Noxan: Almost like he doesn’t know what he’s selling. I came in trying to get a set up didn’t go as planned. I was sold equipment that doesn’t properly fit together. Money is not an issue, that’s why I came to get quality product to begin with. Simply would’ve preferred after making my investment that everything would fit together. If you are buying, know exactly what you’re getting. Don’t expect to be sold something good because you can afford it. I was trying to pay for a good experience I was rather sold an experience.

Beep Boop: I went in to this store for the first time looking to get a new kit for my vape since mine had finally kicked it. I went in and was greeted by a very nice employee that helped me out from the start of my visit until my end. They helped me pick a new vape kit, test out the batteries, make sure the coil and everything worked. As a customer, I thoroughly appreciated the time and effort the staff went through to help me out. Not only that, they helped about 3 other people that walked in too! Will definitely be stopping in again.

Masa “B” Docs: Was helped today by the guys here at Hookahs & Vapahs. I was in the market for a pod system and was fully explained the differences between each model they had. Was given recommendations on juice, pod system, and pods them selves. The Employee that helped me was professional, informed, and incredibly helpful. I felt right at home.Ever walk into a vape shop and feel like it's a clique of people who have no interest in helping people? Not here. Totally different atmosphere.Highly Recommended!

Justin Drees: I recently shared a negative review about the service of hookahs and vapahs, with in 2 hours I was contacted by the owner steve who immediately apologized and told me he would take care of the situation to which as he said he would, he did. Many owners would have just pushed my issue aside but not Steve he was a man of his word and the fact he cares so much about his customers says alot about him and the store he runs. I highly recommend this store and the great service/products they supply, this is the only vape store I go to and will continue to go to also if you are fortunate enough to go in while David the employee is working you are in great hands, the kid knows his stuff, is polite and all around a good person.

They will upcharge the heck out of items (and pull prices out their backside) and insist that it HAS to be that way when 2 stores down, the same items will be significantly cheaper and consistently priced. That’s wicked shady and doesn’t demonstrate genuine appreciation for customers like they claim in their responses to reviews

Jake Lemieux: From what I've seen, they have really inconsistent hours. The prices are slightly high, but it's not the end of the world. Selling paraphernalia is a turn off for me...an even bigger turn off is keeping your acids and other flavors cigars on the same shelf as anything else. Those flavors will cross over and really ruin a cigar that I'm already paying a bit too much for.
