Shayna Jackson: (Editing my previous review [you'll see two by me since originally my review was so long it needed two separate reviews because of the character limit] and going back to 5 stars. I spoke directly with Dr. Thakore (which BTW can I say is the KINDEST doctor and maybe even person I've ever met)). Dr. Thakore gave clarity on the office's side and was absolutely more than willing and so SO helpful with the financial side (original complaint was due to a billing issue). Lesson learned, when in doubt, be polite and ask to speak with Dr. Thakore because she's incredible! Cannot recommend this practice anymore than if I shouted from the rooftops holding a promotion sign!

Timothy Merrill: Just recently had 2 fillings taken care of and had a great experience. I’ve been seeing them for about 10 years now. It’s a welcoming environment and they do a great job. The office staff is attentive and explain your benefits well, so you understand everything. Dr. Thakore has been consistently fantastic in my time with them. Jen Marie: 2nd time experience was horrible. The dentist kept calling me a "him." After I repeatedly told him I was not a him. And being treated ignorantly rather then like a human being. I will be in search of a new Dentist. 1st time I went there he was pleasant but because I was alone he treated me differently. Absolutely unacceptable! I told them the medications they provided before weren't working and told me to keep taking them with additional over the counter meds. Or to go back to the ER. Why contact them directly when nothing will be fixed? Because I tried that in person and failed

Kristin Agave: Absolutely incredible dentist Dr Aparna Khanna, I was in so much pain she did my root canal same day and made sure I was comfortable, checking in with me throughout the procedure. I had a root canal somewhere else before and it traumatized me but my experience here was as pleasant as a root canal could possibly be. I felt no discomfort at all after. Great team too. Very nice office.

Brenda Caunter: After having to find a new dentist because my dentist retired and I had been with him for years. It wasn't easy to do I have extreme anxiety and I hate having to go to the dentist unless I feel safe. I called Smiley Dental and made an appointment with Dr. Khanna. She was kind and gentle. She explained everything and kept apologizing because they have to sterilize the Novocaine applicator and it took 10 minutes because one of the sterilizers was not working. When she finally worked on my mouth she was very gentle. This is my new dentist. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Row D: I run an internship program for students with disabilities who are looking to gain employment experiences in different settings. When I approached Dr. Battaluri about possibly hosting a student, she was not only open to the opportunity but welcomed each student with an open mind. She has now been hosting students at both locations for over 3 years. So many have benefited from her willingness to help the disability community. One specific student never thought they’d be able to work because they were told they’d never be able to due to their diagnosis. Not only did the student thrive while working and learning from the staff, the student is now in college and working part time. I can’t thank Dr. Battaluri and her team for all they’ve done for our program. So many have been able to find gainful employment after their experience at the Smile Center. I’m so grateful for her and her team. They’ve helped change the trajectory of so many lives. I can’t thank them enough.

Hygienist was nice and careful during cleaning. Had two fillings done and Dr Sam was delicate and communicated well with me. Ellen Lane: I have to give Premier Dental and Dr. Awasthy 5 stars out of 5 stars. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They are professional, take the time to explain things, make sure you’re comfortable, and offer you options on your dental work. I’ve had 2 teeth pulled and each time I didn’t even know he was finished pulling them — he’s that good. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in on a Saturday — I am truly grateful to the staff and doctor — amazing and life savers. I feel like Dr. Awasthy was meant to be a dentist as he is talented in his field, as well as personable with his patients. Usually you don’t get both. Thank you Premier Dental for all your hard work!

Hugh McGill: I woke up Monday morning - filling had fallen out over weekend - called - got an appointment that morning - went into a very welcoming space - a dentist who cares and provides excellent service - left thoroughly satisfied and two weeks later everything is good. I would highly recommend visiting here - my early childhood experiences of dentistry in 1950s Britain have left me with a real hesitancy to go to dentists - with Premier I have no anxieties.
Seek Nature: Quick service and helpful recommendation. Truly professional. Scaling was done well. Polishing needs to be better. It was done in a hurry by the staff dentist/nurse.
Ran: I love how accommodating and helpful this place is for my elderly parents. They really put their patients first. The office has a Khmer speaking manager to help translate which is always a plus!

Susan Masson: I went into Dental Dreams for a referal to an oral surgeon to have all of my teeth pulled (15). Dr Panak Patel said no ill do it . I was scared. His nurse calmed me right down. He pulled all of them and made sure they followed up with me weekly! For me the exspireance was 10 out of 10. Thats all of my teeth. I felt his confidence! I am sending everyone i know to this practice. I can not stress enough what a wonderful experience I had going there. Kind staff Dr's are awesome. Recommended 10 out of sending ever10. Very pleased with this practice.
James Volianites: I seen some reviews and the one with the chipped tooth is fake they don't do that he said I had to get it removed from a professional not him exact words. The ones that said leave in pain yes very true however my teeth are the best kept so if I change that maybe the pain would be less. But they are convenient and said to be professionals but not very friendly or easy on the visit I am scheduling my last appointment for a cleaning and I'm done with them

Destiny Perez: New online appointment system is not effective. It makes it seem like you get to pick your appointment time and it will be honored and that is not the case. I selected an appointment for 10:30a and waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 15 minutes out back just to be seen. I give it 3 stars because the doctor I had was gentle.

Jane Jason: Not impressed. I was an emergency walk in, requesting help with one tooth that had lost a filling, prior to an event I had to attend that evening. The dentist was more interested in arranging a full workup for all other issues that I already have future appointments arranged for, at my family practice going forward. He told me the tooth couldnt be filled. It was filled by another dentist, an hour later, and I attended the gathering as planned. I wasted over an hour in their office. Thumbs down.
Roxy V: Do yourself a favor and don’t apply here. From day one you will be greeted with a packet with patient names and phone numbers for you to call all day.No actual training, they market giving you a bonus for making appointments which you soon learn doesn’t exist. Just an overall scam don’t work here they don’t care about employees at this place and expect reception to kill themselves for crumbs. Cold work environment. Just not it

Josh Alexander: Excellent dentist. I have been to numerous other professionals ongoing for 14+ years (oral surgeons, Harvard Dental School- Prosthodontist Dept., BU School of Dental Medicine - Prostodontist Dept., multiple endontists, prosthodontists & general practices)- my case is very difficult & has been ongoing for years.That being said, I attest Dr. Duong is the best in terms of skill & just doing the job correctly with no issues afterwards. She is perfectionist precise & takes the time to do what needs to be done.She has helped me when no one would help me with my teeth (I recently got upper jaw denture in 2022 and she has restored my lower teeth since that time). Everything she has done in my mouth has been excellent in all respects.In addition, Dr. Duong has never made me feel inferior embarrassed because of my bad case.Many other general practice dentists have treated me as a freak because of my ‘not normal’ case and for those places I just never returned.I am very grateful to have found Bright Smiles!Thank you Dr. Duong!

Mike ytvule: Very rude and un profesional , immediately i walked in one of the dentist wanted to start the cleaning but i asked her that am doing deep cleaning she didnt take it recieve it well ,she rudely replied me,then she called the receptionist tocheck if my insurance covers it ,they didnt waste time they both insisted that i should do the regular cleaning but i said no i want deep cleaning...then the 3rd lady joined the conversation rudely ,bashing me how they have to protect themselves .I asked myself that did all of them care about me or they just stubbonly didnt wanna pay attention or here me out but instead they continued to be more rude ......wow such a bad experience ...i dont recomend this place....you need to start afresh first with those two ladies at the front desk they need to respect and go back for a customer care course atleast ...but both there atitude was a mess.
A Toscano (Chickie T Wood): I've always dreaded dental appointments, for myself and my kids, but I am completely comfortable here. The staff has an excellent 'bed- side manner' and constantly check that we're okay during procedures. I value that. Dr. Duong made me a partial plate that's beautiful and fits perfect. She even got me an upgrade at no additional charge and without my even needing to ask. I went right from the mold to completion, no fitting or resizing needed. As far as dentistry goes, I love this place!
J Brew: Great place. Reception and dental assistants were professional and kind. The office staff fit me in for an emergency extraction when no one else could accommodate. Dr. Duong was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Madyson Sousa: The worst place , deep cleaning insurance paid for it and she didn’t do the job right because, doctor was rude and likes to talk to much , very judgmental . Also told me I couldn’t go back to that place because she would not take me as a patient because I was a little upset over the phone , being in pain from all the shots she gave me .What happened to customer service ?????I am in the process with my lawyer to know my rights , and I am glad I recorded the conversation if there’s ever a doubt.And for the owner no need to reply saying you don’t see me as a patient as my name is not the one above ;-)

The Anh luong: I was have appointment with Dr : Jang -Den, the fist time I was received about 20 shots of numbed MED Doing the cleaning, After dentist I feel painful because a-lot of needle to my mouth . The worst pain I never have for about 2 weeks

seyla nou: My wife had couple appointments and each time she come back out would tell me that she is in pain. She was feeling fine before the appointments but definitely an issue if she in pain right after the appointment is done. Even after two days she still hurting and she only had couple appointments for cleaning and filling, so if you want pain this is the place to be.
Quinn Nguyen: Dr Duong and her staff were awesome. My Mom had dentures put in and it came out really nice, still trying to test them out. So far, we had to go back one time for adjustments and the doctor and her staff there is excellent. Not too much waiting time, good treatment, friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable doctor. I highly recommend this place for families and people of all ages.
Mala Chhoun: Dr. Duong is an amazing dentist. I've been here since she first opened her establishment. I have no negative comments but utter most respect for her practice. She takes her time while helping one patient at a time approach. Anyone looking for a dentist in the Lowell area this place is a hidden gem.
Johnny Truong: Dr. Duong is a caring person who goes beyond for her patients. She works with people who are having pain or any issues with their teeth. Dr. Duong I have to say is very good at her job and any procedure she performs are pain free. This is a great place to bring people of all ages to.

Tracy Dinitto: The place was gross, they had tape on equipment I went in for a abysses and to get a antibiotic and referral for a oral surgeon!!!! They said my other teeth were so loose I would be in less pain if I pulled them, I felt everything I have never been in so much pain and to top it off my face is 3 times the size and they gave me Motrin after yanking out 3 of my teeth and knowing I had a large abysses with pus, no pain medication I’m still hysterically crying they get you in and even while I was in shock from the pain and my whole body was shaking they rushed me out the door while blood was still pouring down my face!!!! This is my advice do not go there worst mistake I ever made!!! I have never been treated that horrible at a dentist office and they knew I had bad anxiety!!! When was 7 that dentist that was arrested on tv for pulling kids without nova cane I was in a orphanage and I was one of those kids he pulled both my front teeth with no nivacain so that’s why I’m so scared of dentists , I just relived it all over again!!!
Kayla Davis: I’ve been going here for a couple years now and this place is awful. After my visit this week I will no longer be going to them. 6 months ago at my cleaning I told the dentist that I was having bad tooth pain. He looked at my X-rays and swore I didn’t have any cavities. Fast forward to now I’m having severe tooth pain so I go back to the office and they do new X-rays. The lady dentist this time told me I had a very bad cavity on my third molar and needed to have a root canal to save the tooth. I’m very upset about it because if the first dentist did his job correctly he would’ve noticed the cavity and probably would’ve been able to fix it without a root canal. The male dentist is always in a rush like they schedule too many people at one time or he just doesn’t care about his patients at all. If a patient is telling you they’re having bad tooth pain you think he would’ve actually tried to find the cause of the pain instead of telling me there was no problem. The lady dentist was awesome and very sweet, if it was her all the time I would continue going here but it’s usually the male Indian dentist and I refuse to go to him after this, even the tech who took the X-rays noticed the cavity. They also always have you wait a pretty long time and forget trying to call them on the phone because the receptionist just puts you on hold for about half an hour. Also, I’ve had a couple of my fillings from here fall out after a year or so, which should not be happening.

I ask to speak to someone in charge and she claims it’s her….. they canceled my apt because I didn’t confirm the day before but called the day of to confirm and the office has canceled it. This is no way to treat clients!!!! I’m out!
