is broad and deep. Restaurants and attractions around are like a world cultural tour.
Stephen Lamarre: This is such a great place to go to learn the history of how things were manufactured in the early days and a lot of the events are free to attend.

Christina Walsh: Went to this office at 10:30am on a weekday. Door was locked. No signs on the window indicating why they were closed. Ridiculous. I suggest calling before you go here. Complete waste of my time, and now need to find another post office to mail my package.
H H: I got a call back within the hour. The phone rang once then they hung up on me. What a joke.
Blxck Cat: As I know that the lady sometimes does not response right away after you asked but she is really nice. Not to mention that she works all by herself, she is really sweet because I went there a lot. :)
Freidrichm: One of the Clerks has a negative attitude and walked away as I was talking to her. Not very customer friendly.
Jennielynn: The male clerk is a very personable & efficient even when he's really busy

Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest: what do users think?
alexis karle: Dog-friendliness: Lots of amazing trails for you and your fur buddies ❤️
Sokreth “Sok” Un: Excellent place to get your steps in. There are many different trails to explore.
Melinda Gavin: The trail starts out beautiful, but then it turns into Cherynoble. My only question is, is it going to continue to be worked on or is that?I appreciate all the work that went into making it...Dog-friendliness: Great place to walk your dog. 🐶
Alex McDonnell: Nice walk
Nicholas Weissman LaFrance: This is a great park. The terrain is varied and interesting. Parking situation could be better but then again it's a big attraction for the Lowell area.
Jesse H.: Beautiful year round my dog loves it we go very often
marissa van ryzin: This is a great place to go if you want a solitary walk/ hike. Most trails are well marked and easy to follow. Even if you get turned around, you're never far from a neighborhood or a main road, though you won't hear them. There are miles and miles of trails, most are quite easy and a few are paved and accessible. It is my experience that the parking lot could be full, but once I turn off of the main trail, I hardly see another person. There are no bathroom facilities.
Steven Flynn: First time there,, who knew there was such a beautiful forest in Lowell,, thank God I had a gps otherwise I mightve had to build a survival shelter lol...100% I'll be backDog-friendliness: My dog had the time of her life,, so many new smells,, critters to chase and things to pee on
EJ Ciramella: Tons of trails, great for cycling and hiking.
John Zhong: Nice little local park for a short hike - parking is very limited.
Michael Rice: My 1st time in there today... It's a Really nice place. With a Huge network of well maintained trails.
Terry Weiser: Parking is muddy and, no bathrooms. Maps were good and trails very clean.
Donald Lupien (Don): Parking can be limited during the parks peak time. Everything is clean and natural. There is a small road winding down through the park. There are all these trails off the road that you'll want to walk all of them. I saw people biking, jogging, walking, and dog walking. Bring bug spray! People I spoke with all had cell service.
Ric Everhard: These bike trails ROCK!!!
Scott Thomas: I have lived adjacent to this what I'm told is over 3,000 acre Forest and it is an awesome place to walk on the trails or ride your mountain bike through the miles and miles of trails. It is also the perfect place to bring your dog and let them run loose if you are so inclined to do because it is a paved road going right through the middle if you do not want to go off onto the trails and very easy to keep track of the dogs.
Petra Zion: This is such a beautiful place to go for a walk and enjoy a moment of nature. Highly recommended and it seems save to (writing as a woman). You can walk on a paved road or going off track whatever you prefer.
Raziyah Macy: muddy but nice. nice walk and accessible
A C: A very ecologically diverse forest with plenty of different settings for all kinds -- including paved walks, bike/dirt trails, and foot trails through the actual forest. There are rocky areas, hills, plain wooded expanses, and even wetlands. There's something beautiful here for everyone of all abilities and hiking expertise. Not all of the trails are loops, so it can be very easy to get lost for those who aren't the most situationally aware or good at directions, so staying on the paved path might be a better option for some. It gets creepy at dusk too so be cautioned! Some downsides are parking can be pretty tough, as the official lot is fairly small and can only fit around 6-8 vehicles at best, so you may find yourself having to park on the side of the road. The place is also very buggy (mosquitoes in particular), so bug spray is non-negotiable. The Lowell Dracut Tyngsboro forest would be a solid 5 if DCR or other responsible authorities did a yearly pesticide spray on the place as Triple E tends to spike in the warmer months in this part of New England.
Edward Leaor III: Some amazing local MTB trails!
Robin Trudel: Nice walk on a hot day
