Q ball: Went there with my wife Saturday to have a couple of beers and listen to some music i order 2 bottles of beer at the bar the bartender comes back with 2 cans of beer nasty cans and then gives me a bill for 15.15 that's crazy for 2 cans of beer out ranges over price walk in walk out more faster went down the Street to Panela columbian restaurant bar music was great and the Atmosphere was good price for 2 bottles of beer not cans better priced 6-7 dollars cheaper its not worth the trip for me for drinks don't know about the food

Sara Vega: I ordered the pupusas and the sweet plantains. I gave it a three because it’s kind of hard to find anywhere else that makes pupusas in Lowell so that’s a plus. The pupusas were normal size and tasted great, but I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in the overpriced sweet plantains. Everyone knows plantains are CHEAP. They usually cost 3/$1 or 2/$.89 at the grocery store so for a restaurant buying bulk I’m sure it’s even cheaper. If you go to ANY Spanish bodega you get about 10-15 fried plantains or tostones for about $5 or less so the fact they sold me less than one whole actual plantain worth is a ripoff lol. They did taste good but overpriced.
Amber “Spelfie” Hamm: I called ahead to find out if they have a Taco Tuesday special and was told they have $2 tacos with beef or chicken.With a whole whopping 4 other tables with people already eating, and a couple at the bar, it still took our server 10 minutes to take our order.After ordering only 2 horchata and 5 beef tacos, it took approximately half an hour to get our food. Food was ok, but when we got the check, paid, and left; my friend told me they had charged us $4 each for the tacos instead of $2.I wish I had gone to Taco Bell.

Karina Rijo: When the restaurant first open up it was amazing good service but now not so great now ! They make up prices as they go I thought it was the language barrier, but I also to speak Spanish I went there 2 times in one week and it was 2 different prices same exact meals. I asked her in Spanish she tried to say I ordered something I even showed her the old receipt I gotten to find that the customer service is rude now like it’s a bother for you to get food that you are paying for. If local and want something quick and in a rush go there if u have time and looking for good consistent food and good service go to California burrito !

Em: Seems like their employees are miserable working there, perhaps forced. It reflects in the way they treat their paying customers, and the way how the food is prepped and handled. It makes me not really want to go back specifically because of the current kid who prepares your food. He doesn’t prepare it in good nature. Weird to constantly hire someone who would tarnish with the business, just my sincere opinion

Ishan Pai: I came here today for first time. Love mexican food in general , but this place is up to the next great level. I totally love the flavors involved here in every dish that they make. I got the shredded chicken chimichangas, and my friend got a fish dish which was quite big. Portions are quite generous, and they make you full. Although i would love some level of spice too, it caters to most of your tastebuds. Overall, they serve great food and service. Would recommend it to everyone!

When we told the waiteress that the chips are all crushed, she replied saying it was the end of the batch and still did not have the courtesy to replace them.Overall bad experience and won't recommend.

They charge for water, ok it’s bottled but still…ordered quesadilla to go and then charged me $1.00 for the container. On top of that , they automatically charge 15% for service , whether it’s good or bad. I put in an extra 20% on top of the total amount because I didn’t know until I called back because I thought the total amount was high…they must be doing really bad :($1.00 for take out container, automatic 15%(1 person) tip, $2 for water…and I tipped $6 on top not knowing the tip was in the total.
David K: Use to enjoy going here for a tase of authentic Mexican/Colombian food. Unfortunately, the last two times I have went it has been horrible. The lady on the phone tells you 20 minutes, you go there in 20 mins and wait an additional 20 mins to get food. The food has gone way down hill and is terrible now. The rice is so hard you could break your teeth. It is the rice that they scrape off the bottom of the pan. The "beans" were just a brown soupy mess with no texture at all. Hopefully this place can get it back to the way it use to be. Pay good money for absolute garbage food.

Fino Caraco: If I could give 10 stars I would! Every single thing here was excellent! The food, the service, the atmosphere. Service was so good and so friendly made us feel welcomed. So I bit down on it and experienced severe pain. I spit out my food to find a an extremely hard thing. So now I have tooth pain. My dinner is in the fridge, I didn't check it for more garbage. I called. I was apologized to but no manager on site. I just spent nearly $75 to have a piece of garbage hurt my tooth.I don't recommend because this situation hasn't been resolved. I'll be happy to take down this review if I get some kind of refund. It's unacceptable to have this happen spending that much money. Hopefully I can eat it tomorrow but it won't be fresh. Mariana Georges: We have dined in and ordered takeout, both experiences were wonderful. This is top notch Mexican food! I can now say it is the best in the area (I have been wanting to go for sometime and finally gave them a try from taking a break from our usual spot) We love their traditional empanadas as an appetizer, the shells are nice a crispy and the filling is well seasoned and plentiful. The birria tacos are also amazing. So are the Doña Maria enchiladas (the mole sauce is to die for; amazing depth of flavor, something very special about them. The rice is fluffy, and flavorful, tastes like home cooking.Additionally, the portion sizes are generous which allows for leftovers, who doesn't love that.Their employees are fabulous, attentive and offer great recommendations. The atmosphere inside is also very cozy and the decor is very cute. I appreciate the fact that they have parking around back.

Raul, Nina, Sabina, and Isabel are all wonderful and provide great service no matter how busy it gets in there. The staff are always friendly and cheerful, and they make us feel at home when we walk through the door. I haven't been disappointed by anything I've tried on the menu. NoFate247: Today I went there for the last time. Staff is always amazing but the manager there refused to give me pico de gallo claiming that my burrito bowl would not be able to have the lid closed. The bowl was 2/3 full and it was clear by his service that he was resentful about actually giving out a decent portion size per selection.You should make up your own mind about this location, but if that manager is serving you....you won't go back there either.

Elishia Baez: Pretty good rice bowls! The guacamole is sooooo darn good and fresh.
Julie Joubert: Went last nite with husband food looked so dry and like been sitting way to long not fresh was cold gross today sick to my stomach will never eat there again was very dirty inside very dissapointed
Chris Hart: Fast nachos that are good. The mobile app never seems to work with a delayed pick-up. We order a few hours ahead time, but when we arrive at the schedule time, they always say they just got the order and we have to wait.

Larry Ruffin: I love Moe's. Always have. This one was great. Great staff and location. But they got rid of the bacon!
Santhosh G: Good ambiance and very neat chips and salsa section with 3 to 4 types of Salsa available. However the quality of rice and meat could be better. Online ordering is more convenient for takeout as the options are very clearly laid out for ordering and inclusions. Green tomatillo salsa is best. And the burrito bowl can be loaded with all types of veggies which is nutritious and good deal.
