Daniel Atocha: Been having bad experiences buying vapes the past few months. The hundreds I spend monthly are for basically burnt vapes, or have other negative qualities.

Jennifer Moore: I was so excited to see the products available and the generous “by 4 get one free” for the disposables. Unfortunately the HydeOnes I purchased all taste terrible and burnt! Either they are horribly expired or counterfeit, I did study the packaging after trying 3 out of 5 with the same terrible flavor issue and there is no hologram so I’m definitely suspicious of the later…if I lived closer I would be returning to the store with them to discuss the issue but since that’s not an option, lesson learned, I will be discarding all $65 worth of them. Buyer beware!

Beep Boop: I went in to this store for the first time looking to get a new kit for my vape since mine had finally kicked it. I went in and was greeted by a very nice employee that helped me out from the start of my visit until my end. They helped me pick a new vape kit, test out the batteries, make sure the coil and everything worked. As a customer, I thoroughly appreciated the time and effort the staff went through to help me out. Not only that, they helped about 3 other people that walked in too! Will definitely be stopping in again.

They always triple check to make sure the pieces you're buying are going to fit in whatever piece you have at home. Also anytime they sell you a piece of glass they make sure it doesn't have any cracks or anything wrong with them before you leave. I have had nothing but awesome experiences with this place. I have at least 6 pieces I have bought from them and I love all of them. Really great quality glass at very very good prices. I always have a very pleasant experience when I stop by. Masa “B” Docs: Was helped today by the guys here at Hookahs & Vapahs. I was in the market for a pod system and was fully explained the differences between each model they had. Was given recommendations on juice, pod system, and pods them selves. The Employee that helped me was professional, informed, and incredibly helpful. Justin Drees: I recently shared a negative review about the service of hookahs and vapahs, with in 2 hours I was contacted by the owner steve who immediately apologized and told me he would take care of the situation to which as he said he would, he did. Many owners would have just pushed my issue aside but not Steve he was a man of his word and the fact he cares so much about his customers says alot about him and the store he runs. I highly recommend this store and the great service/products they supply, this is the only vape store I go to and will continue to go to also if you are fortunate enough to go in while David the employee is working you are in great hands, the kid knows his stuff, is polite and all around a good person.

They will upcharge the heck out of items (and pull prices out their backside) and insist that it HAS to be that way when 2 stores down, the same items will be significantly cheaper and consistently priced. That’s wicked shady and doesn’t demonstrate genuine appreciation for customers like they claim in their responses to reviews

This is consistent in both Plaistow and Haverhill the consequence is getting screwed by guessing prices. Now, you may get someone that guesses a low price by accident, but ive paid different prices for the same vape pens and pricing is astronomical. If you go here you'll get screwed for sure at some point. Go to smokers choice in Salem. Theyre professional and never seem interested in getting all of your money. The staff is pretty seasoned and consistent. Theyll cut you deals for buying multiple items as well. Good luck people.

Laura Comeau: This is by far the best place I have gone to get disposable vapes. They are always so friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help and answer questions so I always leave satisfied! I’ve recently been getting the Nirvana vapes that they just started carrying, there’s a little switch on the bottom that lets you switch between 2 flavors in one vape. So far I’ve tried the candy rainbow/pineapple and lush ice/mango ice ones and they’ve both been great. I tried a vape from another location by Hyde that is a similar idea (2 flavors) but the Nirvana one is so much better. I highly recommend trying it. I also must say that this is the only place I’ve ever gone for vapes that I haven’t ended up with a damaged one. They obviously get high quality products. If you’re thinking about checking this place out, definitely do!
