My appointment was originally scheduled for the 2nd but they gladly swapped me to the 1st with the sweetest attitude and professionalism. It’s about 5 months later and I’m healed 98% without a single problem! I love my placement of the piercing and would 1000% recommended this place for piercings!

Sheylah Carvalho: Recently had my septum done here. The man is very sweet. He made small talk and it made me feel more comfortable. He answered any questions my dad had. The process was very quick and he recommended a a good antiseptic for the piercing. He made sure I was comfortable and ready. The piercing is straight, I have no complaints. It’s in kind of a sketchy type building, but the actual piercing shop was very good, well lit, and clean. Everything he used was in a package beforehand, not used before. He offered a numbing type thing to put on my nose beforehand which made the process a lot easier. I definitely plan on going the next time I get a piercing. Please don’t be discouraged by the actual building! He has his proof that he is a professional piercer hanging up on the wall.

Went back with my wife 8 days ago got my eyebrow done and she got her septum done.I will definitely be coming back.. Also do you pierce labret? If so how much? Such nice people, they make sure it's in the correct spot before piercing and is very clean and very considerate. Never had any problems at all with all 4 piercings i got from them!

leanna emo: Absolutely recommend this place and I will be returning any time I want to get another piercing. It's run by the sweetest people and very clean and relaxed environment. The piercer went above and beyond my expectations and really made sure that my nostril piercing matched the opposite one, that the jewelry was in right and the right material, and that it was clean and without any blood. I know that it's technically their job to do all of those things but I've never had that with the same level of care as other piercers. He also gave me another hoop for free to make sure it matched. I can't stress enough how great this place is and how much business they really deserve!! Make sure to call ahead and you'll be all set to go :-)

Very unprofessional and loves to go back and forth with clients knowing he is in the wrong. I was with my bestfriend when she confirmed an appointment with him, date, time and location and when she asked if they were still on, he said it was booked and started going back and forth making no sense, saying he was book now? The appointment was confirmed for tomorrow too. She would've wasted her time if she didn't message him again trying to confirm again. I hope he learns to communicate with his clients in the future and learns not to go out of his way texting peoples phone to continue to try to argue his invalid point.

Alex: Me and my bestie scheduled to be tattooed by Wallace Herrera a month or two in advance. It was both our first tattoo as well.Two days ago, our tattoo appointment finally arrived. They called to confirm our appointment the day prior and also called an hour before to let us know that Wallace finished his previous appointment early and that we could come in sooner.Once we got there, we went to Wallace's studio. He was super friendly and nice. We showed him a few design that we liked, he stepped out to draw for not more than ten minutes, then shocked us with 3 awesome designs. My friend immediately picked out one and he got to work on finding the right placement for the tattoo on her back right side near her rib cage. Once she liked the placement, he got to tattooing. Throughout the process, he checked in on her and asked how she was doing. It didn't take him very long to finish hers, about less than an hour; it was a floral piece, not more than 5 inches tall.For my tattoo, I again showed him some inspiration pictures and he came back with three designs of his own. I asked him to make some changes to some just so I could see and compare, but ended up picking one of his original three as he had drawn it in the beginning. We adjusted the placement for the tattoo just above my right ankle and he got to work. He finished mine in less than 20 minutes.After he finished our tattoos, he asked to photograph them and then gave us instructions for aftercare. He answered any questions we had and then we went upstairs to pay and head out.Between each client - when he switched from my friend to me - he sanitized everything, used new needles and ink. I watched him open brand new packaging and safely dispose of the used needle. His workspace is very clean and sanitary. He worse gloves as well. His table was covered in plastic wrap and he completely switched that out and trashed it to replace it with fresh plastic wrap between clients.Both my bestie and I are completely satisfied with our tattoos! We adore his neo-Asian art style and love the single needle art that Wallace did for us. He does clean line work and is very professional and chill. I loved that we got to talk about some of our favorite anime and talk about dogs.I've already shared his work to some friends who are interested and also learned about Wallace through word of mouth at my local dog park. I would definitely go back to get another tattoo from him!

Will Rudiman: My appointment was cancelled because my artist got covid. I asked for my $50 deposit back and was told that because it was a covid related issue I was unable to have the payment returned, even though it wasn’t my fault it was cancelled. Tried calling to talk to the manager 5 times but no one answered. Then called using my girlfriend’s phone and miraculously the shop picked up right away. The owner of this establishment was unwilling to return the $50 I paid them as a college student who doesn’t have a ton of money floating around. I was robbed of my money because my artist wanted to go out and party without a mask.
