Sydney Oliveria: Was wondering if this place took walk ins. We called two times not knowing if they were open or closed due to Google being inaccurate sometimes. Man picked up very unprofessional. The man said “you know you just called two times and if we didn’t answer stop calling” I apologized and the man started yelling over the phone that I am taking away time from his tattoo customers. A simple no would have been fine. Completely unprofessional. If there work is as good as their customer service I am glad I didn’t go!

Yamilex Santiago: I wish I was able to communicate with maybe Steve that the reviews were talking about, but I was recommended Adam and he ain't it. Very unprofessional and loves to go back and forth with clients knowing he is in the wrong. I was with my bestfriend when she confirmed an appointment with him, date, time and location and when she asked if they were still on, he said it was booked and started going back and forth making no sense, saying he was book now? The appointment was confirmed for tomorrow too. She would've wasted her time if she didn't message him again trying to confirm again. I hope he learns to communicate with his clients in the future and learns not to go out of his way texting peoples phone to continue to try to argue his invalid point.
